We like to keep our teenage photos hidden safely away at the bottom of the wardrobe, only bringing them out for Facebook revenge after one of our so called friends posts a snap circa 2004 captioned: “WHAT were we wearing?! So funny! Hahaha!”

Hahaha, indeed.

Not!

Well, it’s clear Reece Witherspoon doesn’t have the same problem, as she voluntarily posted a teenage throwback snap and proved that there was no awkward stage for her. No sir.

Fifteen-year-old Reece was on the set of the 1991 film Wildflower in this photo. It was only her second ever movie, but she had plenty more to come – not to mention an Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in Walk The Line, and she’s rumoured to be up for an Oscar this year for her upcoming film Wild too. That said, she will always be Legally Blonde’s Elle Woods to us – it’s a classic!

Just look at that hair, and that relaxed pose. Not even a hint of teenage angst, or an over indulgence in eyeliner! How DID she do it?!

Glee star Cheyenne Jackson has married his boyfriend Jason Landau in a private ceremony in Encino, California.

Talking to People, Cheyenne, who got engaged to Jason six months after ending a 13 year relationship with husband Monte Lapka, said  ''This means a new beginning for us. It was love at first sight and this is just the culmination of that.''

Jackson, who is from Idaho, wanted his wedding to feel “very Woodsy”, and he seems to have gotten his wish. Describing the ceremony, the 30 Rock star said: ''There were branches of trees hovering over the tennis court we're on with over 100 mini chandeliers draping the entire party. It was gorgeous.'' It sounds absolutely gorgeous.

The couple have been through a lot together with both battling alcohol addiction but it seems there is a happy ending as Cheyenne says: "Now we sing and we dance together. It blows my mind.''

Aw! We wish them all the best!

London Underground commuters were treated to a party on the tube yesterday, complete with balloons and red carpet.

In the video, which was uploaded to YouTube by Khalil Dimachkie, you can see a bouncer and a security guy ensuring no riff raff get in to the club, even checking people for drugs.

Unfortunately it had a “one in, one out” policy so we’re not even sure if Khalil got to go in.

But, for us at least, the best part about this video is the Viking dancing away in the background.

Oh, please will someone would do this on the LUAS!

Selena Gomez has been a busy girl of late. Not only has she gone and gotten back with none other than Mr. Bieber –  oh, Selena will you ever learn?!  – well, she’s gone and gotten herself a new set of bangs.

The star debuted her new look on Instagram in a particularly saucy shot. She simply captioned the photo “bangs” – just incase we all failed to miss her new do, we suppose!

We have to say, while we’re not particular keen on the idea of her being back with the Biebs, we do love her hair.

Oh if only she was as good at picking men as she obviously is at choosing hairstyles!

Today would have been the late Amy Winehouse’s 31st birthday, and in her honour, a life-sized statue has been erected in her favourite part of London – Camden Street. The bronze statue was created by Scott Eaton, a London-based sculptor, who wanted to capture Amy’s "attitude and strength, but also give subtle hints of insecurity" in the sculptor.  

Located in Camden’s Stable Market, the statue shows the Back to Black singer with her hand on her hip, grabbing her skirt which the artist sees as “small elements that contribute to the personality of the piece”.

Talking about the statue, Amy’s dad, Mitch said: "It is like stopping her in a beautiful moment in time."

The 27-year-old died three years ago due to accidental alcohol poisoning and her family set up the Amy Winehouse Foundation to “prevent the effects of drug and alcohol misuse on young people”

So if you are heading to London anytime soon, make sure you pop by the statue.

Men find it difficult to know what women want at the best of times, so one woman took it into her own hands to tell her boyfriend exactly what she wants – a diamond ring, no less.

When one Reddit user asked his girlfriend for a grocery list he was given the usual cheese, meat, bread.

But, at the very end of the list, his significant other, who obviously has a lot more on her mind than what she’s having for lunch, writes ‘diamond ring’.

Well at least she knows what she wants. And to the boyfriend we say: ‘the balls in your court now’,

There is sad news for one Girls Aloud singer today as it has been confirmed that Sarah Harding has split from her boyfriend Mark Foster.

