The heartbroken mum even revealed the gender of their late baby.

They were due to welcome a baby boy in April, 2020.

“Thank you everyone for all the love. I don’t even know how I’m going to begin to respond to it all so I think I’ll just have to do it here.”

“In 48 hours we lost our baby — boy, by the way — and I almost lost my life, which is not a story that has been told, but at some point I can dig into the details with you guys about what happened in the emergency room,” she shared.

“And James got eliminated from Dancing with the Stars. I’m pretty shocked. It is worth noting that Ally is a beautiful dancer and we love her like family. And she tried to give her spot to James, she tried quitting the show. Little angel,” she revealed.

Chocolate makes up 80 percent of our diet once winter rolls around. It’s impossible for us to say no to the stuff, especially during the holidays.

We’ve even found a new chocolate bar to scoff on during the festive period and it is our new favourite.

The Master Chocolatiers at Lindt have been busy, combining the smooth creaminess of milk chocolate with the benefits of high cocoa content to create the Excellence High % Cocoa Milk Chocolate collection, just in time for Christmas!

Discover a new chocolate experience with the three new milk chocolate variants, made with 45%, 55% and 65% cocoa content. The smooth, balanced flavours of each bar create a delicious creaminess not usually found in high cocoa content treats.

Each one delivers on the indulgence and excellence that consumers associate with the Lindt brand, while also providing a low-sugar benefit without compromising on taste.

“Our overarching goal for the new range is to help break the stigma of dark chocolate being too bitter and milk chocolate being too sweet by creating a delicious bridge between both,” says Sinead Taylor, Excellence brand manager at Lindt Ireland.

Dark chocolate is something of an acquired taste and the Master Chocolatiers at Lindt have worked tirelessly to create the ultimate blend of milk and dark chocolate to suit all tastes.

Speaking about the new range, Lindt Master Chocolatier Stefan Bruderer explains that, when it comes to cocoa percentage, the experience is entirely subjective. “Finding the perfect percentage for you is more important than finding the highest cocoa percentage available,” he says. “A higher percentage means more chocolate, and less of the remaining ingredients, primarily sugar.

Our favourite has to be 45% cocoa. It is too good!

The new Lindt Excellence High % Cocoa Milk Chocolate bars are available from supermarkets nationwide RRP €2.79

Ask us what we did before boxsets and online streaming, and we probably wouldn’t even be able to tell you – THAT’S how important gorging on TV shows is in our lives, and we’re quite content to have it that way.

Well, at least we were quite happy – until new research from Japan revealed that binge-watching is actually slowly killing us.

Yep, that’s right; a team of scientists from Osaka University just published a report claiming that an adult who watches five or more hours’ worth of TV a day increases their risk of developing a blood clot in the lung by 250 percent.

So it sounds like a lot but, when you break it down, five hours is the equivalent of half a season of Game of Thrones and Gossip Girl (almost) – in other words, that time can pass by in the blink of an eye!

For the research, the team of scientists studied a group of over 86,000 men and women, following them over a period of 19 years. To make their all-important findings, they also consulted surveys the men and women had filled out in relation to their telly-watching habits.

By the end of the study, it emerged that 56 people had died from what are known as pulmonary embolisms, or blood clots in the lungs – which typically develop from long periods of idleness.

Through their research, the team were able to conclude that those who sat and watched five or more hours’ worth of TV per day were two-and-a-half times more likely to die from the blood clot.

How deeply scary and upsetting is that?

For those who are seriously concerned about how they’re going to cut down their telly time, the study’s lead researcher did share some advice: make sure to take breaks during your boxset marathons.

“After an hour or so, stand up, stretch, walk around; or while you’re watching TV, tense and relax your leg muscles for minutes,” advised Dr Hiroyasu Iso.

We hear ya, doc. Now, time to get started on a detailed Netflix time chart!

Galway: known for it's stunningly scenic Wild Atlantic Way, it's bohemian city vibe and vibrant arts scene.

The West coast county has a huge amount of urban history and rural heritage – as well as it's Gaeilge preservation and modern hospitality.

There are plenty of pretty Galway properties floating around on holiday rental site Airbnb, but it turns out that one rather unique Galway property is the most visited in Europe.

According the the site, Cahercastle in Craughwell, Co.Galway is the the most visited Airbnb in Europe.

While it hasn't had the most amount of individual bookings, the castle can host four guests at a time – meaning that more people have stayed there than anywhere else via Airbnb.

The castle has been standing since the late 1400, and was lovingly restored by its owners.

'One needs to be somewhat crazy to be owned by a castle , its owed me now for 20 years, anyway it is our home its not perfect, so don't expect perfection ,we do have cobwebs and a little dust (so asthma sufferers take note),' says owner Peter, who has spent the last decade making the castle a home, and has over 1,000 positive reviews on Airbnb.

'This castle has been restored to its original state by using traditional materials, and also by using cutting edge technology. We used traditional local stone, limestone, as well as oak beams, to make the castle as traditional as possible, but it also has modern conveniences, such as solar water heating.'

'The castle was built sometime in the 1400's but was refurbished in the last decade. It is comprised of a master bedroom upstairs, with access to the turret, a living room and dining room, two guest bedrooms, and some storage rooms.'

Galway is the ultimate location for an in-Ireland mini-break, and Craughwell is located just a 20 minute drive from the city – and is serviced by an Irish Rail train service.

The castle is super popular so booking ASAP is recommended.

The castle's private rooms can be rented for €160.00 per night.
