Tonight is set to be one of the biggest nights in Love Island history, with Geordie gal Amber Gill realising she has a major decision to make.

Will she go with her ex-flame and current villa villain, Michael Griffiths, or new charming Limerick Lad, Greg O'Shea?

We know what the obviously correct choice is, but last night's clip may have given away a major spoiler about what will go down tonight.

The firefighter who is now an enemy of the state after dumping Amber brutally after Casa Amor for Joanna Chimondies, and treating her like dirt afterwards, only to confess as soon as Joanna gets axed that he still has feelings for Amber.

Hmmm, how convenient? We're guessing he'd do absolutely anything to remain in the show.

The manipulative 27-year-old isn't fooling anyone, especially with his lies last night about having "found what I've been looking for" comment referring to Amber.

As soon as Belle told him that Joanna wouldn't be waiting around on the outside for him, he does a 180 and heads straight over to Amber, interrupting her chat with new boy Greg.

Amid all this chaos, the islanders got a text revealing that the next recoupling was looming, and it's the girls' chance to pick the boys this time.

Viewers spotted in the teaser for tonight's episode that Amber is positioned at the fire pit announcing her choice, but Greg and Michael were the last men standing.

Yes Shannon, yes they did spoil it. The other boys were therefore already picked by the other girls, and fans are now attempting to work out who Amber will choose.

The show gave a little too much away, making it too obvious which girls were paired with which boys.

One Twitter user wrote:

“Hate how the producers fix it so that the one torn between two people just happens to choose last and it just happens that none of the other girls have picked either of those two boys even though there's a few single girls in there?”

It's CLEARLY Michael's time to leave the island, seeing as he already should have walked out with Joanna after choosing her over Amber. He made his bed, and didn't lie in it…Rude.

Plus Irish rugby player Greg O'Shea is an absolute gentleman who could treat a lady right, and has been nothing but respectful to Amber since he met her at the Hideaway.

Maura agrees with the public's choice of Greg, after seeing how emotionally abusive Michael was to Amber over the last few weeks. We all know how dirtbag ex-boyfriends crawl their way back in, though…

Many of us feel just that little bit too self-conscious if we step outside the house without covering up those bags under our eyes and the latest spots to emerge on our face.

We're not alone, according to a new survey undertaken by Carter Beauty Cosmetics. The brand, started by beauty mogul Marissa Carter, has taken the industry by storm.

Apparently, 86 percent of women feel that they need concealer, and a whopping 69 percent of women aren't confident that they know how to use concealer correctly.

If this many women feel naked without their daily dose of concealer to match their makeup regimen, what's our best product recommendation?

Carter Beauty's new Out of Sight Concealer Palette is only €7.95, so if you're on a budget this is the ideal concealer for banishing dark circles, blemishes and redness.

The palette is an absolute game-changer, and a must-have for any beauty lover looking to hide any tell-tale bags. Finding that flawless base has never been so easy.

It has six pans of high coverage yet light, creamy concealers to brighten those eyes to get ready for smizing (*cough* Tyra Banks *cough*).

According to Marissa Carter, the business boss herself;

“Concealer is a make-up bag must have. With shades such as Cloaked, Obscured, Masked, Hidden and Disguised, the Out of Sight Concealer palette does exactly what it says on the tin – bags be gone.”

We can think of a few times when the 'Panda Eyes' were in play, be it from a hangover, exam season or just leftover mascara wreaking havoc.

season 3 friends GIF

Seeing as so many people aren't sure exactly how to use concealer in the best manner, we've got some tips assembled from Carter Beauty to assist you:

First of all, always apply your foundation first, and concealer second. When you apply concealer before foundation you’ll find that you remove most of it during the foundation application.

Next, draw a triangle with the base under your eye with the point towards the cheek. Intensify eyeshadow colour and avoid fallout by priming your lid with concealer before applying eye make-up.

Use your ring finger to apply concealer. Seeing as it's your weakest, you'll apply just the right amount of pressure without pulling at your delicate eye skin.

Opposites attract: Orange or peach tones such as Disguised and Obscured from the Out of Sight Concealer Palette will cancel out the blue and purple shadows that cause under-eye circles.

