Have you ever sat back and wished that the wizarding world of Harry Potter was real? Well, so have we.

With that in mind, we have some siriusly (lol) exciting news for you all!

Harry Potter's childhood home is officially on the market, and it's actually super cute, and we NEED to live there.

You can buy the Potter family home childhood home in Godric’s Hollow, if you have a cool £1 million lying around, and don't mind the fact that it was the place where Voldemort killed the Potter parents.

The listing on the real estate company Carter Jones’ website is for the De Vere House in the village of Lavenham in Suffolk, England.

While James, Lily, and Harry Potter didn’t really all live there (or did they?), the house was used in both parts of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows as the setting for the Potter’s Godric’s Hollow home.

Needless to say, the house is in much better shape than the time Harry and Hermione saw it ruined by dark magic and time in The Deathly Hallows — Part One.

The home is furnished to perfection, in the most rustically chic way!

In the days that followed Donald Trump's threat to respond to North Korea 'with fire and fury' if they continued to threaten the United States, Jimmy Kimmel decided to address the topic on his show.

Explaining that a recent poll had revealed that almost two-thirds of America view North Korea as a 'critical threat', Jimmy decided to take to the streets of Hollywood and follow up on the findings with people on Hollywood Boulevard.

After confirming that most people felt that the US should consider military action against North Korea, the same people were asked to locate North Korea on a map.

And then it all went to hell in a bucket.

From one woman hesitantly pointing at – wait for it – Canada to another stabbing her finger in the direction of Europe, it's safe to say that the people Jimmy's team approached should probably sit out this particular discussion next time.

We mean, take a look at this…

Maybe you loved it, maybe you hated it, but there is no denying that Twilight was everywhere in the noughties.

Robert Pattinson is known for his melancholy portrayal of Edward Cullen in the hit teenage vampire film series.

The role catapulted the young star to fame, but Robert revealed on the Howard Stern Show that it wasn't always smooth sailing.

According to the star, the directors and producers wanted the Cullen character to be more positive and smile more, but Robert disagreed.

'If you’re going into a relationship with someone, the way to make it really intense is if you can barely talk to each other, you can barely touch each other, it’s incredibly serious all the time,” he told Howard Stern.

'That’s what teenage relationships are.'

'But everyone kind of wanted it to be, like, ‘No, they should just be, like, happy and having fun. That’s what people want."’

Robert felt the pressure from producers to drop the moody facade that Edward Cullen is known for, and adopt a sunnier disposition.

'(My agents) flew up and were like, ‘You have to do the opposite of what you’re doing now or you’re going to get fired today.'

Robert was even given a copy of Twilight with all the instances of Edward Cullen smiling highlighted in marker.

Robert retaliated by using another shade of highlighter to illustrate the places in the novel where Edward frowned or grimaced.

Magically, he kept his job, and we have the binge-watchable Twilight series as a pay off.

Listen, we recognise that there are loads of important things happening in the world at the moment- from Mr Trump's ongoing issues, to the chaos of Brexit.

But sometimes we just want to read something that will put a smile on our face – and that is what we're here to do.

Public Service Announcement: you can now officially purchase rose gold Minnie Mouse ears, and we are super happy about it.

Thanks to the wonderful people at Disney, some people can take their Millennial pink game to a whole new level.

The gorgeous, Instagram-worthy, ears are practically tailor-made for social media, and they are covered in tiny sequins and topped with a metallic bow.

And while we appreciate that these ears won't save the world, and are not really that important – we love them, and that's all that matters.

People all over the Internet have been going absolutely mad for them also, with countless social media users sharing snaps of the magical ears.

Even Sabrina Carpenter, from Disney’s Girl Meets World, took to Instagram to show off her glitzy Minnie ears.

However, for the moment the ears are only available across the pond – at either California’s Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World in Florida, according to the official Disney Style blog.

HOWEVER, we reckon they'll make their way over to us in the next few months.

Fingers crossed!

Ireland's seemingly out of control housing crisis is apparently turning workers off moving to the Emerald Isle.

Times are tough when it comes to renting nationwide, and in Dublin in particular, with a Daft.ie study putting the average cost of Irish rent at a whopping €1131.00.

Tech professionals hoping to come to Ireland for job opportunities are now turning down jobs in Ireland due to the situation.

The cost and availability of rental accommodation is cited as the issue, according to a new report by tech recruitment firm Prosperity.

'Time and again, candidates from abroad have cited an internet search on the cost and availability of accommodation in Dublin (and the many associated horror stories) as their reason for rejecting a job offer,' Gary Mullan, managing director of Prosperity, told The Irish Times.

Skilled foreign workers are looking to other European countries, such as The Netherlands, Germany and Portugal, for jobs, as while the salaries are slightly lower, the cost of living and renting is significantly cheaper.

Market rents in Dublin, for example, are now 66 per cent higher than at their previous lowest point.

Outside Dublin, rents have risen 41 per cent.

With people's sheds up for rent for almost €900.00, and sex for rent craigslist adds staining the market, can you really blame people for being put off?

Bridesmaids star Chris O'Dowd and wife Dawn O'Porter welcomed their second child in July.

Their son, called Valentine, was born at home, and Chris himself assisted in the birth.

The actor spilled about the birth to Kelly and Ryan LIVE, and he had some pretty interesting observations to make about parenthood.

