If you recently found yourself utterly enthralled by Netflix series Mindhunter, you probably have one or two questions about one particular element of the crime-based show.

And that element involves psychology professor Wendy Carr, a stray cat and a tin of tuna. We're right, aren't we?

While the series featured a number of utterly disturbing exchanges between Agent Ford, Agent Tench and multiple high-profile serial killers, there's no doubt that viewers were also left thoroughly unsettled by scenes which played out in Professor Carr's laundry room.

While it seemed the scenes between the psychology professor and her feline visitor would ultimately reach a crescendo, the first series came to an end without any resolution or explanation for the time dedicated to the laundry room.

Commenting on this apparent loose end, Anna Torv, who plays Wendy Carr, recently told Esquire: "I think it's open to interpretation."

"At first I thought, 'Okay, is this representing all the faceless people that get taken by these killers every day?" she questioned.

"This little thing [the stray cat] that no-one cares about – I mean, we find out about people that have been murdered because they have families who tell the police, but there are homeless people and prostitutes and street kids that nobody is missing, and serial killers target."

However, it seems Anna isn't entirely convinced by the symbolic explanation and invites viewers to consider the practical implications of the burgeoning storyline.

"Is there a serial killer in Wendy's building who's slowly starting out, and testing his bloodlust on feral kittens?" the actress wondered. "I think there are a lot of ways it could go."

Sounds like we'll have to stay tuned in that case…

Earlier this year, Kim Kardashian made her mark on the world of beauty with the successful launch of her KKW contour kits.

The hugely sought-after product sold 300,00 units in just three hours – earning the reality star over $14 million almost instantly.

So naturally, the 37-year-old mother-of-two has decided to expand the KKW collection.

Taking to Instagram, Kim revealed that she would release three new perfumes later this month.

Crystal Gardenia, Crystal Gardenia Citrus, and Crystal Gardenia Oud, will be available from kkwfragrance.com from November 15 and if the contour kits are anything to go by, we're guessing stocks won't last long.

Fans were also treated to a sneak peak of the product's packaging which features a sleek frosted bottle emblazoned with the simplistic KKW logo.

Of course, this isn't the first time the star has released a fragrance under her name. Glam, Pure Honey, and Kim Kardashian Love are just some of her most popular scents to date – though all seven releases came before the launch of KKW Beauty.

As Hollywood stars go, Robert Pattison tends to fly under the radar, for the most part.

Despite becoming a household name as a teenager and enduring a high-profile break-up with former co-star, Kristen Stewart, Robert appears to have maintained a fairly stable equilibrium in a notoriously difficult industry.

Discussing this during a recent interview with The Telegraph, the 31-year-old credits regular therapy and a positive social circle for his triumphs.

"I had good agents and stuff and I’ve had really good friends since the beginning," he explained.

"So I think when it gets dangerous for people is when you have no friends and you think, ‘Oh, if I get strangers to love me then it will fill that hole’. And then when it doesn’t fill the hole then you go 10 times crazier."

Like many in the spotlight, Robert says he has benefitted massively from seeing a therapist – an element of his life he says left his parents relatively stunned.

"I was like, ‘Why is that a bad thing?'” he remembers. “There’s just this weird stigma. It’s so strange… But I think it’s a sort of throwback attitude.”

An advocate of seeking help and guidance when necessary, the Twilight star was quick to communicate the importance therapy plays in his life, simply saying: “I don’t know how you’re supposed to do… life without it.”

Downtown Abbey actress, Daisy Lewis, has taken to Twitter in recent days in order to express her distaste over remarks made about her in a feature in Tatler magazine.

In the November issue of the publication,  the magazine wrote: "As Daisy is quite small, you might be tricked into believing she's quiet. LOL. She isn't. This actress is loud. Which makes her fun at a party. And in bed. Probably."

Sharing an image of the offending caption, the actress, who plays Sarah Bunting in the drama, admitted she was left stunned by the misogyny at play in the piece.

"I'm really shocked and upset by this. But thankfully I'm 'loud' enough to say it. Does anyone at Tatler read the news?" she asked in a tweet which has amassed almost 8,000 likes.

While Tatler subsequently apologised to the actress in light of her tweet, Daisy went on to tell The Huffington Post that her inclusion in a feature entitled Little Black Book, which purports to showcase the smartest, sexiest singles on the planet, left her cold.