According to a source, it seems it was all down to her time on Tumble – a BBC gymnastics competition. Talking to The Sun, they said: ''She has been training for long hours every day for each of her routines and that's left her emotionally and physically drained.

''As training has intensified for the show they have seen less and less of each other over the last few weeks. She has been training twice a day and they have not really had a chance to spend quality time together.''

Apparently, Mark doesn’t like the way Sarah has been “acting” and has found her to be very “tired and very emotional”.

Unfortunately, there was even more pressure added when Mark was unable to go to a number of her shows due to work – he is a music producer.

''The show has left Sarah very tired and emotional which Mark has found hard to deal with. When they have seen each other, Sarah has been tetchy and snappy and Mark has had enough.

''Mark hasn't been able to go and see a number of Sarah's performances due to his own work commitments and that has meant Sarah has felt isolated."

Oh dear, what with Cheryl being all loved up and Kimberly expecting her first baby, we hope she doesn't feel too bad.

Laura Carmichael, who plays Lady Edith in Downton Abbey, has opened up about the celebrity nude pictures scandal.

Two weeks ago, hackers circulated nude images of her co-star Jessica Brown Findlay, and Jennifer Lawrence, on the internet, which Laura describes as “awful”.

Talking about it to Event Magazine, the Downton Abbey star said: "It’s just awful. It’s a crime. It makes me really sad that this is the world in which we live."

“Terrifying and upsetting. What’s happened to my mate is horrendous. I don’t understand why it is anything other than criminality and exploitation.”

She added: "It is just plain stealing. I don’t think there is any other way of looking at it."

Laura, who is very private and has managed to keep herself out of the limelight even though she has been on the hit series for the past four years, went on to add: "The fact people are interested is just sad. I don’t know why it’s anyone else’s business."

Well said, Laura, well said!

Downton Abbey will be back on our screens on the 21st September and we, for one, cannot wait!

We actually never thought we would say this, but the internet has just gotten cooler!

Remix artist Kutiman took several music videos that had been uploaded to YouTube and put them all together to create this absolute cracker of a tune!

This is incredible when you consider that Kutiman doesn’t know any of the artists – this is true editing skill.

Each year, X Factor has one contestant that you never forget – Rylan Clarke, Jedward, Leona Lewis – and this year we’re thinking it's going to be Paul Akister. However, we’re not basing this on his performance last night… but rather on the little dance Cheryl and Mel B treated Simon to.

As Paul, who was axed from the judges house last year, sang Marvin Gaye’s famous hit Let’s Get It On, Cheryl and Mel got up and, eh, let’s just say had a little sexy dance beside Simon.

With a grin plastered all over his face, the X Factor mogul said to Paul at the end: “I think we both had a good time during that”.

Wonder how Jean-Bernard will feel about this, Cheryl…

Made In Chelsea star Rosie Fortescue forgot one very important item of clothing at London Fashion Week – her knickers.

While attending Julian MacDonald's show, the 24-year-old wore a very revealing black cutout dress by the designer that left no room for underwear – or imagination for that matter… 

The star shared snaps of her risqué dress on Instagram writing: “Loved wearing this insane dress to your show @julienmacdonald and of course a popsicle by @charlottesimone_ to slightly cover my dignity and @katmaconie shoes #nounderwear”

At least she wore a scarf to keep warm – in the voice of our mums, 'you’ll catch your death going out in that'.

Millie Macintosh was also there, but her outfit wasn't, eh, as revealing as Rosie's – although it wasn't too far from it…

It seems not all that glitters in gold for the Kardashian klan, as it has been revealed one of their stores is to close in October. 

Kardashian Khaos in The Mirage Hotel was described as a “celebrity lifestyle boutique” but unfortunately is closing after its Grand Opening in 2011. 

The store offered you the chance to have your fill of Kardashian items including souvenirs, key chains, T-shirts and even a Kris Yo-Yo – everyone needs one of these in their life… 

And if you were lucky, you could have even got to meet the family who popped in every once in a while.  

However, it didn’t really go down well with shoppers with some describing their time in the shop was a waste, commenting on their Yelp page: “Can I get the 5 minutes I spent in here back please?” and others describing the goods as “useless, overpriced GARBAGE!”

Items on the site are half price, so you can now get that Kourtney Beach Towel that you have been longing for for just $25.00…