Top the orange or peach tones with a cover-up that matches your skin. If you think your concealer looks cakey in fine lines, cut a tissue in half and use it to remove excess oil.

Hopefully the number of people who don't fully understand the correct method of using concealer will be reduced now, thanks to Carter Beauty. Utter Queens.

Remember, you don't need concealer to feel your most beautiful self. Think of it as an empowerment tool that gives you control over your under-eye-bags, instead of the bags controlling your self-esteem.

Lancôme Advanced Génifique was born out of over 197 formation trials, and has been tested on an amazing 4,000 women. There's a good reason why it has over 10,000 five-star reviews.

The serum wasn't created easily. Researchers have been captivated by the skin microbiome, which has formed the basis of 18 scientific publications and is a breakthrough in the skincare industry.

We're made up of 50 percent human cells and 50 percent bacterial cells, with our unique skin microbiome acting like our unique signature. It's a beneficial living ecosystem of microorganisms and a vital part of the skin surface.

Our skin's healthy appearance is essentially influenced by the balance of our microbiome.

A team of 50 experts, from physicists and clinicians to dermatologists and computer scientists, based in different global centres, has been involved in this research.

Our microbiome needs to be balanced to defend and recover, as well as repairing the skin and regulating excessive inflammation.

By working with Pr. Hattori, from Waseda University, Sōdai in Japan, Lancôme researchers were able to make a huge discovery: The skin microbiome changes as we age.

Our unique microbiome can be harmed by our lifestyle and environmental conditions such as UV rays, pollution, diet, hormones and medications. This can lead to spots, ageing, dryness and wrinkles.

Lancôme scientists have found that women living in a polluted environment and display premature signs of ageing. They were then able to create the ultimate formula to act on the skin microbiome.

Well, it's safe to say we're not exactly over the moon about this latest news.

Love Island stars Amber Gill and Michael Griffiths have been pictured kissing passionately (albeit in a challenge) for the first time since their Casa Amor break-up in tonight's episode.

Michael eventually admits that he still has feelings for her only days after his former partner Joanna Chimonides was dumped from the villa, calling him a 'snake' in the process. Dead right.

Firefighter Michael chooses Amber to take part in a challenge with him called Men at Work, where the male Islanders must compete to be named Buffest Builder.

Each boy has a chance to passionately kiss their partner at the end of the challenge, and Michael didn't waste a speck of time.

The couple seal the deal, and a reconciliation between them looks more likely than ever. WHY, GOD? WHY? He's a toxic, manipulative man and Greg is far better.

Michael interrupted her chat with Greg to confess his feelings before the pair teamed up for the Buffest Builder game. *Sigh

"The situation that I am in now has given me time to clarify a few things in my head. It’s given me time to think and realise ‘I do like Amber'," he said to Amber.

"I can only apologise about how I was over the last few weeks. I’m just letting you know that I do still like you.” Amber is understandably stunned by his admission.

Greg unfortunately just gives her a peck on the cheek in the challenge, and Amber says in the Beach Hut that she wishes he'd have full on kissed her. Us too, Amber. Us too.

We're all pretty dedicated to her for providing us with endless entertainment, but Naturally Fast Food brand LEON has taken the crown for possessing the most commitment to the grid girl.

LEON Ireland have pledged to rename their famous LOVe burger to 'The Maura Burger' for a day if the hilarious hopeful bags the £50,000 prize.

The day after the reality show's finale airs, The Maura Burger will come to life if the Irish hopeful bags the crown.

The burger itself will be exactly like the LOVe Burger, but with extra sauce on the side for some added spice. We all know Queen Maura loves a bit of seasoning and flavour in her life…

All customers must do is say “I got a text from Maura” when ordering and they will be offered a free side.

We're all about celebrating our icons with food, that's for sure.

Shay Mitchell is officially pregnant with a beautiful rainbow baby, but she will never forget the emotional turmoil she experienced after suffering a miscarriage last year.

The actress experienced the loss 14 weeks into her pregnancy, and admits being "completely blindsided" by grief. Six months later, Shay is pregnant again and couldn't be happier.

