Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews are preparing to walk down the aisle after getting engaged live on stage in London last night.

The former Made in Chelsea star popped the question after a production of The Lion King in London's West End.

The best girl in the world… @voguewilliams

“We’re very happy and in love. She’s my best friend and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with her.

“The engagement had to be special, and as our first trip away together was to Disneyland Paris, it felt like the perfect fit.

“The Lion King is also one of the greatest stories of all time, so I figured that having just had a romantic evening watching it, she’d probably say yes!”

The couple, who have began dating after meeting on The Jump in 2016, are said to be over the moon.

We can't wait to see the ring!

90s kids, rejoice!

It's time to add little nostalgia to your beauty routine with the launch of this Nickelodeon inspired eyeshadow palette.

Designed to look like an old-skool VHS tape, the packaging is decorated with all your favourite characters – Angelica Pickles, Ren and Stimpy, Cat-Dog, the whole gang.

The palette contains a mixture of both matte and sparkling shades ranging from subtle nudes to vibrant blues.

Each shade has been named using a classic Nick quote, such as the green ‘Rawr’, inspired by Rugrats’ Reptar and the blue ‘Football Head', inspired by Hey Arnold!.

Oh, and of course, it wouldn't be a Nickelodeon palette if it didn't feature the channel's signature outrageous orange shade.

The retro palette is currently on offer for $13.52 (€10.84), down from $16.90 (€13.55), but according to online reports, the product, which is currently being sold at Hot Topic stores in the US, is sold out everywhere.

Woe is us.

However, if you want to be the first to know when its back in stock, you can keep an eye out here.

It is all well and good to have the likes of Kendall and Gigi modelling your clothes, right?

Well, for Alessandro Michele, the creative director of Gucci, human models are SO last season, and we are here for it!

The brand dropped a Year of the Dog capsule collection to celebrate Chinese New Year, and of course, canines were at the centre of the campaign.

Inspired by a pillow given to Alessandro Michele by artist Helen Downie the dog motifs of Bosco and Orso, Creative Director’s Boston Terriers, appear on ready-to-wear pieces.

The clothes are, naturally, bloody majestic, but the dogs are even more impressive!

In the shots shared on Instagram, we are introduced to corgis, poodles, pekingese puppers and spaniels – that are all 100 times more successful than your typical human.

A handful of people feature in the campaign, but honestly they are just there to wear clothing, while the doggos are the absolute stars of the show.

Too right!

Have a gawk through these paws-itively brilliant snaps (see what we did there?)

Oh, and if you have a dog at home who is model material – be sure to share a pic!

After shedding almost half her body weight in just under one year, Crystal Adame decided to put her Tinder matches to the test.

Curious as to how her matches would respond to her at her heaviest (240 lbs), the US vlogger swapped her Tinder photos for ones that had been taken pre-weight loss.

Crystal Breeze, as she's known to her followers online, dropped 100 lbs after she embarked on an extreme weight loss journey at the beginning of last year.

Documenting her journey online, the 20-year-old has previously discussed how people's attitudes towards her have changed since losing the weight, admitting that even her parents have began to treat her differently.

A post shared by Crystal Breeze (@crystal_breeze_) on

More recently, Crystal decided to conduct a experiment, comparing the reaction to her old and current weight on Tinder.

"I’m going to be on Tinder with current pics and then make a profile with old pictures and kind of response I get", she said.

After updating her bio to read "shoot me your best pick up line", but still using her current photos, Crystal began to swipe right on every profile she came across to ensure maximum feedback.

After some back nad forth banter with some of her matches, she decided to swap all her profiles pictures to ones of her when she was 100 lbs heavier.

‘I’m going to go back to some of the people I matched with and be like, "So I was using fake pics before, what do you think about me now? I’m using real pics"'.

The reaction was mixed. Some were able to put two and two together while others, while one guy deleted her instantly.

However, one guy told her she looked ‘cute’ regardless and asked if she wanted to meet up.

He wrote: ‘It’s not about the outside, but the inside anyway’.

