Former Made In Chelsea star Binky Felstead has well and truly moved on from the dad of her little girl India, Josh 'JP' Patterson, and has a new boyfriend.

The 29-year-old has fallen for 30-year-old businessman Max Darnton after meeting him at posh members' club Soho Farmhouse early in 2019.

Speaking to Hello! magazine, Binky explained that she was nervous to inform Max about her two-year-old daughter when they first got chatting at the bar.

"I was at the bar ordering cocktails, and Max came up to me and said, 'So, how are you, what do you do?' And the first thing I said was, 'I'm a mum!'

I was so nervous about him not knowing that I had a child, so I wanted to get it out there before he asked me any more questions, just to see if he was going to run off or not," Binky adds.

"But his reply was, 'OK… And?' That was so nice and put me really at ease right away."

Binky said that she had "hoped I'd meet somebody", adding: "I just didn't know it would be so soon, and I didn't know that this would be how I feel."

The reality star said that Darnton "brings out the best in me", adding: "I'm incredibly lucky to have met him."

The couple even intend to buy a house together; "Things are going so nicely, so we'll be looking – together! – for a big house in London with a garden – for India, and so that Max can get a dog."

Darnton, who works as a managing director at a global executive search and consulting firm, said: "We're both very different but equally as driven and ambitious.

"We find each other funny – not many other people do! – and it's completely natural and chilled. I feel very lucky to have met her. We really connect. I feel settled, and it feels normal."

Max continues to gush about Binky's adorable daughter; "And India is amazing – I look at them both together and it's really sweet. They have an incredible relationship."

Binky and JP were in an on-off relationship while filming Made In Chelsea, though they weren't an item when she found out about her pregnancy.

They reignited their romance after they learned they were to become parents in 2017. They announced their separation last September, a year and a half after becoming parents.

In worrying news, a new survey has found that the majority of Irish beaches and rivers are polluted, with one-in-six deemed "clean to European norms".

The most common forms of litter discovered by assessors included food wrappers, plastic bottles, cans and cigarettes, according to The Journal.

Five-in-six beaches and waterways examined as part of Irish Business Against Litter's survey were considered clean enough to meet European standards.

The study analysed 42 areas across Ireland by IBAL, and only 1-in-6 beaches were clean enough to meet the standards. 14 percent were classified as ‘littered’ or ‘heavily littered’.

Beaches, harbours, rivers and their immediate environs were monitored by the Environmental Education Unit of An Taisce over the summer, with fishing industry-related litter found in almost all marine sites.

Salthill was stated to be one of the cleanest beaches in the country, and the report praised the Galway beach as a “well used and cared for environment”.

Curracloe beach in Wexford was also added to the 'clean' list for having 'a virtual absence of litter', but Seapoint in Dublin was the only other beach considered clean.

Lough Rea, the River Shannon at Carrick-on-Shannon, the Nore in Kilkenny and KiImore Quay harbour in Wexford were also inspected as clean.

The Barrow in Carlow town and the Tolka in Dublin were both heavily littered, along with Cork Harbour near Midleton.

Cork harbour was “subject to dumping, with heavy levels of land-based food-related items and large numbers of traffic cones and household appliances discarded in the water”, according to the report.

Inspectors claimed that the River Barrow at Carlow had “a very definite heavy litter presence … with a wide variety of regular litter, both land- and water-based."

Blackrock Castle also had “heavy levels of plastic bottles, plastic bags, cans, food / sweet wrappers and large pieces of plastic … several plastic bags of rubbish and other miscellaneous items were dumped adjacent to the coast.”

Bundoran, Dingle, Kinsalem Brittas Bay in Wicklow, Dun Laoghaire harbour, Tramore beach in Waterford, Portmarnock beach in Dublin and the tourist destination of Lahinch were considered “moderately littered.

Conor Horgan spoke as a representative of IBAL, saying that the need for action on plastic pollution in aquatic environments was increasingly more vital;

“Our regular surveys consistently show 80% of our towns to be clean; we cannot say the same for our beaches and waterways.

“Litter as we know it has acquired a wholly new importance for society. This is especially true for an island like Ireland, where litter can readily wind its way to the sea irrespective of where it is dropped," he added,

“When it comes to marine litter the sea starts at every household, street, green space and workplace.”

