*NO SPOILERS* Don't worry lads.

After last night's Battle of Winterfell, most of us need a good, strong drink. Luckily, some of our favourite alcohol companies have released limited edition Game of Thrones spirits to celebrate the final season.

Did someone say 'cocktails'? We did. Big bag of cans with the White Walkers sounds good to us.

1. White Walker Whiskey by Johnnie Walker Scotch.

Johnny Walker is our new bestie. The veteran scotch brand and mixologist master Gabe Orta has created six special serves alongside the White Walker Whiskey.

This is exactly what we need to numb our emotional trauma of character deaths. Each of the half-a-dozen drinks is inspired by the iconic HBO series, and are easy to make at home.

'Rooting for the Night King' is an ice-cold mix of whiskey, but add coconut soda to create the 'Army of the Dead''. Targaryen fans can make a fiery blend of burne rosemary, whiskey and cinnamon syrup in the 'Dragonglass Old Fashioned.'

Price: €38 (£33)

The GOT-'Old Fashioned' features Zacapa Rum, Dram palo santo bitters, Angostura, rosemary stalk and smoked cinnamon syrup. Yum.

Make the 'Hold the Door' (SOB) with whiskey, berry soda and blackberries and raspberries as a garnish. 'Sword in the Darkness' is made with vermouth, bitter liqueur, Angostura, Pimento bitter, brandy cherries and whiskey.

Your head will be spinning in no time, get ready to forget the pain of watching this brilliant show.

2. Ommegang's 'Game of Thrones' Beer

'For the Throne', 'Winter is Here', 'Valar Dohaeris', Bend the Knee', 'Fire and Blood', 'Queen of the Seven Kingdoms', 'Mother of Dragons', King in the North' and 'Hand of the Queen' are all new flavours brought our by Ommegang to commemorate GOT.

Brewery Ommegang are a craft outpost in NYC, and first teamed up with HBO back in 2013. It has since created, brewed and released over 10 special beers to pay homage to the show and it's characters.

The collection also features imperial stour, red kriek ale, golden ale and smoked porter, and can be bought on drizly.com's website.

3. Game of Thrones Chardonnay wine

Remember all of the episodes in which Cersei Lannister drinsk deviously out of a goblet of never-ending wine?

Well, now that can be you. Picture yourself as Tyrion, always sipping his storage of vino and plotting ways to defeat evil.

8wines have released a Game of Thrones 2016 Chardonnay with bursts with tropical fruit like guava, mango and honeydew melon along with zesty lime, peach and white blossom aromas for feverish fans.

Price: €36.15

4. Cardhu Game of Thrones 'House Targaryen' gold reserve single malt scotch whiskey

Eight Scottish distilleries have collaborated with Westeros' ruling families based on their independent traits: Lagavulin paired with House Lannister and Cardhu aimed at House Targaryen.

The Night's Watch got theirs from Oban Bey Reserve, in a gorgeous blac bottle, but we love Cardhu's House Targaryen's gold reserve single malt scotch whiskey.

The fiery spirit of the fierce female leadership of Daenerys Targaryen has fuelled this whiskey on behlaf of legendary women and their unwavering perseverance. The drink involves notes of baked apple with spices, cloves, nuttiness and caramel character.

Prices: €35.80 upwards

Interestingly, the Cardhu Distillery was created by Helen Cumming and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth during the 1800s, a period when the whisky industry was basically entirely male-dominated.

We love a fierce female. You can snag the whole collection here.

One last thing; You need a KILLER glass to drink away your GOT-related sorrows in. We've found the perfect goblet to tackle that freezing cold winter.

Introducing…

5. The Weirwood Tree Goblet by EMP.

Price; €39.99

We couldn't let you drink such outstanding alcohol in a regular glass, now could we? A true fan appreciates the metal, stainless steel version of the mysterious tree.

The tree is featured in the godswood of Winterfell, and has carved faces in it's bark. It's rumoured to be key in the final series, mainly because of Bran Stark.

Drink responsibly, lads, but enjoy these gorgeous Game of Thrones collaborations this season.

Kim Kardashian is one of the reigning queens of Instagram, but she sent the app into an absolute frenzy today when the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star unfollowed literally EVERYONE.

Everyone was shooketh, to say the least. The police were almost called, people were calling in sick to work, the world nearly shut down. (*Exaggerration for creative licence*)

She unfollowed her family members, brands, close friends and brands, so there were theories of rifts and arguments as well as a new promotional tactic.

Think back to when Taylor Swift's Instagram went black, and came back to life with snakes before she released the iconic Reputation album.

Kim quickly took to Twitter to reveal it was all just a glitch, seeming as confused as the rest of us. She wrote, "OMG what???? What’s going on????" in a totally calm response.

There was an unnecessary amount of question marks used, in our opinion. She also told a fan, "No it’s a mistake. I have to remember everyone I followed now and add everyone. I have no idea what happened.”