Reflecting on the experiment, Crystal said: "I didn’t expect the reaction I got by the few guys that gave me the reactions. I didn’t expect this outcome."

"Yes there was people who unmatched with me but I just thought it was so interesting."

"I definitely think that was a better route than just switching my pictures and telling people that the other pictures were fake."

"There are some nice guys out there. There are some douche bags out there. There’s everyone out there."

Hear, hear!

Many people believe that green tea is a miracle worker. It speeds up your metabolism. It clears up your skin. It lowers your blood pressure. It reduces the risk of heart disease. And it even improves ones’ memory.

However, experts believe that the herbal tea isn’t as magical as we may think. Speaking to PopSugar, Dr Josh Axe stated that people need to realise that drinking the tea alone isn’t enough.

The best-selling author said, 'Research suggests that a combination of lifestyle components account for the health benefits observed in people that drink tea.'

Basically,  drinking one cup of green tea isn’t going to miraculously clear your skin. You need to practice a good skincare routine and drink plenty of water too.

Dr Axe suggested that the public should focus on their overall diet. Life would be great if we could eat as much pizza and chocolate as we wanted, but, as we know, balance is key.

One of the main reasons people drink green tea is to lose weight.

However, Dr Axe stated that you need to do more than drink the herbal tea to shed pounds, 'For weight loss, you may need to rely on the conventional methods of a healthy diet and exercise.'

You need to eat apples and kale, as well as well as cupcakes and salted caramel chocolate bars (unfortunately.)

Green tea may have some great health benefits, but Dr Axe urged  the public to think of the negative sides: 'Green tea extracts should not be taken by patients suffering from renal failure, liver disease, heart conditions, or major cardiovascular problems without supervision from a doctor.'

'Pregnant women and breastfeeding mums should drink no more than one or two cups per day, as some research shows that more caffeine than this amount may interfere with normal heart rhythms,' he advised.

We may still partake in a cup or two.

You know those mornings where an extra fifteen minutes in bed reigns far supreme to slapping on a full face of makeup?

Well prepare to descend to the utter pits of shame for daring show your bare face in public, according to one particular product from international retailer Target.

The brand are facing backlash after a makeup bag carrying the slogan 'Better Late Than Ugly' went viral after being shared in the body positivity community.

The bag is seen to promote a negative stereotype that women who do not wear makeup are ugly and unattractive.

Body positivity activist Dana, who runs the popular dothehotpants Instagram page had a particularly poignant message to share about the makeup bags.

'Makeup bags like this are considered "cute" and "funny," but the underlying message that we end up internalizing over and over, is that it's unacceptable to be ugly,' she penned to her followers.

'It's unacceptable to not always be striving for beauty. And that women's bodies exist solely for visual/sexual consumption. That it's our job to smile/be beautiful/be caretakers/& do the world's emotional labour, all with a full face of makeup but no equal pay.'

'The amount of times I've been late to my LIFE because my skin was broken out are too many to count.'

'The amount of times I cried halfway through doing my makeup just to wash my face & start over because I felt ugly, are too many to count.'

'The amount of times I missed out on LIVING because my makeup didn't fully hide my acne, are too many to count & too painful to remember,' she said.

The slogan is popular among other brands, with hundreds of mugs, bags and framed photos of the slogan coming up when you search the tag on Instagram.

'It's this kind of acceptable kitschy shit at Target that hurts us, and that hurts children,' Dana continued.

'It keeps us so focused on our external appearance that we don't even show up on time to our lives. That's not fair or equal, and I will forever fight to change this.'

We'll be right there with you, Dana.

Currently, Ireland has the fourth highest rate of suicide amongst the 15 to 19 age group in the EU, with one in four people using a mental health service at some stage of their lives.

Media reports often link mental illness with violence, or portray people with mental health problems as dangerous, criminal, evil, or very disabled and unable to live normal, fulfilled lives. However, international research shows that the best way to challenge these stereotypes is through first-hand contact with people with experience of mental health problems.

Change is needed.

We're always told that we need to talk about mental illness, in an attempt to remove the long-lived stigma that has surrounded the topic.

