On pancakes, a slice of toast or simply by the spoonful, there aren't many foods that can compete with gold old Nutella.
To celebrate World Nutella Day (we know, isn't it great that a day of the calendar is dedicated to the famous hazelnut spread?), we have scrolled the Internet to find some properly scrumptious recipes using it as a guest star ingredient.
Who else is guilty of wondering how many days you can get away without washing your hair?
That is what they invented dry shampoo for right? To allow us all an extra 20 minutes in bed in the morning.
Most of us are decent human beings who enjoy being fresh and clean, but you'd be lying if you said you've never skipped a shower, out of pure laziness.
Well, we are here to tell you just how often you can skip your morning shower…thank you science for your wisdom.
According to Professor Stephen Shumack, President of the Australasia College of Dermatologists, a person should only shower when they need to (i.e when you start stinking up the room).
Professor Shumack told the Sunday Morning Herald that showering is a "social pressure rather than actual need."
"It's become popular because of the social need to smell good. But it's only the glands in your armpit and groin that produce body odour. They're not all over the body" the doctor went on to say.
The doctor did claim that showering too often can be bad for you and "can cause actual damage making people more permeable to bacteria or viruses, itchy skin, dryness, flakiness and worsening conditions like eczema."
So the moral of the story is, daily washing is totally unnecessary but if you're feeling smelly, have a shower.
A reunion might be off the cards, but Friends fans may soon be able to recreate some of their favourite comedy moments with the launch of the Central Perk coffee shop chain.
The fictional New York hang-out played a huge role in the 90s sitcom, with Monica, Chandler, Ross, Rachel, Phoebe and Joey spending pretty much all of their free time there.
According to reports, legal documents obtained by The Blast state that earlier this month, Warner Bros. Entertainment secured a copyright to use the name Central Perk for "coffee shop and café services".
The production company have also filed to use the name for a number of different products including toys, board games and slot machines.
The news comes after a parody café under the same name was shut down in Toronto in 2016, following opposition from Warner Bros. legal team.
Meanwhile, a trailer for Friends: The Movie began doing the rounds earlier this month, showing the old gang back together again.
Unfortunately, it turned out to be a fake – but hey, a girl can dream!

Gardaí in Dublin have launched an investigation into an alleged sexual assault involving disgraced producer, Harvey Weinstein.
According to reports, police in the UK have forwarded a case file to Irish detectives in relation to the alleged incident.
The complaint, which was reportedly made by Irish film producer Laura Madden, was first made in the UK last year.
Details of the assault were sent to Gardaí late last year, though investigators have refused to comment on Irish-UK police communications.
Madden, who previously worked for Weinstein’s Miramax Hollywood movie company. was one of the first women to speak out against Harvey Weinstein, telling The New York Times how he would ask her for massages when they stayed in hotels in Dublin and London in the 90s.
"It was so manipulative," she told the paper.
"You constantly question yourself – am I the one who is the problem?"
Criminal investigations continue on both sides of the Atlantic following a series of sexual assault allegations made against the former Hollywood big shot.
Yesterday evening, Kylie shared a statement explaining why she chose to keep her pregnancy under wraps, and we honestly could not respect her more.
Sure, there were days where we JUST wanted a cheeky snap of her baby bump, purely because we've been programmed to think that we're entitled to to that level of intimacy.
Kylie Jenner has been in the public eye since she was a child, and every element of her personal life has been plastered all over the Internet for years.
From relationship dramas to genuine family issues – the Kardashian/ Jenner clan typically don't have the luxury that is privacy.
And listen, we appreciate that it is this lack of privacy that has allowed them all to become obscenely wealthy – but at the end of the day they're human beings.
Human beings who are not animals in a zoo, only existing to entertain us (and make millions).
Kylie found herself pregnant 9 months ago, with her new boyfriend Travis Scott, and made a decision that none of her sisters have been able to make.
The makeup mogul decided that her pregnancy was for her, and not for the public. Right on sister.
"I'm sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions," she said on Instagram on yesterday.
"I understand you're used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness."
We could not be prouder of this girl (who we've never actually met, but the emotional attachment is so real).
Sure, at the beginning of the Kardashian reign, Kourtney allowed camera crews in to the delivery room to film her giving birth to Mason… for our viewing pleasure like.
Kylie represents the face of a new era of reality TV. There is no need to bare every single fibre of their existence just to make a buck.
It might have annoyed die hard fans, but Kylie has proven that she is more than just a face on a TV screen, and bravo to that.
At the end of the day, Kylie is a young woman who is figuring it all out – how to be a girlfriend, how to be a business woman, and most importantly – how to be a mum.
Congrats to you Kylie – on becoming a mum, and being an absolute superstar.
A Dublin hair salon is encouraging women to go for smear tests by offering them free blow drys after their appointments.
Gillian Lee, owner of Mane Envy Hair in Baldoyle, says she will honour the promotion for one year in an effort to raise awareness of cervical cancer.
"I felt that as a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and as a woman, I had to do something to try and give others like me an incentive to make that smear test appointment,” she explained.
Making reference to her growing social media following, the salon owner revealed how she felt the need to use her platform "to do good and raise awareness".
The inspiration behind the incentive comes from Gillian's mother who, after going for a smear test, discovered a series of abnormalities and was later admitted for surgery.
"Back in 2012, my own mother underwent an emergency hysterectomy following a series of abnormalities which showed up on her smear tests leading to minor surgery and then major surgery.»
"I believe she’s here and healthy today because she went for her free routine smear tests."
After seeing first-hand just how important regular smear testing can be, Gillian now want to encourage other women to get checked.
"In fact, many women are alive today because of this wonderful free service and yet strangely some, including myself, don’t make the time to attend for their five-minute life saver. I want to appeal to women to please make that call today."
To avail of the incentive, women must produce a document stating they have had a smear, whether it is a doctors note, confirmation email or text.