In another social media moment, she took to her Instagram stories to explain that she intended on following the same people again, tweeting;

"We’re working on figuring out what happened but I will start following people back if I can remember everyone. I tried following people again and now looks like at zero again."

Currently, Kim is following 74 people, including sisters Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie, and #momager Kris. The level of panic this has caused is borderline mass hysteria, but we remain entertained nonetheless.

Sustainability has come to the forefront in recent months, as our generation becomes more and more concerned with the environmental impacts our actions are having.

One area in particular which negatively impacts the world and accelerates climate change is the fast fashion industry. Luckily, people are wising up to the true cost of a cheap trend piece, with bloggers, celebrities and community leaders alike leading the charge to raise awareness about fast fashion – as well as brands listening to their shoppers and creating sustainable and recycled ranges.

This weekend, an event is kicking off in Dublin for those who want to learn more about minimising their fast fashion footprint and become immersed in the sustainable style community.

The first in a series of events dedicated to promoting sustainability in the cultural sector.

The vent includes panel discussions on fashion sustainability, a market showcasing fashion finds, and a runway show full of Ireland's best and environmentally friendly brands and young designers.

The event is being held as part of Fashion Revolution Week, with over twenty exhibitors taking part in the market and fashion show; each showcasing their sustainable, recycled, and upcycled designs.

Native Event’s Sustainable Fashion Show is being held tomorrow, Saturday, April 27th in the D-Light Studios, Dublin.

Panel discussions will be chaired by Swapsies founder Clodagh Kelly and Katie Harrington, who host the upcoming podcast Climate Queens.

Panel topics include “Is Green The New Black?” and “The Future Of Fashion: How Do We Successfully Transition To A Circular Economy?”.

Panellists on the evening are fashion and sustainability industry leaders such as Carrie Ann Moran of Fashion Revolution Ireland and the Rediscovery Centre, Siofra Caherty of Jump The Hedges, and Megan Best of Attention Attire and Body&Soul.

The event is the perfect excuse to get your gals together to learn more about making a positive change when it comes to fashion consumption.

Many of us feel a pressure to have cyclic wardrobes, with items being disposed of regularly and replaces with new, affordable buys as new trends roll in. However, many affordable items are made of cheap, plastic-based fabrics which take hundreds of years to break down in landfills. The pressure to buy a new outfit for each social occasion on adds to this issue further.

The panel discussions will shed light on these issues, while the fashion show and marketplace will showcase how diverse and stylish sustainable brands can be.

Tickets are only €10,00, and you can nab them here before they sell out.

Kourtney Kardashian and ex-boyfriend/baby daddy Scott Disick have a LOT of history between them, not to mention three kids- Mason, 9, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 4.

The pair have been successfully co-parenting their children since their split in July 2015, after Lord Disick was spotted getting up close and cosy with a mystery woman.

They have somehow maintained a relationship which allows them both to see their kids, and Disick has seemingly moved on with Sofia Richie. Kourtney herself was with model hunk Younes Bendjima until last year.

In a new Keeping Up With The Kardashians clip, there's been a TWIST in the Scott/Kourtney tale.

Kourt low-key revealed that her ex-boyfriend is her soul mate, after speaking to a healer during a family trip to Bali. The healer allegedly claimed that the pair have a shared history in a past life.

Take this with a pinch of salt, but Kourtney refused to comment on the healer's revelation, instead choosing to sit back and smile. NO DENIAL. Just a lil smile.

"Scott came in, and the guy was basically saying that in a past life that we were together, and that we’re soul mates. So he was like ‘You have to decide if you want to be together or not be together,’" she explained in the new KUWTK clip.

We have so many questions; Does she believe it? What about Sofia Richie? Is she just biding her time until they reunite? Is Younes firmly in her past? What happened to Scott's weird cane?

Khloe and Kim Kardashian had hilariously different experiences with the 'healer', with Khloe letting him to LITERALLY suck the negativity out of her knee with a straw, while he asked Kim to cut a lock of his hair off.

Are you calling bullsh*t? Either way, consider us entertained…

One of the nation’s favourite TV presenters Anna Daly today launched La Roche-Posay’s Save Your Skin campaign in partnership with the Irish Cancer Society in a bid to drive awareness of skin cancer prevention through Sun Smart behaviour.

Unveiling this year’s campaign with Averil Power, CEO of the Irish Cancer Society, La Roche-Posay revealed new research findings that show almost 3 out of 4 people (72%) in Ireland are concerned about the risk of developing skin cancer when exposing their skin to the sun, yet, alarmingly 1 in 2 people (49%) admit to forgetting to carry SPF with them in Ireland.

Showing the real need to turn awareness into action, the research found that eight out of ten (87%) people always reach for their sun glasses when the sun comes out while just 2 in 10 people (21%) reach for sun protection factor (SPF) when it is sunny in Ireland.