"I know the girls who wrote it," she said. "The fact that it's women writing that about other women is what upset me the most, really. And to think that is was funny. I genuinely believe that the people who wrote it thought I would be pleased."

"That's what makes me so sad, that they thought I would have been pleased to be included on a list of eligible – and for eligible to mean marriageable – people, as a sort of catalogue. It feels like being part of a horse trade show or something."

Members of the public have responded to Daisy's tweet in their droves, with one writing: "It's utterly appalling isn't it? Even in today's world this is still startlingly misogynistic."

"This is sickening," added another. "Whoever wrote that should be sacked along w/ the editor that approved it. Sorry they tried to reduce you in such a manner."

As more and more men and women come forward to share their experiences of sexual abuse and harassment in Hollywood, a resurfaced news article from the 1940s shows that this not a new issue.

An image of the 1945 article, first published in The Mirror, began circulating online after it was shared on Twitter by British concert pianist, James Rhodes.

It reports how Irish-born actress, Maureen O'Hara, accused a Hollywood producer of calling her a “cold potato without sex appeal” because she refused to have have sex with him.

“I'm so upset,” she told The Mirror.

“I am ready to quit Hollywood. It's got so bad I hate to come to work in the morning.”

She went on to explain how producers and directors had made attempts to damage her reputation because she turned them down.

“I'm a helpless victim of a Hollywood whispering campaign. Because I don't let the producer and director kiss me every morning or let them paw me they have spread around town that I am not a woman, that I am a cold piece of marble statuary.”

In 2004, she told The Daily Telegraph how standing up for herself harmed her career.

“I wouldn't throw myself on the casting couch, and I know that cost me parts. I wasn't going to play the whore. That wasn't me.”

Maureen died on October 24, 2015, at the age of 95. She is best known for her roles in The Quiet Man, Miracle on 34th Street and The Parent Trap.

If cheese and prosecco are your idea of a winning combination, then oh boy, have we got news for you.

In what is arguably the most millennial-inspired product of all time, the genius staff at The Great British Cheese Company have just created a prosecco and raspberry flavoured cheese.

Oh, and did we mention it's bright pink?

Not going to lie – we are absolutely dying to try this.

A spokesperson for the company told Pretty52, they hope the new flavour combo will go down a treat this Christmas.

“You've probably heard of the popular at Christmas classic, Wensleydale with Cranberries,” they said.

“The idea to pair prosecco and Raspberry with Wensleydale produces the same savoury, sweet and acidic flavour combinations.”

“Crumbly but milky Wensleydale, sweetness from Raspberries and the acidity from prosecco produces a creamy but sweet raspberry flavoured cheese, with the prosecco acidity cutting through your palette as you taste the cheese.”

But wait, there's more.

Prosecco and raspberry isn't the only wacky flavour available at The British Cheese Company – in fact, there's a whole range of strange combinations.

From Chilli and Lime to Sticky Toffee, there really is something for everyone.

You can checkout the full range here.

Unfortunately, the company do not currently deliver to Ireland – but not to worry, we're already planning on bringing an empty suitcase on our next city break so we can stockpile this magnificant creation.

Women from Northern Ireland will now have access to free abortion services through the NHS in Scotland.

The new regulations, which were announced in July of this year, come into force today, Monday, November 6.

The Scottish government have also vowed to address any “barriers” that women may face while travelling to Scotland for the service.

Public Health Minister, Aileen Campbell, said: “Abortion can be an emotive subject – however, I am proud this government is working hard to ensure women are always able to access clinically safe services.”

“That's why we have taken action to ensure that women from Northern Ireland can freely access abortion services through NHS Scotland.”

“I also recognise the barriers that women from Northern Ireland face when they have to travel to access abortion services which is why we are exploring what more we can do to address them.”

Northern Ireland is the only country in the United Kingdom where a ban on terminations remains in place.

Exceptions are only made in cases where a woman's physical or mental health is at risk.

As a result, hundreds of women of forced to travel and pay huge fees every year in order to avail of the procedure privately.

The announcement comes after the UK government announced in June of this year that it would offer NI women free abortion services in England.

In 2016, Victoria's Secret was praised for choosing not to digitally remove model Jasmine Tookes' stretchmarks during a shoot for the brand's Fantasy Bra.

