Ciara McDonnell, originally from Mullingar, is living in Toronto. On Wednesday night, she needed a lift home, so she used her taxi app Uber, and who pulled up to collect her, only Deadmau5!

Apparenly Deadmau5, AKA Joel Zimmerman, has a whole webseries called Coffee Run, which is about driving famous people to coffee shops. So perhaps all this time spent with celebrities made him yearn for the company of an average joe, and this was the reason he decided to become an UberX driver for the night – who knows!

The music producer and performer used his own car, the McLaren, to do the run too. Not too shabby, eh?

He obviously enjoyed his night as he later tweeted:

We wish someone would do this in Ireland…. Perhaps one or two of the Westlife lads are looking for a bit of extra cash?!

We're not sure what exactly was going on in the Burger King brainstorming room when this idea got the thumbs up. It's one thing to add a new sauce to the beloved Whopper burger, or to change the fillings… but to dye the whole thing black? We're a little sceptical…

Burger King Japan has just unveiled its new menu option – the Kuro Burger, meaning "Black Burger". Available from next week, the new and "improved" burger features a black bamboo charcoal bun, black squid ink ketchup and black cheese.

The Japanese Burger King has offered bamboo charcoal buns as far back as 2012, but the cheesy innovation is new… and that's what we really can't get on board with. Bring back the Easi Singles! This picture is making us queasy:

The burger is available in two options, the Kuro Pearl which features just cheese, burger and sauce…

And the Kuro Diamond which features (non-dyed) lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Sliiiightly more edible.

Hmmm… we'll stick to chicken nuggets for now, thanks very much.

It’s safe to say that our school years weren’t the most stylish time of our lives here in SHEmazing!, and it looks as though Iggy Azalea was in the same boat!

One of the star’s former classmates posted a photo from his high school year book on Twitter, and a twelve-year-old Amethyst Kelly (Iggy’s real name) is seen wearing a blue polo shirt and an orange hairband – the go-to hair accessory for any twelve-year-old girl, for sure.

Little did she know that in another twelve years she would be one of the world’s biggest stars – or did she? By the look on her face, we can't help but think she knew this would not be her last photo shoot!

A total life overhaul isn’t always needed to boost your mental and physical health. Little tweaks to how you go about your daily business can have a more significant effect that you might think.

Try our life hacks to help you along the way!

1. Drink a glass of warm water and lemon every morning
This is a much easier, cheaper and healthier alternative to tea or coffee that will still leave you feeling energised and ready to face the day. Not only that but lemons contain potassium and Vitamin C which are essential immune boosters.

2. Work out in the morning if you can
A morning workout is easier to fit around your day and you’ll have your evenings free. Also, with the endorphin kick and increased metabolic rate that comes with exercise, you’ll be raring to go all day!

3. Eat an orange before you exercise
Oranges are a healthy but quick energy source that’ll keep you buzzing during your workout. You’ll stay hydrated – and the potassium will help with muscle soreness afterwards.

4. Eat the healthiest food on your plate first
Those potato wedges might be staring you in the face but by eating the healthier elements on your plate first, you’re less likely to overeat what’s left on your plate.

5. Eat from smaller plates
It might be a visual thing, but you’ll notice it affects your eating habits. You’re far less likely to pile on a second helping when your plate is already full.

6. Take a cold shower every once in a while
Not only does a cold shower wake you up, it closes pores and boosts circulation. Just make sure that you have a lovely fluffy towel to warm up with afterwards!

7. Turn up the music!
Louder music has been proven to increase feelings of relaxation and happiness more than music played at a lower volume. So throw on some Taylor Swift and have a bop around!

Kendall Jenner was at an event celebrating Miley Cyrus’s V Magazine cover on Wednesday night, and she was wearing a dress that showed a whole lot of leg. Which is fine, but when one man angled his camera to take a photo up her skirt, she was understandably annoyed.

Or so she says. Instead of ignoring the photo, she posted it to her Instagram account with the caption “perv”.

As many fans have pointed out, had she not done this, no one would have seen the photo. So is she really all that bothered?

We think not. You don't see Jennifer Lawrence tagging herself in those nude photos so that she can shame the guy who took them, because that just defies all logic.