The research also found that more than one third of adults (34%) admit to experiencing sunburn during last year’s heatwave as a result of not wearing any, or enough, SPF. Alarmingly, of the 34% who experienced sunburn last year, almost 6 in 10 of those were aged between 18-24 which suggests a greater emphasis is needed on encouraging young people to be Sun Smart.

We know that the sun emits harmful UVA and UVB rays which causes damage to and premature ageing of unprotected skin. UVA rays, in particular, are present all year round while UVB rays are most prevalent during the summer months. According to the Irish Cancer Society, once UVA or UVB damage occurs, it cannot be reversed.

Elsewhere in the survey, almost three quarters of adults (72%) claim that they worry about the risks of skin cancer when exposing their skin to the sun while half (47%) are worried about sun damage or skin ageing. While 75% of those surveyed associate long evenings with summer in Ireland, only 27% associate sun-cream with the summer months.

Reacting to the findings, Averil Power, CEO, Irish Cancer Society, said: “We are delighted to continue to support La Roche-Posay’s ‘Save Your Skin’ campaign and its strong advocacy for raising awareness of just how important it is to stay safe in the sun. Non-melanoma skin cancer is still the most common cancer in Ireland and we have the highest reported rates of it in Europe. That is why it is so important for everyone to be SunSmart this summer by avoiding the midday sun, covering up, and wearing a minimum of SPF30 on any exposed areas of the body.”

Supporting the campaign broadcaster Anna Daly said: “The La Roche-Posay and Irish Skin Cancer ‘Save Your Skin’ campaign has such an important message for all generations in Ireland about the need to be sun smart.  It’s fascinating that we reach for our sunnies when the sun comes out but forget about sun protection factor. It’s okay to love your sunnies but please love your skin more this summer!”

A charity partner of the Irish Cancer Society for over 10 years, La Roche-Posay will donate €1 for every stickered Anthelios product sold to help further the research and preventative work that the Society does in the fight against cancer in Ireland.

La Roche-Posay and the Irish Cancer Society are calling on the public to become sun aware by following the following three steps:

  • Seek Shade – When UV rays are at their strongest – generally between 11am and 3pm – and don’t forget to check the UV Index.
  • Cover Up – By wearing a shirt with a collar and long shorts. Also wear a hat that gives shade to your face, neck and ears. Wear wraparound sunglasses and make sure they give UV protection.
  • Apply Sunscreen – Use sunscreen with SPF 30 (SPF 50 for children) or higher and UVA protection on exposed areas of the body and apply 20 minutes before going outside.
  • La Roche-Posay has also developed a number of new sun protection products under its innovative and award-winning range, Anthelios sun protection. The new products are aimed at encouraging widespread use by making sun screen application more user friendly, especially for those with sensitive skin.

Reports are stating that Pete Davidson and Kate Beckinsale are officially OVER after circa four months of dating.

The duo met at a Golden Globes after-party and were all over each other in public ever since.

They may have traumatised Antoni for life, but at least the SNL star and award-winning actress have apparently stayed friends since calling it quits.

“They're still friendly but are not on romantic terms,” the source told Entertainment Tonight.

Meanwhile, People is out here reporting slightly different news, with a source saying that Pete and Kate are technically still together, but they’ve slowed down a lot;

“Pete and Kate got super serious very fast, but they’ve decided to slow things down a bit,” the source explains. “They’re still dating as of now.”

Page Six reported when the pair met; “They were flirting all night and sipping champagne. They were outside on the patio and left together." Since then, we've been blinded by PDA pics.

Not anymore, folks, their kissing reign has been dethroned.

Part of the reason why he's found chart success is his campaigning on Twitter and Instagram, using absolutely gas photos of himself sporting various eccentric sunglasses and filming his strange antics.

If you haven't seen the thread of him having to unclog his toilet, you've missed out. Our personal fave is the stream of himself listening to Ariana Grande's latest album, which was set to knock his tune out of the charts.

In fact, his song made it back into the top 10, reaching number one and staying there. We're SO glad it did, because this down-to-earth chap with a love for Tinder deserves it.

After supporting Picture This at their five consecutive 3Arena nights recently, Capaldi is coming back to Dublin for his very own 2020 arena tour.

Sunday March 8, 2020 at Dublin's 3Arena sold out in minutes, as well as the rest of the UK tour dates, but our boy has hooked us up with an extra date on March 9, 2020.

He's also initiating his special LIVELIVE programme to support fans experiencing emotional difficulties and have concerns about attending shows.

There'll be a team at each venue who are expertly trained and qualified in assisting with panic, anxiety or any other concerns fans may have. Capaldi created the scheme after his own experiences with anxiety had a dramatic effect on him.

Speaking about the idea, the singer said; "I really wanted to put something in place to help those people feel comfortable and offer them support to allow them to experience the shows."

The 22-year-old's tunes have been streamed over 600,000 times, and the youngster was shortlisted for the BBC Critics Choice Award. Tickets from €37.35 are on sale now via Ticketmaster, grab yours now.
