The fight to cure HIV and AIDS is ongoing, and while science and medicine have now developed treatments to reduce the life-threatening velocity of the illnesses, an all-out cure has yet to be discovered.

One company who saw the necessity to support those living with AIDS, and the non-profits which provide for them, was M.A.C.

Back in 1994, M.A.C first released their VIVA GLAM range, 100% of the sale of which has contributed to the support of AIDS sufferers for a quarter of a century.

When VIVA GLAM was created, society was struggling to navigate the height of the HIV epidemic.

The first ever Viva Glam lipstick was launched, designed to get people talking about the epidemic – and the gorgeous Ru Paul fronted the campaign, showcasing the original bright red lip shade.

In the years since, big name celebrities have continued collaborating with the brand to create a shade.

In 1995, we saw fashion designers  Marc Jacobs, Vivienne Westwood and Katharine Hamnett participated in creating the couture 1995 colour collection, showcasing the shade of the original intense brownish red VIVA GLAM Lipstick we have come to know and love.

Throughout the years, the ambassadors have included Sia, Miley Cyrus, Elton John, Dita Von Teese, Mary J. Blige, Ariana Grande and Ricky Martin – and five staple shades now make up the collection.

So far, VIVA GLAM has raised $500 million for the global fight against HIV/AIDS, helping millions of people. The UK and Ireland alone have given 540 grants to over 100 charities including Positive East, HIV Ireland, National AIDS Trust, Terrence Higgins Trust and George House Trust in that time by buying a lippie each year.

This year, the brand are focused on recreating their original campaign, with the gorgeous Winnie Harlow fronting the throwback recreation – posing just as Ru Paul did in 1994.

'I was inspired to recreate the original Viva Glam campaign after my hairdresser, Jay Brumant, showed me the beautiful images,' Victorias Secret model Winnie said.

'Working in fashion, I’m surrounded by many types of beauty, and I strongly feel that the contributions of the LGBTQ+ community are both prominent & embraced in the fashion world. I remember being invited to my first Vogue Ball. It was invigorating to see so many people from different walks of life come together and celebrate themselves freely.'

'Ever since then, I have loved & always wanted to try to recreate a “drag moment". I knew that if I was ever going to attempt it I would need to embrace an ICONIC look! Who is more iconic than RuPaul in the M·A·C Viva Glam campaign?'

'So when I was in full “regalia” post Adam Burrell’s make-up magic, my friend & New York photographer, Gabriel Perez Silva, helped me recreate the images, and that’s how this costume came to be! I’m so honoured to follow in the footsteps of amazing artists like Lady Gaga, Elton John, and Ru celebrating Viva Glam’s 25th Anniversary alongside raising awareness for the MAC Viva Glam Fund.'

Each Viva Glam shade is €20.00 and can be purchased at any M.A.C. counter or store, and on maccosmetics.com.

She revealed that before Ryan, she didn't see herself with a family.

She said, ''It was the furthest thing from my mind. Ryan Gosling happened. I mean, falling in love with him. Then it made sense for me to have…not kids, but his kids. It was very specific to him.”

The couple has been together for eight years after they met on the set of The Place Beyond the Pines.

Eva wants to make sure that her daughters have a strong role model in her.

She said, ''What I try to emphasise is that I don't let them see me put attention to how I dress. They've never seen me get ready for something; they've never seen me at work.''

She continued, ''Which is fine, for whoever wants to do it that way, but the way I keep it normal is by not letting them see me in these situations. I'm just Mom. And I'm more than happy to just be Mom.''

It sounds like she has it figured out just fine.

Disney moves can be our saviour when it comes to being a parent.

Plonk them in front of one of the classics and you'll get some peace and quiet – as well as a brilliant story to your kids to enjoy.

Which is exactly what Kelly Clarkson does with her daughter, four-year-old River Rose.

The 36-year-old told  Entertainment Tonight that she tried to tell her daughter about the mechanics behind voicing an animated character – and it backfired.

She continued, ''I pretty much crushed her dreams. I didn’t really realise what I was doing.''

She added, ''But she’s very clever. She would’ve figured it out, after finding out that I’m [a voice in UglyDolls]. I’m justifying it to make myself feel better.”

Whether your Easter traditions involve a raucous family egg hunt or enjoying the cut-price Easter eggs in the days following the chocolatey celebrations, one thing is for sure: Easter is one indulgent holiday.

Many families go all out and do a big roast dinner to mark the occasion, or simply fill up on delicious chocolate.

