Emmerdale star, Adam Thomas and his girlfriend, Caroline welcomed a baby boy yesterday and have named their new bundle of joy Teddy James.

The actor, who plays Adam Barton on the soap, announced the news on his Twitter account, writing: “2day I fell more in lovewith @Carolinejanexx than I ever will do!Teddy James Thomas born 8/9/2014 new lucky roulette numbers right there ;)”

Adam brother, Ryan, who plays Jason Grimshaw on another soap, Coronation Street, also shared a snap of the adorable new addition, tweeting: “I’m an uncle!!!! #TeddyJamesThomas.”

Teddy has proved to be a very popular name in recent years, with TOWIE’s Dan Osborne naming his son Teddy and Robbie William’s naming his daughter Teddy Rose.

Congratulations to the family on this happy news.

Sara Chergui from The Crime of Fashion is a French beauty blogger living between France and Ireland, and she took some time from her busy schedule (she’s a French International Trades and Foreign Languages Master Degree student!) to let us in on her best beauty secrets – enjoy!

What is your best budget beauty buy?
My MUA Matte Palette. About €5, it's my best budget beauty buy. I use this palette every single day for my eye makeup as well as my eyebrows. I love how versatile it is, you can create so many looks!

What is your top make-up tip?
Never, ever go to bed without removing your makeup! I know how it is, you come home late, you're tired and you just want to sleep, but that step is the most important of the day. Your skin needs to breath and by keeping your makeup on, you do not allow it to. That's something you can actually feel the next morning. Once or twice I fell asleep forgetting to remove my makeup and the next day, my skin was so dry and tired, such a terrible feeling. I never joke with makeup removing. To do so, I use two products. First, L'Oréal Paris Skin Perfection Cleansing Oil. It's a great product to dissolve the makeup. Then, I use L'Oreal Paris Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution to clean off the leftover product. I love this product, it's amazing on its own to remove the makeup and clean the skin. If I could recommend a single item, it would be this one.

Most girls have much-loved lipstick – what's yours?
Mac lipstick shade Dangerous. I have quite a big lipstick collection but my Mac are so far the best I own. I love Dangerous, the quality is amazing and I always feel so glamorous when I wear it.

What was your very first perfume and what are you currently wearing?
My mother has an amazing perfume collection she started at least 20 years ago. As a kid, I always loved to look at the beautiful bottles. In France, perfume means a lot to a woman. My first perfume was Coco Mademoiselle, she gave it to me when I was 18 and it is still my signature fragrance. I started my own perfume collection, I have fragrances from Jean Paul Gaultier, Cartier, Burberry but I always go back to Coco Mademoiselle.

You're only allowed use three make-up products for the rest of your life – what are they?
No. 1: Miss Europe Bronzer shade Irisé. This bronzer is my all time favourite. I use it every single day, all year long. The colour is gorgeous, the pigmentation is amazing. I talk about it very often on the blog, couldn't recommend it more! It's also super cheap!

No. 2: Maybelline Brow Drama Brow Mascara. I've been using this product for almost a year. I love it and I can't imagine my eyebrow routine without it. I love how my eyebrows look thicker when I apply it, extremely natural and pretty!

No.3: Sleek Blush trio Palette shade Pumpkin. Sleek blushes are so pigmented and easy to use. I love how unique the shades are. In the Pumpkin trio palette, the orange colour is my favourite. I never thought a true orange blusher would be easy to wear on a daily basis, but Sleek made it happen!

Ian Somerhalder has taken some online comments about his girlfriend, Nikki Reed very seriously indeed.

After some of his fans commented on a photo on his Instagram account saying they hated his current girl, he hit back – hard: “You HATE NIKKI REED? Really? Do you know her? Hmmmm, I’m not sure that you do. Look at her Instagram feed or Twitter and all you will see is a compassionate and beautiful human being. Please put your negative energy elsewhere. You don’t even know the person you’re talking about.”

The actor didn’t stop there and continued his display of loyalty for Nikki (swoon!): “Do you care about me? Ask yourself that question. What’s the answer? Is it yes? If it is – then please be happy for me. Stop this nonsense – you’re spreading horrible energy into the world. Do some research of the person you say sucks or you HATE. You’ll find she’s a magical person doing great things in the world."

But that wasn’t it…

“I’m sickened and saddened by the the fans’ response to all this. My fans have stood up to people like you and tried to empower you with some compassion. If we all thought a little or [learned] a little about people before we spoke about them, the world wouldn’t be so upside down and in the worst place in history. If you hate Nikki you must hate me… That’s sad. Have an amazing day!”

Um, wow. She’s an even luckier lady than we previously thought! What a sweetheart.

An obviously worried girlfriend has come up with a way of getting all of the girls in Ibiza to back off her man while he is on a lad’s holiday – a hilarious t-shirt with a warning on it!

