Rita Ora proves she is well and truly O-V-E-R her messy break-up with Calvin Harris as she stepped out with new beau, Ricky Hilfiger last night.

The singer has been rumoured to be dating the rapper son of designer Tommy Hilfiger since the beginning of the month, and it looks as if they are still going strong!

Rita and Calvin had a very messy break-up during the summer that resulted in the pop star not being able to perform at the Teen Choice Awards and having her new album put in jeopardy.

While we’re sure there is still some ongoing drama between the two, it looks as if Rita has moved on.

However, Calvin isn't the only one Rita has drama with at the moment as Kim Kardashian is said to have requested a seat change at the VMAs last week after being placed two seats away from the I Will Never Let You Down singer.

Kim's rep denied any feud but it is well known that Rita's break-up with Kim's brother, Rob was very messy so it wouldn't be much of a surprise.

To celebrate Read a Book Day tomorrow, we have put together a list of our favourites for you to choose from. So instead of switching on the TV in the morning, why not curl up with a good book instead? There really is nothing better!

Watermelon by Marian Keyes
This is the book that shot Marian Keyes into a bestselling author. It’s hilariously funny, but also deals with some pretty serious issues – you can’t go wrong!

State of the Union by Douglas Kennedy
This book is about the life of Hannah Buchan, daughter of a famous radical and painter mother in 1960s America. It was written by a man but he seems to be able to get into the mind of a woman without any bother at all – you’ve got to read it!

Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
Quick! Before the film gets here! The book is ALWAYS better, and this one will have you hanging on the edge of your seat. It’s a cliché, but you really won’t be able to put it down!

The Wrong Knickers by Bryony Gordon
A true story by UK journalist Bryony Gordon. In this book she tells you all about her life so far, from snorting cocaine every night of the week, to finally getting her life on track. It’s really funny and brutally honest.

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by JK Rowling
Maybe you’ve read it before, but who cares? It’s one of the greats! Any of the Harry Potter books are always a good choice!

The Nanny by Melissa Nathan
Sadly, Melissa Nathan passed away from breast cancer in 2006. She wrote this book while battling the disease and when reading it, you would never know what she was going through. It’s really funny and easy to read.

The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath
This is a classic, and while you might not be able to make head nor tail of her poems, this novel is actually really easy to read. While she said it was a work of fiction, she clearly took inspiration from her own time in a psychiatric unit and her battle with depression.

The Glass Lake by Maeve Binchy
Maeve Binchy was possible one of the best Irish writers ever, and this book is a firm favourite. It’s kind of spooky and eerie too, you’ll just HAVE to get to the end!

To Kill a Mocking-Bird by Harper Lee
Hopefully this book hasn’t been ruined for you by the Junior or Leaving Cert, because it really is one of the best. If you haven’t read it yet, get to it!

The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
Even if you saw the film first, you need to read the book. It spent a year on The New York Times Best Seller list, so if that’s not a reason to give it a read, we don’t know what is!

It's hard to find the perfect gentleman, but we are positive he's out there. He just needs to do all of these things to sweep us off our feet:

1. Comment On Our Appearance (Positive Only, Obviously)

Even after two or three years, this will still go a long way.

2. Celebrate The Little Things

We don't want men to remember that first time we held hands or anything, but a sweet gesture to remind us that they remember little things would be nice.

3. Do Not Point Out Our Flaws

You don't think we realise our brows haven't been done for weeks?! We're poor!

4. Don’t Talk About Your Exes (Especially If They Were Really Hot)

We probably know everything there is to know already, on account of the fact that we’ve stalked her numerous times on Facebook. Never, ever underestimate a woman’s stalking skills. She probably knows more about her than you do.

5. If She’s Acting Crazy, Buy Her Chocolate Stat

It's our currency.

6. Don’t Forget To Randomly Text Us From Time To Time

It’s all too easy to take your other half for granted when you’ve been together for a long period of time, so touching base every now and then is imperative. Just a funny little text will do the trick and get you back on her mind in no time.

7. Don’t Ever Comment On Our Hot Friends

Because that is a very good way to lose a part of your special anatomy.

8. Do Not Attempt To Put An Ugly Picture Of Her On Facebook

We get that men do this to other men and even women to other women, but what the hell would posses you to do it to your girlfriend? You are not Ashton and she is not Demi and it’s not funny or cute. Not acceptable. Ever.

9. Never Disrespect Our Parents

They made us, therefore you should automatically be grateful to them. Make an effort and inquire about them from time to time, that’s all it takes.