To honour the Easter weekend, one popular Mexican mecca on Irish soil is melding the sweet and the savoury into a very intriguing Frankenfood.

The avocado pizza, the cronut, the carrot latte and the unicorn anything dominated the 2017 frankenfood trend charts.

In 2018, we saw the eggs benedict doughnut, the crossushi and salted watermelon.

2019 kicked off with the sushi sandwich, and now another iconic food pairing has been blended.

Boojum has a massive Irish fan base, with their burritos making the 4th most ordered dish globally on Deliveroo in 2018, and the food favourite has risen again to create a bespoke miracle for Easter.

Teaming up with an Easter classic, the Cadbury's Cream Egg, Boojum's speciality team at Quesadillas by Boojum have collaborated to concoct the Cadbury's Cream Egg Quesadilla.

The traditional Mexican flat bread has been reimagined to host the sweet treat, as well as a generous helping of the sumptuous Cream Egg goo poured over top. Is that the unmistakable sound of growling stomachs we hear?

Joe Groves at Deliveroo says: It is a privilege to partner with the amazing team at Quesadillas by Boojum to bring this bizarre creation directly to our customers’ doorsteps or desks.'

'Two things we absolutely love in Ireland are Boojum and chocolate, and since our creativity knows no bounds, we thought, ‘why not bring these two together?' they finished.

If this sounds like something that would be right up your alley, here's how to get your hands on one:

The Creme Egg Quesadillas will be available exclusively from the Deliveroo app or website during Easter.

They launch on Wednesday, April 17th and are available to order up until Easter weekend – with Quesadillas by Boojum of Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Belfast and Derry all participating.

If you're not feeling like cooking over Easter, this could be the perfect treat to satiate the salivating family you might have around, or if you will be spending the holiday solo, it could be ideal for a quiet night in foodie experience.

The dish is priced at €9.50 (ROI) and £7.50 (NI) respectively – happy hunting.

It's one of the most iconic television shows in history and one that no amount of reruns can ruin.

And with a Friends reunion still uncertain this looks like it will be perfect for those eager fans who want their fix.

To celebrate the sitcom's 25th anniversary, Friendsical, written by Miranda Larson, will open at the Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham in July.

It is a parody based on our favourite characters Joey, Rachel, Monica, Chandler, Phoebe, and Ross.

The production will travel the nation, playing in cities like Newcastle, Blackpool, Southampton, and Croydon.

This plot for the play goes as follows: ''When Ross’ wife leaves him for another woman, he fears he will never find love again. But then Rachel runs back into his life…will he end up with his one true love?''

Image result for friends

It continues, ''Joey and the gang take on naked Thursdays, a power cut, and a dinosaur convention and there’ll be original songs such as ‘(He’s her) Lobster!’, ‘Richard’s Moustache’ and ‘You’re Over Me? When Were You Under Me?’''

It sounds AMAZING.

The full casting and crew for Friendsical will be announced soon but in the meantime, we're going to re-watch every episode to get geared up for this fantastic show.

Strictly Come Dancing might be off the air but the drama keeps on giving.

It came as a huge surprise to many (and some, not) when the 2018 winner Stacey Dooley's boyfriend Sam Tucknott announced to the world that Stace had dumped him for her dance partner Kevin Clifton.

While many had speculated while they were on the show that Kevin had become fond of Stacey, it seemed like she was happy in her relationship with Sam.

The pair had been together five years and lived in their Brighton home – however, Sam has revealed that he knew something was off towards the latter part of the dance contest.

Sam told The Sun that before Christmas Stacey had joined Kevin for an evening out rather than him and that Christmas Day was strained and tense.

The pair agreed to call it a day in March but Sam saw a message from Kevin on Stacey's phone that showed that they were in a romantic relationship.

It read, ''I love you'' followed by a love heart.

Stacey reportedly told Sam, ''You saw I didn’t start entertaining and texting him (Kevin) until I split up with you. I was not with you when we started it all. I did fall for him but when we were done. I will tell you anything you want to know.”

Now the 32-year-old investigative journalist has taken to social media to set the record straight.

She wrote, ''Anyone with any adult life experience knows there are 2 sides to every story. I haven’t got the time or energy to correct some of the utter nonsense I’ve read on here.''

She continued, ''Re Sam, I loved him v much and only wish him happiness and success going forward."

Kevin has yet to comment on the situation but with this being the 15th couple to fall foul of the show’s curse, it looks like Strictly is getting a bigger reputation as a sort of celebrity Tinder rather than a dance competition.
