There are over 30 pages to color in this book, and the pages are highly detailed and intricate so they will keep your teen busy for hours. The pages are only printed on one side so they can be removed and hung on the wall. The single-sided printing also helps prevent the colors from bleeding through to the other side of the page, particularly if markers are used. Not only is this book fun to color, it can help teens relax and destress after a busy day at school or during exam time, which is why it’s one of the most useful gifts for teens who have everything.

There’s a strong suction cup on the speaker so it can be attached to the wall or any other smooth surface for maximum convenience.

LEGO Ideas Ship in a Bottle

LED Photo Clip Lights

Many teens love taking photos, especially when it comes to selfies with their friends! So, instead of having them stored on their phone or on social media where there are barely looked at, how about this photo display string which can be hung up in their room? It’s also perfect for displaying photos at a party – there are loads of possible uses. There are two different lengths to choose from, the smaller holding 40 photos, whereas the larger holds 50 photos. The string lights come with an auto timer which will set the lights to be on for six hours and off for 18. There are also different lighting modes, so the lights can be always on, flashing, slowly fading, or many more.

Burrito Blanket

Looking for cool gifts for teens? Well, blankets are a classic gift for Christmas, and your teen probably has at least one already. But, do they have a burrito blanket?! This fun and creative gift is sure to appeal to your teen’s sense of humor, and it’s ideal for relaxing with during a movie night too. There are four different sizes to choose from as well as different patterns – there’s even a waffle-print variation! Parents will love how the blanket can easily be machine washed and tumble dried too.

Night Light Speaker

This 5-in-1 speaker also functions as a night light, with an impressive 48 differently colored lighting options. So, it’s great for when teens are chilling in their bedroom in the evening, as they can listen to music at the same time. The light has three different brightness levels and is touch activated for ease of use. The speaker can be connected to any Bluetooth device within a range of over 30 feet, and it can also be used as an alarm clock. The device takes six hours to fully charge using a USB cable, and it can be used anywhere and at any time! It can be used with a Micro SD card or AUX input – it doesn’t have to be used via Bluetooth.

Redux Capture the Flag

This new edition of the classic game glows in the dark so it’s perfect for playing at night – great fun for birthday parties or Christmas family gatherings. There are 25 game pieces which have over 12 hours of battery life, so there’s no need to worry about them going flat during a game. There are 12 different variations of the game, so it never gets boring to play. It can be enjoyed by as little as four players, or as many as 20, so it suits larger gatherings as well as smaller ones. This is a great gift to get teens away from their phones and video games and interacting with their peers and teammates.

The Awkward Storyteller Game

Here we have another fun game for teens, this time it’s a party game for those aged 16 and above – The Awkward Storyteller. It can be played with up to 11 players, or as few as four, so it’s great for birthday parties or sleepovers with friends. The game involves reading story cards and question cards in order to create a new story every time – this game is creative and fun! There’s a time limit of 10 seconds to answer each question, which can lead to some hilarious answers as the time pressure hits! This is a great game for encouraging teens to interact with one another rather than only communicating via text messages.

The Nightmare Before Christmas Socks

Socks are a classic gift, but they can be a little boring for teens to receive. That won’t be the case with these fun Nightmare Before Christmas ones! They come as a pack of six different designs, and each has reinforced heels and toes for durability. The socks are perfect for gifting at Christmas, but they can be worn at any time of year!

There is nothing more satisfying than stepping into a nice, long, soapy shower after a gym session, are we right?

We definitely think so anyway, which is why we were a bit baffled when we heard the results of a recent post-workout survey.

Showerstoyou.co.uk, asked 1,000 gym-goers about the shower routine they undertake after their cardio session, and the results are fairly shocking.

A whopping 73 per cent of participants said that they don’t shower straight after exercise.

We get it, sometimes you're so wrecked after a workout that all we want to do is collapse in a heap, but 43 per cent admitted that they don’t even take their socks off for hours after a workout.

Another 18 per cent just don’t wash after a workout at all.

Image result for thats so raven nasty

A further one third of those asked said that they will use their gym gear three or four times before throwing it in the wash.

We would say that the hardest part of the gym is actually going, so tossing your clothes into the wash and yourself into the shower should be an easy step.

Pretty Little Liars alum Troian Bellisario has finally revealed the name of her baby girl. The mum gave birth to her daughter on October 8, 2018 but waited until this weekend to share the tiny tot’s moniker.

It seems like the actress was inspired by one of our favourite Disney movies when she was picking a name for her firstborn.

Troian called her little girl after Sleeping Beauty’s Princess Aurora and we couldn’t love the name more.

The name Aurora is a girl's name of Latin origin meaning ‘dawn’.

Troian and her husband, Patrick J.Adams welcomed their first child last October. The doting parents rarely share information about their daughter, so it’s safe to say fans were delighted with this nugget of information.

We’ve all been there. Wide awake at four in the morning, curled up with a hot water bottle, cursing the fact you were born with a womb.

Period cramps are sh*t.

But what if we told you there was a simple and natural way to relieve those dreaded symptoms?

Well, yoga may be the answer.

That’s according to a review of studies published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine.

Findings from 15 studies that examined the effect regular yoga practice had on a woman’s menstrual cycle, were reviewed.

These studies looked at how the exercise affects period cramps, PMS, polycystic ovary syndrome and premenstrual dysphoric disorder.

Each of the studies found a link between regular yoga practice and reduced severity of symptoms in woman who suffer from the conditions.

Some women even reported reductions in bloating and breast tenderness along with a more regular cycle – what’s not to love about that?

Unlike painkillers, yoga can relieve both the physical and mental symptoms of menstrual disorders, making it the ideal natural remedy for women who suffer every month.

Further research is needed to determine which type and exactly how much yoga is best for your menstrual health, but with these results, it’s got to be worth a try.

There were mixed responses to last night’s ITV documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex opened up about the struggles they have faced in the past few years, which many found endearing but others claimed it was attention seeking.

However, the documentary proved something that many people have failed to realise; the Sussex’s are real people with real emotions and their royal titles change nothing about that.

Meghan has been ridiculed by the British tabloid press and public in recent months. Lies and accusations have been thrown her way, even during her pregnancy, and it has most certainly taken its toll on the new mum.

The former actress fell head over heels for Prince Harry, but her friends warned her about marrying into the royal family.

She said, “It’s hard. I don’t think anybody could understand that, but in all fairness I had no idea, which probably sounds difficult to understand … but when I first met my now-husband my friends were really happy because I was so happy, but my British friends said to me, ‘I’m sure he’s great but you shouldn’t do it because the British tabloids will destroy your life’."

Meghan said she always tells Harry that it’s not enough to just survive something, that’s not the point of life.

“You have got to thrive. You have got to feel happy, and I think I really tried to adopt this British sensibility of a stiff upper lip. I tried, I really tried, but I think what that does internally is probably really damaging, and the biggest thing that I know is that I never thought this would be easy but I thought it would be fair, and that is the part that is hard to reconcile but (I) just take each day as it comes,” the Duchess said.

Meghan added, “When people are saying things that are just untrue, and they are being told they are untrue but they are allowed to still say them, I don’t know anybody in the world who would feel that’s OK and that is different from just scrutiny.

“I think the grass is always greener. You have no idea. It is really hard to understand what it’s like. ‘The good thing is that I have got my baby and I have got my husband and they are the best.”