The Pretty Little Liars and You star is now bravely sharing her story with fans in her new YouTube series, Almost Ready.

At the beginning of 2019, Mitchell wrote a message to her followers, writing;

"The support and affection that so many of you show me lifts me up during even my darkest days, one of which happened last year after I miscarried and lost the child of my hopes and dreams."

In the first episode of her new series, Keeping a Secret, Shay discusses her relationship with boyfriend Matte Babel, who she insists will be "a great dad".

"Matt and I started quietly dating about three years ago," Mitchell says. "I guess you could say we're best friends now."

The actress later explains why she chose to bide her time before announcing her current pregnancy.

"I chose to hold on until I announced because of the first time," Mitchell says. "It didn't go as I had hoped for, and it was extremely difficult."

"The first time that I was pregnant last year, Matt and I hadn't been planning, it happened and we were really excited about it," she shares.

"I was like 14 weeks, at that point, I had no idea the percentage of miscarriages. When it happened I was just, completely blindsided by it."

In the video, Shay can't hold back the tears as she says she still has the ultrasound photos on her phone and footage of her visits to the doctor.

"And it's weird because, I haven't looked at them, obviously," Shay says as she wipes away tears. "But, it's not like I forgot about that happening, so of course I'm like super happy, but I still feel for that one that I lost."

The difficulty of being pregnant in the public eye is undeniable, especially when an expectant mum is keeping the news a secret.

The actress gives a tour of the baby's room in her YouTube series, which isn't decorated yet. Shay explained that she wants to wait "as late as possible" to prepare the room for her first child due to her miscarriage experience.

Mitchell also illustrated that experiencing a miscarriage is "really tough because you feel broken as a woman".

"It really sort of messed me up a little bit," Mitchell stated, regarding her lack of social life after the experience.

Mitchell said hadn't been previously aware of the percentage of pregnancies that end in miscarriage, which is around one-in-four according to the Miscarriage Association.

A Star Is Born actor Bradley Cooper and model Irina Shayk announced their separation last month, much to the surprise of their fans.

The couple had been together for four years before going their separate ways in June. During their time together, Bradley and Irina welcomed a daughter together.

Joanna Chimonides has posted a tearful video online after watching Michael Griffiths admit his feelings for Amber Gill on last night's Love Island.

The ex-Islander was dumped from the show on Monday, and reacted to the firefighter confessing that he can't get his former flame out of his head.

Drama ensued after Michael recoupled with Joanna Chimonides following Amber's stint on Casa Amor, where she remained loyal to him.

Amber was heartbroken after the blow was dealt, and had to experience him treating her like dirt over the next few days while cuddling up to new partner Joanna.

Michael stayed in the villa after Joanna was sent home, which left both the Islanders and viewers confused. Joanna didn't hesitate to call him a "snake" as she walked out the door, without him in tow.

The Essex native took to Instagram Stories to reveal that the episode was "hard to watch".

Image: Instagram/@joannachimonides

The firefighter spoke to Joanna's close friend Belle last night about how Joanna was "stand-offish" to him. Belle told Michael that Joanna won't waste her time waiting for him at home, rightfully so.

It's the same trend where as soon as the woman is gone, Michael starts bitching about them behind their backs and acts as if it's totally their fault that the relationship has problems.

Michael later decided to tell Amber how he feels, interrupting new Limerick lad Greg O'Shea's chat with her. The rugby player and solicitor also has his eye on Amber.

As the 27-year-old walks over to tell the Newcastle beauty how he feels, Joanna says;

"So obviously I've had to just pause the TV purely because for me being stand-offish is more me having respect for those in in the villa because someone else is hurting in there," Joanna told her followers during the show, referencing Amber's heartbreak.

"It's hard for me to watch this right now I'm not gonna lie."

Small, Far Away Day, the fictitious July 19 holiday from Irish sitcom Father Ted, is nearly upon us and Deliveroo is celebrating this rejoiceful occasion by partnering with Sano Pizza in Temple Bar to bring a miniature food menu exclusively to Deliveroo.

