A woman has married Robert Pattinson in a Las Vegas ceremony!

Or at least, a version of him. A cardboard one…yes, really.

But don't worry, she had a good reason!

Laura Adkins married the cardboard cutout of Robert as Twilight’s Edward Cullen for her university thesis.

This just gets weirder and weirder, doesn’t it?!

The 25-year-old explained the unusual project, saying: “I’m going through all the steps a normal bride does. It’s absolutely real.”

Her thesis touches on “the female escapist fantasy [of] finding true love” as she describes: “Because of personal attachment to and experience with this fantasy or quest, which took a particularly strong hold of me when I discovered the intensely popular Twilight Saga, my thesis exhibition will touch on romantic expectation primarily through the main love interest, Edward Cullen.”

This brings a whole new meaning to the immature phrase: “If you love [item] so much why don’t you just go marry it?”

Well, maybe we will!

Then Comes Marriage is a new show on RTÉ Two and they’re looking for couples to take part in a relationship boot camp at a luxury retreat!

We know the words 'luxury' and 'boot camp' don’t usually go in the same sentence, but if you and your other half were up for it, it sounds like it could be fun!

It's described as a relationship crash course. You will spend three days completing a series of specially-designed challenges aimed at getting to know your partner better, under the guidance of Ireland’s leading relationship experts. And while it kind of sounds like one of those courses you have to do before getting married, you don’t actually have to be engaged. You do, however, have to be available over a three-day period in late October.

If you think your relationship could handle it, apply here!

There are some things that guys just don’t say because they know what the repercussions will be. Whether it’s just to their friends or their girlfriends there is a lot that guys lie about. If it’s with their mates, it’s usually just trivial details that they lie about, but if it’s to their girlfriend then they will lie just to keep the peace. Here are the things that guys will always lie about.

1. How much they’ve had to drink
If they get particularly drunk one night, they’ll always try particularly hard to hide the fact that they are. They will say that they had one or two, when in reality it was 6 pints, three jägarbombs and a naggin of vodka.

2. How many times they go to the gym
Whether it’s to their mates or when they are trying to impress a girl, they will always fabricate the little details. Even though they seem to always be carrying a gym bag around with them it doesn’tnecessarly mean that there are going to the gym all time. They want to give off the impression that they have a healthy lifestyle, which they do, but maybe not to the extent that they say.

3. How many girls they have slept with
Well, this is quite an obvious one, guys will always stretch the truth in terms of how many girls they slept with. If they say it to their mate, they will greatly exaggerate it, but if it’s to their girlfriend they say less. Either way guys will always change the number.

4. Whether or not you look fat in that
You really shouldn’t ask a guy this question in the first place, but even if they think a certain dress makes you more filled out they won’t say it. Guys will never say yes to this question unless they are gay or are a platonic best friend. If a guy is in anyway romantically linked with a girl the answer will always be no.

5. How busy they are
A lot of the time thought it basically means that they would just rather be alone. Sometimes they just need a little me time, which basically means watching football or playing the Xbox.

6. How interested they are
If a guy has to actually say “That is really interesting” it means the exact opposite of that. When they say it, it means that they have zoned out and have completely lost interest in the conversation. If they were actually interested in the conversation they would contribute to it.

7. Where their career is going
Guys will always pretend that there is some direction to their life, when someone asks what are you going to do after college it’s always hard to answer. Usually we just say something we’re interested in and not what we are actually going to do, which is sit at home in our pyjamas watching Breaking Bad all day.

8. If they like your friends or not
You don’t get on with everybody you meet, but if a girl asks a guy what he thinks about her friends he will always say he likes them. Most of the time there are always one or two that they don’t like, but they will never say it. It’s all an attempt to keep the peace and to not stir up any unnecessary drama.

9. How tired they really are
When a guy says he is tired, they just say it so they can get ourselves out of doing something. Fact.

10. If they’re actually listening to you
If a girl asks a guy if he was listening, then he was most definitely not. Girls can sense when guys are thinking about something else while they’re talking.

11. That they would rather be with you
Sometimes they might say they would rather be with their girlfriends when if fact all they want to do is hang out with the lads.

12. Why they didn’t text back
A lot of the time they have every intention of texting back and then their minds wanders and they completely forget about it.

13. How much they think about sex
It's a LOT, basically.

These days, wannabe models don’t have to wait to be spotted by a scout on the street before reaching stardom. They have Instagram instead, where they can amass thousands of followers all by their lonesome – and Galore, a multimedia company are taking note.

They have launched a new division of their company called Kitten, which is “one part mother agency and one part marketing company” according to founders Prince Chenoa and Jacob Dekat. Modelling agency One Management has also teamed up with Kitten to form One.1K to “merge technology and fashion”. Their aim is to represent some of the big social media fashion stars.

So far, they have Ashley Sky, Melissa Satta and Rocky Barnes. Scott Lipps, the founder of the agency said:

“I've been super active on social media for a few years, and it's become an incredible marketing tool …I noticed girls were getting booked from it.

“Brands want viral campaigns….It's about managing and packaging the models the right way.

“We can capitalize on what's happening in pop culture, and help girls get great deals based on their followings.”

So you know what to do if you want to break in to the fashion world ladies – you could be next!

First dates are nerve wracking, which can play havoc with your ability to remember the most basic things. If you’re meeting some handsome man for the first time this weekend, and you’re feeling like you’re going to forget something in the midst of the excitement, don’t worry. We’ve done the thinking for you! Here are five things you need to make sure you have in your bag when you head out the door:

Your ID
Can you imagine arriving at the bar with your date and being refused because they think you’re under 18? Avoid this situation, and just bring your ID!

Money
Us ladies can’t expect men to pay for us all the time anymore. Have some cash on you – who knows, you might need it to make a break for it in a taxi!

Lip balm
Because if you’re nervous, your lips and mouth may dry up, and you don’t want to spend all night licking them. That just looks kind of weird.

Make-up
Just incase you think you need a top up during the night, better safe than sorry!

Your phone
Imagine you forgot your phone, and couldn’t fake a phone call from a friend telling you that you had to get home NOW in a bid to escape an awful date? Do not forget this one!

Deodorant and perfume
If you had to run for the bus, or you’re just sweating from the nerves, you may find yourself in need of a quick spritz.

Mints
So you have nice, fresh breath for the goodnight kiss, obviously!

Professor Green, rapper and husband of Made In Chelsea star, Millie Mackintosh, has made a heartbreaking confession.

The Read All About it singer opened up about feeling low, saying: “I was definitely in the situation where the thought to ending it crossed my mind. I didn’t think about how I’d do it, but there were moments with the anxiety of it all, I wanted to get out of my own skin.”

This incident, as well as being injured in a road accident, added to his depression and he opens up about his healing process saying: “I tried cognitive behavioural therapy, but it didn’t work for me. I think therapy is important and cathartic, so I’ve got a way of getting the feelings out. Sometimes it takes a while, but now I’ve got the tools to get myself through it.”

He also spoke about how his own father’s suicide back in 2008 and how it helped him to understand depression further: “I thought my dad was selfish for taking the easy way out. But then I quickly realised I was the one who was selfish for thinking he was selfish.”

We’ve all been caught out by the “are you taking a video?!” gag after a full minute of standing still and trying not to blink for the camera. But this takes the biscuit.

A Vine of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, child stars turned designers, has gone viral.

Why? Because it has been branded by many as "creepy" and "awkward"…yikes!

We can kind of imagine this is exactly what they are like ALL OF THE TIME.

Remember when they were like this? Those were the days!