10. Leave Us To Shop Alone

There’s nothing more annoying to women than having an annoying man following us around grumbling about being bored, when all we want to do is buy three dress for €40 and rejoice. Do us both a favour and go wait in the pub.

11. Surprise Her Every Now And Then

There’s a certain element of getting into a routine when you’re in a long term relationship, so instead of spending another weekend in the pub together, surprise her with a little treat, a date night, a weekend away, a new sex move or whatever else it takes to put you in the good books. Whatever it is that you do will show that you’ve put thought and care into it and that’s a massive plus in our eyes. Honest.

12. Our Space Is Not Messy, It’s Organised Chaos

For some reason most women , are slightly messy. Some of us might be totally neat, tidy and into our appearance on the outside, but step into our rooms and you’ll be greeted with a wall of crap. Don’t mouth off about it, it’s our mess and we’re happy with it. Unless you live with us, in which case, it’s only changing if you’re happy to clean it up for us.

13. Support Us, No Matter What

That’s what you’re there for, after all. If she’s feeling down, cheer her up. If she’s quiet, talk to her. If she’s having family problems, be there for her and if you’re the reason she’s upset, then change your bad habits before she changes her boyfriend. Above all, be her shoulder to cry on and her solid support system. Remind her why she loves you and you’re on the right track.

There is worry for Kelly Osbourne after she was hospitalised for pneumonia yesterday.

The TV star shared an image of herself looking rather pale in the hospital, writing: “When you have a cough go to the doctor or you will end up like me! #Pnuemonia.”

Oh no, the poor thing – hopefully she will be on the mend soon.

Kelly has been a busy lady in recent weeks following the launch of her very own clothing line called Stories…By Kelly Osbourne which she teased followers about for months.

However, Kelly is also heartbroken after her Fashion Police co-star, Joan Rivers passed away yesterday.

Kelly shared a lovely photo of Joan on her Instagram account and wrote: “@joanrivers you were one of the best gifts life has ever given me!”

The star also took to her Facebook page and wrote a touching tribute to the deceased comedienne: “I’m completely heartbroken by the loss of my beloved Joan. Not only was she my boss, she was and will always be my teacher, therapist, closest friend, inspiration and the only grandmother I ever knew. She was family and I will never forget her. Laughter will be difficult for a while but when I’m sad, lonely or upset all I will have to do is think of Joan and a smile will cross my face. Laughter is what she gave us and laughter is what she would want us to do in remembrance of her. Melissa and Cooper, my thoughts are with you and I love you both so much. Joan, thank you for taking me in and loving me as a daughter. I will miss you deeply and will always hear your voice in my head saying ‘my darling get out there and be you!’”

Do you prefer your man with or without facial hair? We can’t help but think that a bit of beard can increase a man’s attractiveness by about 100%. Seeing as tomorrow is World Beard Day, we have chosen six of our favourite bearded celebrities!

Ashton Kutcher – we’d have him either way, but if we had to choose…beard.

Hugh Jackman – we even love his Wolverine lamb chops – or maybe it's the muscles….

Henry Cavill – we really hoped he wouldn’t shave the beard in Superman!

Bradley Cooper – definitely pro beard for Cooper, or at least a bit of stubble.

Will Smith – he looks weird without his trademark facial hair. Just plain weird!

Jamie Dornan – don't ever shave again!

There are some things us girls just do NOT want to hear from boys. Here they are:

1. “You’re wearing too much make up”
We KNOW you prefer us without make-up which means we aren't doing it for you, we're doing it for ourselves (ok, other girls).

2. “You’re pretty clever…for a girl”
Excuse me, do you know who run the world? That's right, girls!

 3. The answer “Yes” to the question “does my bum look big in this?”
Have you EVER seen any movie EVER?!

 4. “Girls have it easier”
Do you know what we have to put up with?! A few perks is exactly what we deserve.

Jennifer-Lawrence-Thinks-Youre-Funny-Gif

5. “Yeah, you could do with losing a few pounds”
Any guy that says this shouldn't be within a ten-mile radius anyway so steer clear!

Youre-Perfect

6. “You should talk about sex more”
Code for: "We should have more sex."

7. Openly slate women drivers in front of another woman
*Sigh*

 8. “You should be flattered I’m stalking you”
SWIPE SWIPE SWIIIPE!

This is a little surprising to say the least!

Despite a lot of evidence pointing to the fact that she and Justin Bieber are once again an item, Selena maintains she does NOT have a boyfriend.

Yes, that’s right, according to the singer, she is single!

The singer and actress made the admission at the NEO Adidas fashion show in New York this week, saying: “I live for a good boyfriend t-shirt even if I don’t have one.”