The fact that the decision made headlines all over the world reminded us that when it comes to stretchmarks, society still has a long way to go before accepting that tiger stripes are part and parcel of millions of women's bodies.

Eager to play a role in the conversation, one Instagram user has chosen to celebrate stretchmarks by turning them into works of art, and Instagram has embraced the project wholeheartedly.

Sara Shakeel has used her social media platform to pay homage to the tiger stripe, and admits that she's been taken aback by the level of support shown to her project.

"I  have never felt so powerful & liberated and so f*cking proud of my stretch marks in my entire life. From where I come from & live, to be on the chubby side or to even talk about stretchmarks is not something one is proud of," she recently wrote.

Over the course of the last month, Hollywood's seedy underbelly has been laid bare after dozens of brave men and women have come forward with stories of harassment, abuse, assault and rape at the hands of some of the industry's biggest names.

As the weeks go on, more and more Hollywood heavy-hitters have decided to open up about the reality of being part of the industry, and the latest to have her say is Transformers star, Megan Fox.

Speaking to Hong Kong magazine, Prestige, the mother-of-three explained that the behind-the-scenes dynamic can have a detrimental effect on those who seek to make their career in movies.

"There are some very dark, negative things that go on on-set, between actors or between actors and directors — specifically to actresses — that we have to go through," Megan told the publication.

"There's no morality or integrity within the studio system. It’s completely about greed."

The 31-year-old actress admits that an actor's self-worth is often broken down during shooting, saying: "People have to go through this crap over and over again because your humanity isn’t even recognised. You’re an object, a means to an end."

"It creates a lot of emotional trauma," she added before explaining that the wellbeing of a star is rarely considered if it negatively impacts production.

Using on-set injuries as an example, Megan explained that asking for shooting to be temporarily stopped is almost unheard of, explaining: "You can’t shut down a movie set  – it’s $2 million a day halted – even though insurance covers it."

"We usually fight through the injuries. As long as your face looks OK, they don’t care and they want you to keep shooting anyway," she added.

If you find yourself gritting your teeth and clenching your fists at the first sounds of Christmas music, you're not alone.

Let's be honest; even if you're a massive fan of the festive season, the idea of celebrating it for an entire eight weeks doesn't appeal to everyone.

While you can quickly scroll by Facebook friends who post photos of their Christmas tree in early November, avoiding Christmas music can be a lot more difficult, especially if you work in the retail sector.

(Or an office with colleagues who would happily begin the festive season in May.)

And it turns out being subjected to an onslaught of Christmas carols can actually have a detrimental effect on your mental health.

Speaking to Sky News, clinical psychologist, Linda Blair, explained that attempting to tune out the likes of Mariah Carey, East 17 and Cliff Richard indirectly affects your brain's functioning.

"People working in the shops at Christmas have to tune out Christmas music, because if they don't, it really does stop you from being able to focus on anything else," she says.

"You're simply spending all of your energy trying not to hear what you're hearing."

In other words, early Christmas affects your productivity levels.

Something to remember the next time you're passing the office Suggestion Box, right?

Ever since word landed that Kylie Jenner was expecting her first child, fans of the 20-year-old reality star have been on unofficial 'bump watch'.

Unsurprisingly, the make-up mogul has been keen to keep her supposed bump under wraps while posting to social media, so when paps shared photos of the star on Sunday, Kylie was far from impressed.

A post shared by Kylie (@kyliejenner) on

Insistent that the photographers had digitally altered her appearance in order to increase her size and shape, Kylie took to Twitter to advise her fans not to take the photos at face value.

"First of all if you’re going to photoshop my photos blogs/paps, check for the crooked lines in the background.2nd photo is clearly altered," she wrote last night.

While Kylie is adamant that the photos taken of her have been digitally altered, many media outlets are contradicting the star's claims.

Given the speculation surrounding the star's supposed pregnancy, it's hardly surprising that Kylie's fans are still desperate to know whether she is, indeed, pregnant.

"I like Kylie but her leading us on like this is ridiculous. Either you are or your not. The in between is really getting old," remarked one Twitter user.

"So are you or aren’t you? Just say something and everyone will leave it be," added another.

Looks like she's not about to give anything away just yet…