Those Kardashians, eh? Big believers in the ‘all publicity is good publicity’ mantra! Where would they be without it?

Still, nice dress! We'd probably opt for a pair of tights ourselves though!

Jennifer Lawrence might be getting loved up with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin these days, but she also has some great friends to watch her back.

Her Hunger Games co-star Josh Hutcherson has spoken out about the recent leaked nude photos scandal – defending J-Law and the other actresses caught up in it.

“I just think all that stuff is so ridiculous," Josh said. "We're people too, man; we just want to live, we want to be normal people. It's not fair."

Josh was caught up in a leaked photo scandal himself last year, and he said he understands the difficulty of what Jennifer is going through.

“I think everyone has their own way of getting through it. It's something you obviously don't want to happen to you and it’s really unfortunate that it happens but, I don't know. I hate the way the world sort of views those sorts of issues,” the actor said.

He also criticised the negative reaction to the recent leak. “"We want to live our lives and be actors and like Jen and I always say…people say, 'Well, you chose to be an actor, you are going to have to deal with this kind of thing.' Well, no… it's not very fair.”

We agree, Josh! Maybe we could all be friends too??

We might be squeezing the last warmth out of the sunnier months, but just one look around the shops will tell you that autumn has well and truly arrived. Coats, boots and winter woolies are lining the shelves, but it can be hard to know exactly what to choose to look the part this season.

We've picked our top basic pieces to help you to transition seamlessly into autumn. Whatever colour or print you go for, these basic items will see you through this changing weather!

1. Trench coat
A trench is the perfect coat for those days when the weather really just can't decide what it's up to. It's light enough to be worn open on a warm day, but it also looks incredible when belted with a wool scarf and winter gloves. An great transitional choice! We love this piped beige trench from Dunnes for €55 – and it's also available in burgundy.

2. Shirt dress
This is one purchase that will take you right through to next summer. A shirt dress is an easy choice with bare legs and leather sandals, or get cozy by wearing tights, boots and a chuky cardi. This printed khaki dress from Topshop (€52) is perfect for autumn.

3. Simple shorts
Shorts are your best friend when it comes to the changing seasons. They're a beach wardrobe staple in the sunnier months, but they look great over tights too – black or coloured. We're fans of this black belted pair from New Look for €17.99 – team with a cute knitted jumper for easy autumn style.

4. A cape, poncho or cardigan
A good quality knitted piece is a key addition to your autumn wardrobe. A thick cardigan, like this check-printed one from Warehouse (€56) adds a soft, feminine and cozy touch to your look.

5.  Dark skinny jeans
A dark pair of skinnies is a sexier option than your standard denim pair, so they're perfect when you want to keep wrapped up on a Saturday night. We adore these waxed black skinnies from River Island (€55) – we'd take them over a miniskirt any day!

6. Ankle boots
Forget heels, ankle boots are your best friend this season. Your tootsies will be warm as you battle the elements, and the low heel is great for navigating icy pavements. These cutout Lianna boots from Oasis (€56) would look fab with bare legs or tights:

Or for a lower price point, we're big fans of New Look's tan Chelsea boot (€29.99):

7. A cozy scarf
A warm scarf doesn't just have to be practical. Choose a bright print to add a pop of colour to your wardrobe. At just €8 (down from €25), this H&M scarf won't leave you out in the cold:

Glee fans, this is not a drill!

It had been rumoured that quite a few of the original cast members would be reuniting for Glee's final season. Apparently the show's creator Ryan Murphy extended invites to every past cast member to return for one last hurrah, but until now we weren't 100% sure who was going to take him up on the offer.

Well, it looks like filming for this season is well underway, and there have been some very exciting pictures on social media today and yesterday!

Aside from the current cast members – Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Naya Rivera, Kevin McHale and co… there have been a few new additions!

Kevin posted this picture today of himself, Chris and Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina), which really got our pulse rates going…

The sweet caption read, "The 3 of us met each other for the 1st time and got hired for Glee 6 years ago today. Happy 6th Glee anniversary @jennaushkowitz & @hrhchriscolfer love u both…a lot." Aaaaw!

Last night Lea also posted a sneaky snap, this one of none other than Brittany S. Pierce!