Erm, we think you might, Selena! Unless all of that kissing and cuddling was just as friends?!

Perhaps the two have fallen out (again) given that the Biebs was arrested (again) last weekend while with Selena.

Well, she didn’t think it was going to end well, did she?

We get it – rejection isn’t nice. Especially when you’ve just asked someone to put your meat in their mouth – how embarrassing! But this guy’s reaction on Tinder went WAY over the top.

Over the course of 33 messages, he tells the girl who rejected him how she isn’t good looking enough to reject him, and then some.

It sounds to us like someone needs their ego deflated – fast!

Actress, Beverley Mitchell has announced that she is expecting her second child!

Beverley, best known for her role as Lucy in 7th Heaven (we miss that show!) announced the happy news with a cute photo on her Whosay account, writing: “#tbt to the place where Michael asked me to marry him, and this past year we stood as a family of three! Can’t believe in 2015 we will be a family of 4!!!”

Beverley and her husband of six years, Michael, welcomed a daughter named Kenzie Lynne back in 2013.

Congratulations to the happy family on this exciting news!

Now can we have 7th Heaven back please?! We bet Jessica Biel would be on board!

Just look at all of that '90s happiness in one single photo!

Have you ever noticed that there’s no sandwich emoji? Or that vegetables are totally under-represented in the list of coloured icons on your phone? Well, writer Kelsey Roxroat certainly noticed, and decided it was time to see if emojis really could dictate what she ate.

Over the course of a week, Kelsey made a mission to eat her way through all food emojis listed on her iPhone – and nothing else. And so, the All-Emoji diet was born.

At first it seems like it would be fairly easy to manage. Pizza, beer, chips and burgers – yay! But when it comes to non-fast food items, there’s not a whole lot of scope. Of the 59 emojis, 11 are desserts, eight are rice-based (thank you, Japanese designers) and just two are vegetables.

All the same, Kelsey made a fairly good job of her emoji-eating. Day One started off nicely with coffee, banana, strawberries and milk for breakfast, veggie stew (inspired by the “pot of food” emoji), cherries and a lollipop for lunch, and spaghetti and red wine for dinner.

By Day Five though, things got a little more random, with the delicious combination of shrimp, a tangerine and ice cream for lunch. Yummy.

The diet certainly isn’t the next big thing for weight loss, it would seem. “As I assess what I still need to cover in the final days, I notice two common themes: white rice and sugar,” said Kelsey.

All the same though, she did get the chance to try some of the more random Asian foods including dango (those coloured balls on a stick) and oden (the strange meat-like shapes, also on a stick).

Well, it’s not one we’ll be trying anytime soon, but good to know it can be done!

The residents of Tullyallen in Co. Louth are under attack from one very confident crow!

The bird, which has been dubbed as the ‘Crazy Crow’, has been landing on people’s heads, waking people up by tapping on their windows and stealing the cones at GAA training! He has become so well known around the local area that he even has his own Facebook page!

However, not everyone has deemed the crow as a pest – one woman, June Smith is quite taken by the winged creature!

Sinead Sweeney, on the other hand, was not happy when he woke her and her family up pecking at the window and squawking. Sinead said that he "then tried to attack my dog. Lunatic!!"

We really want to meet this guy! However, some residents are worried he will hurt one of the school kids. One woman revealed that "it was my child he went for this morning, to the back of his head."

Suddenly, this funny story has taken an eerie twist….

Zosia Mamet, AKA the whirlwind that is Shoshanna Shapiro on HBO’s hit series Girls, has followed Lena Dunham’s lead and dyed her hair blonde!

The actress cut her brown locks into a sleek bob back in January, but was obviously inspired by co-star Lena Dunham and decided that blondes really do have more fun! Lena seems to be a fairly easy going individual, so we don’t think the pair will be falling out over their shared hairstyle. Besides, they do say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!

Zosia isn’t the only Girls actress to get a make-over either. The first photos of Allison Williams playing Peter Pan show her with a VERY short new hair-do!

However, Allison’s new look is (thankfully!) just a wig – though she did say she would cut her hair for the part: “I was all ready to cut my hair, then was told by the folks who actually know what they're doing that a wig works better for everybody. So, December 4th, here we come. #wiglife #peterpanlive #nbc"

Producers of Peter Pan Live! have said that Allison was a “major find” for the role: “She will reinvent the iconic role of Peter Pan with her wit, her warmth, her dynamic flying and her wonderful musical abilities. The score will be sung beautifully and introduced to a whole new generation of families.”

We might just have to tune in – though we’re finding it hard to imagine Allison singing anything other the song from Marnie's cringy music video in Girls!