Whether you chat to your friends, family, or even a total stranger – getting this conversation started is hugely important!

The brand new ‘Drivers of Change’ campaign has the power to help people by creating a campaign based on a simple insight – taxi drivers love to talk!

Mytaxi have connected with Aware, who are the national organisation providing support, education and information services around depression and bipolar disorder.

Together they are launching #DriversofChange, in an effort to remove the stigma and get Ireland talking about mental health. Aware has started training mytaxi drivers in Dublin to become mental health advocates!

We're hoping to spread the word about this deadly campaign, in the hopes that the stigma around mental health will become a thing of the past!

We all have a few people following us on Instagram who we would really rather they weren't.

Whether it's our ex's new girlfriend, our distant cousin who comments on everything, or our mum's best friend, sometimes you just don't want certain people creeping on our feed.

This puts us in an awkward, online position.

How does one get someone to unfollow you, but without them knowing?

Luckily, Instagram is here to fix that issue without us having to resort to blocking particular people from our pages.

If you have a private page, this will be easy, but if not you can just change you page to private temporarily and follow the same method.

So, once you're on private, go to your profile page.

Tap on your followers option, and once you're in, look for the three dots icon beside your followers.

Find the offending follower, click the dots beside their name, and select Remove from the options menu.

Simples, and even if they do discover that they're no longer following you, they'll probably think they accidentally unfollowed you the last time they were having a creep.

Confidence is one of the best tricks to rocking any look. Even the queen of the selfie Kim Kardashian revealed it's one of her favourite beauty secrets.

But when does our body confidence peak?

A recent poll, conducted by Healthspan Nurture Replenish, asked women 50 and older at what age they felt most confident in their appearance.

A post shared by KATY PERRY (@katyperry) on

The answer? Around 33. So hey – 33-year-olds Katy Perry, Khloe Kardashian, and Scarlett Johansson are KILLING it!

The reason that 33 is the magic number, many of the women said, was because they felt they were at a good weight and their stomachs were fairly toned.

The women polled also said that being wrinkle-free with fewer grey hairs helped as well!

62 percent of respondents said that weight gain was the most likely cause of their confidence dropping, with their hair and teeth's appearance also factoring in.

A bad hair day can definitely start you off on the wrong foot, the survey found.

More than six out of every 10 women polled admitted that a bad hair day can really dent their confidence.

Dr Megan Arroll, psychologist and co-author of The Menopause Maze, spoke to Closer about the findings of the survey.

'When we feel more self-assured, we’re more likely to engage in self-care activities which can directly affect our appearance (i.e. taking good care of our teeth, skin and hair), which then acts as a loop as we feel our best and most confident,' she noted.

'Hence, boosting confidence from within is a powerful tool for long-term health – on the inside and out.'

Hopefully the women polled gain some confidence in themselves, and learn to love their bodies without focusing so much on weight.

If you're feeling like down about your appearance, we can point you in the direction of the body confidence movement, where embracing yourself exactly as you are, toned stomach or not, it the order of the day, every day.

So, whether we feel like we need a time machine to go back to 33 or you're afraid of peaking soon, let's all take care of ourselves!

Trigger Warning: This article contains descriptions of rape and sexual assault.

The trial of Ireland and Ulster rugby players Paddy Jackson and Stuart Olding continues today.

The men, aged 24 and 26, are accused of raping and sexually assaulting a then 19-year-old at a Belfast residence in 2016.

Both men deny the charges against them.

A third man faces a sexual offence charge and a fourth is to be charged with intent to pervert the course of justice.

Yesterday, the alleged victim gave an account of her experience at the hands of the sportsmen.

She claimed that she was forced to perform oral sex on one man while being raped by the other simultaneously, and that she was raped by both men in turn.

Giving evidence behind a screen, the alleged victim broke down while giving her testimony, according to The Journal

She also claims she was left with injuries following the alleged attack.

When asked why she was now coming forward with her claims, she said: 'Because the more I thought about it… Rape is a game of power and control.'

'They rely on your silence, and you take the power back over the situation when you actually do something about it.'

The trial will continue today, and the alleged victim will be cross examined.