The holiday became a reality on social media years after the episode originally aired. In it, Father Ted and Father Dougal went on a holiday in a caravan. During their time, Ted struggles to explain to Dougal the difference between the concepts of ‘small’, and ‘far away’.

Image result for FATHER TED NEAR FAR AWAY GIF

Although Dougal struggles with this concept, Deliveroo does not, and these delicious treats are living proof of it. The exclusive to Deliveroo menu consists of a holy selection between far away (large) and small (mini) pizzas:

Marinara – Mini (€4) / Large (€7)

Margherita – Mini (€4.50) / Large (€8.90)

Diavola – Mini (€5) / Large (€9.90)

Joe Groves from Deliveroo said, “We are thrilled to be partnering up with the heavenly Sano Pizza, celebrating one of the greatest sitcom series of all time.

“While we do offer small foods, as can be seen, Deliveroo is never far away, with delicious meals delivered straight to your doorstep in thirty minutes or less,” he added.

The hilarious ‘small, far away’ scene has gone down in history as one of the best one-liners of any sitcom, and despite the show being over twenty years old, the scene from the episode ‘Hell’ is fondly remembered today as TV gold in Ireland and the UK.

Sano Pizza’s faithful miniature menu will be available exclusively on the Deliveroo app or website for one day only on Friday, July 19.

Social media app Instagram will hide the total number of 'likes' which posts in Ireland receive in a trial to analyse whether users prefer a less competitive social media environment.

Users themselves will be able to see how many 'likes' their own posts get, but not those of other Instagram users' posts.

A spokesman for the app said; “We are testing this because we want followers to focus on the photos and videos shared, not how many likes they get."

They added; “We don’t want Instagram to feel like a competition. We hope to learn whether this change can help people focus less on likes and more on telling their story.”

The company began testing this new feature in Canada in May, emphasising that the focus should be on the photos and videos themselves rather then the numerical results.

The trial is now being extended to Irish users, with the move likely being welcomes by parents and childrens' welfare organisations due to the negative effects on self-esteem associated with Instagram.

Instagram undoubtedly encourages people to portray an idealised version of their lives among their peers, seeking popularity of friends and acquaintances.

A new Canadian study of 3,826 teenagers discovered that social media may be associated with adolescent depression, as young people compare themselves with filtered, unrealistic images of others.

Instagram users will still be shown the number of comments that other users' posts attracts, which could be used as a proxy for popularity.

Instagram has been seen as the least controversial major social media platform, seeing as Facebook's meddling with elections and 'fake news' has gotten them in trouble, as well as YouTube and Twitter's issues with hate speech.

Tara Hopkins, head of public policy, EMEA at Instagram said; “We want Instagram to be a place where people feel comfortable expressing themselves."

She added; “This includes helping people to focus on the photos and videos they share, not how many likes they get.

"We are now rolling the test out to more countries so we learn more from our global community and see how this can benefit people's experiences on Instagram.”

Chris Hemsworth has opened up about the mental health difficulties he faced after his career stalled following his appearance in Star Trek.

The actor is a massive Hollywood movie star currently, alongside fellow Chris's Pratt and Pine.

The news that Taika Waititi will return as the director of Thor 4 guarantees Chris' return to the role, and it's also confirmed that he will feature in Guardians of the Galaxy 3.

In summary, he's got no shortage of gig offers. He even competed against himself when Avengers: Endgame and Men In Black: International were released in cinemas at the same time.

However, there was a time before he gripped hold of the hammer when the Australian actor was struggling for work. He had a small role in JJ Abrams' Star Trek, which began as a trilogy.

Hemsworth played Captain Kirk's father in the opening sequence, but things slowed down after playing George Kirk in the reboot.

He explained; "I got a job pretty quick when I got to Hollywood, so I was very fortunate in that sense. Then I didn’t work for a while and I started to think it might not work out."

Breaking into the acting scene is notoriously difficult and once you have any tiny portion of success, it's even harder to sustain it.

Despite having a role in a huge franchise, he had a hard time working after Star Trek failed. Hemsworth later suffered from deep anxiety during this process, as he emphasised to Heat.