Abbie Bartlett created the t-shirt for boyfriend Leon Connelly which sees the words: “I love my girlfriend and I hate all the girls in Ibiza so please stay away from me” brandished across his chest.

On top of this, Abbie also included four photos of her and Leon on the t-shirt, looking very loved up and sure to scare away any potential interested ladies on the party island…!

The only question remaining is…will it work?

Thankfully, Abbie isn’t the obsessive girlfriend she pretends to be and says: “When I took the T shirt to the printing shop they must have thought I was a psycho! But Leon saw the funny side because it’s really just a joke – he and I have a similar sense of humour.”

We know they are bad for us and it will lead nowhere good and they won't ever change and blah blah blah… but there are so many reasons women love a bad boy. Like these:

1. They are confident 

Bad boys wouldn’t be able to pull off half their antics if they weren’t brimming with confidence. 

2. They are indifferent 

They just don’t give a damn. Rule books are not applicable to them and when it comes to getting things done, it’s either their way of the highway. You can’t expect to change him, or set him straight as he makes his rules and believes that life is to be lived on the edge. Take it or leave it, that’s the attitude they flaunt and it’s massively sexy. For a while anyway. 

3. They are exciting and adventurous 

Among the most prominent characteristics you’d find abundantly in bad boys is their love for excitement and adventure. Bad boys are always testing the boundaries and pushing the envelope when it comes to their life and women just can’t get enough of this attitude. They find it intriguing and extremely exciting.

4. They are challenging and mysterious 

Remember, if your behavior becomes routine, women are bound to find you boring. Women want men who are a challenge. As for the mysterious streak, contrary to popular belief that women want dates booked in, a little bit of the the guessing game actually gives us a high like no other.

5. They are very masculine 

This often goes hand-in-hand with being confident, indifferent, exciting, adventurous etc. Bad boys are often rugged and in-control. That doesn’t mean that they are controlling, they just know how to get what they want without breaking into a sweat. They speak clearly and confidently, they look you in the eye, they are passionate about what they believe in. Most importantly, they still know how to treat a lady and make her feel good. To them the latter is a mastered skill.

6. They make you feel like the only girl in the world

Just don't be fooled into thinking you are…this is a bad boy we are talking about, remember?

It has been reported that Michelle Williams and Jason Segel are seeing each other again!

The cute couple ended their one year relationship in February of last year as Michelle felt Jason wasn’t ready to commit.

However, it looks as if this may all have changed as the pair were spotted at a restaurant in Rome, Italy recently.

Jason was also said to be very close to Michelle and Heath Ledger’s daughter, with many photos of them out and about together. 

Hmm, we really loved these two together, we hope they reunite!

If you’re on the dating scene, and an older man catches your eye, you might wonder – is it a good idea? If you’re in a relationship, on the other hand, and you hear your boyfriend tell ANOTHER fart joke, you may be able to answer that question pretty quickly. However, there are pros and cons to everything!

Pros
Chivalry
Older guys might be more old-school, and may be more inclined to open doors for you and that kind of thing, which is always nice!

Sex
They’re probably more experienced, so they may teach you a thing or two!

Security
There’s less chance of an older guy upping sticks and moving to Australia with the lads, he probably already has a stable job and maybe even a house to live in!

Cons
Hanging out with friends
He may not enjoy spending time with your friends as it may make him feel old, but if he’s an easy going kind of guy, it should be fine! Similarly when you’re with his friends, you may feel like a child at first, but you’ll soon settle in and it’ll feel normal.

Meeting the parents
Introducing your dad to your older boyfriend is always going to be awkward. But again, if he’s a genuinely nice guy, age shouldn’t be an issue for long!

Power imbalance
If he’s older and has a better job or more money than you, you may sense a power imbalance between you two. Obviously, if he patronises you and treats you like a child, something is not right. Money can’t buy love remember!

Kelly Brook has angered a LOT of people after comments she made on This Morning yesterday.

The model was promoting her new autobiography called Close Up when she talked about punching two of her former boyfriends, Danny Cipriani and Jason Statham.

Viewers accused Kelly, who is currently engaged to former Gladiator, David McIntosh, of being inappropriate when discussing the incidents, and making light of what is essentially domestic violence.

Many people on Twitter did not agree that it was okay for Kelly to laugh and joke about hitting her boyfriends, with viewers tweeting things like: “Kelly Brook justifies hitting her ex’s by telling This Morning ‘These are big men I’m going out with – I’m not going to do them any damage’” and “Disappointed with @itvthismorning 4 laughing along with Kelly Brook RE her hitting boyfriends in the face! Domestic violence isn’t funny!”

Hmm, it certainly would have been a different story if a man had sat on the This Morning couch and laughed about hitting a woman – she better do some damage control soon!