Love Island 2018 star Savanna Darnell's dad has admitted that he attempted to pay his daughter to not go on the ITV reality show.

Savanna dismissed his worries and went on the show anyway as part of the Casa Amor segment of the programme, which she later regretted doing.

The singer and dancer was 22-years-old at the time when she entered the season four villa, but she was dumped only four days later.

Kid Creole's August Darnell spoke to Christine Lampard on Lorraine today, saying that he was completely against the idea of Savanna taking part.

He said: "I should point out that I paid her money to not go in to do Love Island.

"I said, 'I will pay you this amount of money if you don't do this show'. She said, 'I want to do it.' And I said, 'You're old enough to make your own decisions' and she did it."

He couldn't list all of the reasons why he didn't want her on the show; "That's a long story. If we had a longer time I would tell you all the reasons I was against her doing it."

A post shared by  (@olivierstourme) on

"But as you say, she's an adult, she makes her own decisions, I just gave her my opinion."

Savanna posted a YouTube video on her experience as a Casa Amor participant earlier this year, referring to her time on the show as "horrific".

Apparently, she had originally been told she would be one of the first girls on the series, but was sent back to the UK after 10 days of isolation in a Mallorca hotel.

"I remember them saying 'Keep your bags packed, we’re going to call you very soon, you’ll be back before you know it', she said. "So I couldn’t take any jobs in case they call me and say you’re going on."

A post shared by(@_savannadarnell) on

"I spent three weeks at home, doing absolutely nothing. I didn’t want to leave my bed and my mum was really worried about me."

Savanna said she began to get "stress spots" after one month of this experience, and put on weight because she was binge-eating after having weeks of no carbs.

She was eventually flown out to Love Island as one of the Casa Amor bombshells but left after just five days after failing to couple up with anyone.

She was shocked that scenes between her and Wes had been cut and that she had minimal screen time. She also experienced trolling and bullying online about her appearance and personality.

"I remember reading some horrible comments about how I was the ugliest Islander ever, that I should get breast cancer and die," she said. "That was a horrible time it my life, it was just horrendous."

Consent classes will be rolled out in secondary schools and sports clubs nationwide after the success of the college campus workshops.

The Irish Examiner has reported that the number of students attending the Smart Consent workshops in colleges skyrocketed by more than 600 percent, partly because of high-profile rape cases.

Pádraig MacNeela and Siobhán O’Higgins, from NUIG’s School of Psychology (who developed the workshops) said the programme has been altered to suit the age range of secondary school students.

Pádraig MacNeela spoke about the creation of the classes;

“We’ve started to redevelop workshops and test them out in schools, working with parents being on board and being the allies you want them to be.

“It’ll be the same type of conversation approach that has been happening in colleges, except there is a full redesign of materials to speak to school age, so far it seems to be a good fit," he added.

The proramme is set to launch in schools in early 2020, but several schools have already gone through the workshop.

“We’ve worked with five or six schools so far, piloting the programme, where we have gone in to talk about consent," said Siobhán O’Higgins.

“It’s allowed us to see if this format, the workshop type programme, will work. We’ve been to schools in Limerick, Dublin, and Galway. We worked with parents first, it was actually the parents who wanted this in the schools and then the schools said they wanted it too.”

Sexual education in Irish secondary schools is taught under the relationships and sexuality education (RSE) programme, but varies hugely depending on the school.

The Department of Education and Skills have stated that every school can choose their own way of teaching the programme, which means that many students have received next to zero sex education.

What little sex education was offered in other schools solely touched on science, rather than contraception, consent and emotional relationships.

Siobhán O’Higgins has said that they must act strategically when choosing what schools receive the new workshop in 2020.

"There is no point going in and talking about consent in a school who haven’t had good RSE, with students who don’t understand their own bodies. Talking about consent like that is just adding on top of the confusion.

“Parents are afraid to talk to their children,” she said. “It’s very difficult now to be a parent. I do a bit of a workshop on consent with parents and we ask: ‘Was it consent?’ ‘Yes?’ ‘No?’ Sometimes it’s not always clear.”