A post shared by Dawn O'Porter (@hotpatooties) on

'It's been really nice, ' Chris told the hosts.

'Having your second kid is like you just learned how to play a song on the guitar, and then someone is like, 'OK, now play left-handed! And hold this baby,' he joked.

Chris also elaborated on exactly how the birth went down.

A post shared by chris o'dowd (@chrisodowd) on

'We did have it at home,' he said.

'We had a midwife. And my wife was there, which was excellent. And a friend of ours who was like a doula.'

'And we did it on our bed. It was great. And I caught him, which was fun.'

Chris also explained to the hosts that in the heat of the moment, he made a bit of a blooper-reel worthy comedic move.

'We didn't know if it was going to be a boy or a girl,' he said.'

'And Dawn, my wife was like 'So what is it?!' And I said, "It's a BABY!''

If you follow the exploits of Ilana Wexler and Abbi Abrams on Broad City, you'll know that when it comes to sex and relationships, very few things are off-limits.

Adventurous, curious and liberated, the two characters navigate their respective sex lives in a manner which has resonated hugely with a generation of viewers.

So, it is perhaps no surprise that the show has now been given its very own range of sex toys which features some of the show's most recognisable slogans and catchphrases.

The items are the product of a collaboration with sex toy retailer, Lovehoney, and include lipstick vibrators and masturbation eggs.

‘Lovehoney is thrilled to partner with Abbi and Ilana for the Broad City collection launch,” said Neal Slateford, Co-Founder of Lovehoney.

“When we collaborated on the collection, the design and naming process was so fun, and we hope these high quality toys appeal to fans of Abbi, Ilana and the show and beyond."

"Lovehoney is proud to be sex positive, inclusive, and most of all to recognise that sex should be fun," he continued. "The Broad City range embodies this completely and the collaboration felt like the perfect fit."

"The response to the collection has been overwhelming – we’re so glad we’ve been able to share a little bit of sexual happiness amongst the Broad City fans in the UK."

And just an FYI ladies, but there's currently 20 per cent off the range for a limited time only…

We've all had those moments where no headphones were available, and playing music out of your phone was a necessity.

While the act may make you feel like a teenager down the back of the bus again, there is actually a very sophisticated hack that will let you play music off your phone at a much louder decibel than you ever thought possible.

Whether it's a house party emergency or just you dancing around the kitchen, Twitter user The Bae has shared a hack to increase the volume of your fave tunes.

Simply head to Settings, click on the Music section, scroll down to EQ, and change the EQ setting from Off to Late Night.

And BAM you have high impact sounds coming from your little old smart phone. Simple.

Make sure you play music while you're switching from EQ Off to Late Night so you can hear the difference for yourself.

We tried the hack, and we can confirm that it 100 per cent works.

Our neighbours will definitely be grateful for this one…

It's been 20 years since Ellen DeGeneres made the decision to come out as gay, and while she was lauded in some circles for her courage at the time, the fall-out from the announcement sent the much-loved TV presenter into a severe depression.

Speaking to Good Housekeeping, Ellen, who used her then sitcom as a platform for her announcement, revealed that the months that followed her admission were some of the toughest of her life.

"I moved out of L.A., went into a severe depression, started seeing a therapist and had to go on antidepressants for the first time in my life," the 59-year-old explained.

"The bullying I endured in Hollywood after I came out made up for the lack of it during my childhood," she added.

In the year that followed Ellen's announcement in April 1997, her show was cancelled which understandably wreaked havoc on both her personal and professional life.

"It was scary and lonely. All I’d known for 30 years was work, and all of a sudden I had nothing,” she admits.

And it wasn't just fear that Ellen experienced during this time, but a deep sense of injustice at the reaction her announcement garnered from the public.

"I was mad. It didn’t feel fair – I was the same person everyone had always known," she argued.

Thankfully, the Louisiana native made a valiant attempt to turn her life around, and explains that she sought solace in meditation, exercise and writing, saying: "Eventually I started meditating, working out and writing again, and I slowly started to climb out of it."

The woman described by Ellen in the interview is a far cry from the confident, upbeat and insanely popular presenter she is today.

Happily married and the face of one of the best-loved chat shows in the States, Ellen insists: "I can’t believe I came back from that point. I can’t believe where my life is now.”

The Repeal Project has inspired many artists to get creative in support of one of the most prevalent issues of our time.

Furthering the reproductive and body autonomy rights of women, the Repeal Project has campaigned tirelessly to raise awareness for the pro-choice cause, and now one artist is raising further awareness in a pretty unique way.

The Repeal jumpers were a huge success, with every batch selling out as pro-choicers clamoured to wear their political beliefs across their chests.

Now, thanks to artist and Trinity student Shubhangi Karmakar, supporters can wear the slogan around their necks while simultaneously donating to the cause.

The Repealist is the chosen moniker for her online store, where she creates made to order necklaces, tote bags and wall art with a Repeal theme.

It's the acrylic and wood Repeal necklaces that really caught our eye.

A post shared by Repealist. (@repealist) on

Best of all, the proceeds go to The Repeal Project at the end of the month.

The first batch is currently sold out, but Shubhangi is already taking orders for a brand new batch.

We'll be adding our name to that list ASAP, especially with the March for Choice coming up next month.