Although Dianna Agron has been very hush-hush, she posted a picture of herself yesterday in her trailer looking very Quinn-esque altogether:

And to round things off nicely, this evening Lea shared a pic of herself, Chord Overstreet (Sam) and Mark Salling (Puck) in 80s gear on set:

Hold us. We can't cope. What will the first song of the season be? This is too much excitement!

“So how’s the love life?”

That awful question, usually asked by some well-meaning aunt at a family event. Oh, it’s not that we MIND answering. It’s just that she’s the fifth person to have asked this evening.

Being single in your twenties can make you feel like you’re constantly having to prove yourself to others. Yes, I’m single. Yes, I’m happy. No, I haven’t met the right person yet. Yes, I’m fine with that. Even though Irish couples are now getting married far later – the average age of an Irish bride is now 32, and for grooms it’s 34 – there’s still that unspoken expectation that we should be thinking of settling down by now.

What we need to realise though, is that our twenties are a time when we should be embracing our lack of ties. These years are the ones we should be using to make whatever decisions we want – bad or good. If you’re single with no significant other to consider – that’s a good thing, not a stumbling block. Our twenties are the years that we should be figuring ourselves out, and there’s no better way to do that than by being by ourselves.

It was once believed that our brain was fully developed by our early twenties and that by 21 we were fully-fledged adults. Research published by the Wall Street Journal however shows that our brain development is still unfinished during early adult years.

The period between 18 – 29 is now being termed our “emerging adulthood” – the transitional time when we are still moving from one stage of life to the next. So, if you’ve ever thought “Is THIS adulthood?” you can calm down a little because you’re not quite there yet.

Relationships can be tricky, especially in your twenties. One thing that any single twenty-something needs to accept is the sorry truth that you will fall for at least one guy that is totally, utterly wrong for you. In fact, it probably won’t just be one. Don’t beat yourself up about it.

Having your heart broken mightn’t seem like a barrel of laughs at the time but if you come out the other end realising that you’ll never settle for less than what you deserve, well, that’s a pretty solid life lesson.

Being single – whether you’ve just gotten out of a long-term relationship or whether you’ve never really had one – can sometimes feel a bit lonely. Other friends or colleagues seem to have their act together, why can’t you? But being single should never be about feeling alone or unwanted – you have your independence, you can make decisions that benefit you and only you, and you know what it is to love yourself for exactly who you are. That’s powerful stuff.

Make the most of your twenties, whatever your relationship status. Our generation has been given a get out of jail free card for this decade – unlike our parents and grandparents, settling down in our twenties is just one option out of many. Don’t force things – just roll with the punches and enjoy the process!

Pop star Iggy Azalea could be cashing in big time – but not for her music.

The singer allegedly recorded a scandalous sex tape which has made its way into the hands of porn company Vivid Entertainment.

Vivid boss Steve Hirsch says he's certain the tape would get huge sales if Iggy were to sell the rights. "If there is any tape out there that can rival that of Kim Kardashian, this one is it."

Steven says he's only been shown a "teaser" of the 24-year-old's tape, if indeed it is her, but he'd be willing to negotiate a multi-million dollar deal.

Problem is though, Iggy denies all knowledge of the tape, and her PR people say they're ready to sue if needed. This isn't the first time that the Fancy singer has been caught up in a media scandal. Although she escaped the recent nude photo leak, a compromising image was published on Twitter back in April, believed to be of Iggy and her NBA-playing boyfriend Nick Young. The singer took to Twitter to defend herself:

We wonder how this latest scandal will unfold!

It sounds as if all of those rumours about Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin may be far from just rumours after all!

The new hot couple in Hollywood were seen enjoying a romantic date at Beverly Hills restaurant, La Dolce Vita.

A source for People says that the two looked very much the loved-up couple: “They were super cute together. They were laughing a lot and Jennifer was acting all goofy!”

It’s nice to hear that Chris is able to lift Jennifer’s spirits following the ordeal she has been through in recent weeks.

The news comes following the breakdown of Chris’ marriage to Gwyneth Paltrow back in June and Jennifer’s split from actor Nicholas Hoult during the summer.

Meanwhile, Nicholas has been seen spending lots of time with Kristin Stewart as they film a movie in Japan together.

We're not sure we can get used to all of these unusual celebrity pairings!