More than 4,000 college students have taken the voluntary workshop since it first launched in 2015, which includes all sexual orientations and gender identities.

Consent is about respect and how we treat others, and many health professionals have said that the workshops need to reach younger people, before they hit college.

The programme makes sure to include the role of alcohol and drugs in consent. Organisers say they now plan to work with various networks and groups to reach young people aged 16 to 24-years-old.

A review of relationships and sexuality education is currently being carried out, with the draft report complete and open for public consultation until October 2019.

Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds is famous for his wit, and his amusing banter with his gorgeous wife Blake Lively.

Seeing as it was her birthday yesterday, Reynolds knew it was the perfect time to share some less than photogenic images of the actress, who is pregnant with their third child.

Of course, even the most blurred photos he could find are still museum-worthy images of Blake, but the pair clearly haven't lost their knack for teasing each other.

The couple wed in 2012, and announced in May that they were expecting their third child while at the New York City premiere of Pokémon: Detective Pikachu.

The pair make sure that neither of them are working on a movie at the same time as the other person, in order to keep their family together.

The family consist of two little girls, but Reynolds isn't fussed about whether they'll eventually have a baby boy or not;

“Having a daughter was a dream come true for me. If I could have nine daughters, I would be thrilled. Really, like I genuinely would be,” he told PEOPLE back in 2016.

In an age of television that is still blatantly anti-LGBTQ+, one reality show rises above the rest. Love Island, in our view, didn't get enough criticism for it's heteronormativity among other flaws.

Representation of queer people remains massively lacking, especially on reality TV where most people involved are of the same weight, race, age and sexual orientation. They look filtered, pretty much.

MTV's latest series of Are You The One? is back for season eight, but with a beautiful twist: every one of the cast members are sexually fluid. Thank the good Lord, it's what we've been waiting for.

This glittery MTV show will fill the empty void of your life now that Love Island has ended. 16 singles from all over the US have flown to Hawaii for the summer to try and find love, without gender limits.

“Welcome to the most ambitious matchmaking experiment ever attempted,” said host Ryan Devlin. The cash prize is a little more than the ITV dating show…try $1 million.

The contestants have 10 weeks, and 10 match-up (recoupling) ceremonies to try and find out who their perfect match is. All 16 contestants are fair game, so it's far more challenging this time around.

Topics surrounding gender identity and sexuality will be approached, and progressive narratives that the LGBTQ community wholeheartedly deserve.

Competitions, dates and truth booths will be part and parcel of the experience every week, but drama, fights, heartbreak, sex and juicy content ensues as a result.

The 2019 cast's perfect matches are discovered through a dating algorithm, based on a vigorous process involving comprehensive interviews, IQ and personality tests, interviews with family, friends and exes.

“The matchmakers got pretty deep into all of the contestants’ past relationship history, so they would do these interviews with the contestants and their family, friends, and exes. All that information was combined and analysed,” executive producer Tiffany Williams revealed to Entertainment Weekly.

The discourse surrounding gender identity still needs to be opened up further, and queer representation is a great place to start. Awareness and education about sexuality can be provided through the medium of reality TV (Drag Race changed the damn GAME).

“It’s still a fun, drama-filled salacious ridiculous reality show but it’s now got a social message underneath it,” Executive producer Rob LaPlante stated in an interview with Variety.

MTV have provided a relationship expert, Dr Frankie, who specialises in working with the LGBTQ community. Proper mental health support is 100 percent needed throughout the process and afterward.

Seeing as much of the drama is usually constructed, many fans have expressed concerns for queer people being exploited for entertainment. MTV appear to be deconstructing heteronormative conversations in a positive way, however. We adore the inclusive cast.

Are You The One? season eight airs on MTV at 10pm every Monday. Grab that queer content by the rainbow.

One of the biggest thrift store events of 2019 is happening on Monday, and you don't want to miss the chance to walk in like Macklemore circa 2012 in faux fur.

Charity shops, flea markets and ethical fashion brands are all the rage right now, with the environment being in an absolute STATE.

The textiles industry is the second biggest polluter of water in the world, and every new piece of clothing that you buy is contributing to the pile of materials in landfill, toxic dye chemicals in the rivers of underdeveloped countries and the workplace abuse of the women who create the garments.
