Huge congratulations are in order for Michael Sheen and Anna Lundberg who are expecting their first child together.

The 50-year-old Welsh actor took to Twitter to share the joyous news with his fans.

He wrote, “Very happy to let everyone know that my partner Anna and I are expecting a little angel of our own. (Just to be clear – we’re having a baby!) #nottheantichrist.”

The Good Omens star is already a dad to 20-year-old daughter Lily, whom he shares with his former partner and actress Kate Beckinsale.

The Good Fight actor has been reportedly dating the 25-year-old Swedish actress since the beginning of the year.

Fans were overjoyed for the couple.

One wrote, “All the best wishes to your partner (because let's face it, she's going to do most of the work)”

Another said, “Congratulations Michael! I’m so very happy for you. Wishing you,  Anna and baby all the best.”

“Congratulations! All the best wishes for you and your family,” one shared.

We are delighted for the pair.

Ovie Soko has irrevocably changed our lives, that's a fact. The six foot seven basketball player has taken over the internet after bursting onto Love Island screens in the Casa Amor portion of the show.

He's basically the best thing to happen to the villa, and it appears that In The Style agree. The brand have dropped a range of t-shirts dedicated to the hilarious 28-year-old Islander.

While he's busy treating women with respect and giving long, deep, wise snippets of advice to the useless men in the house, he's also the king of fashion and emits chill vibes only.

A post shared by Ovie Soko (@oviesoko) on

The man has already been crowned the couture king of the villa, donning dapper menswear, tiny sunglasses, do-rags, tank tops and patterned shirts like it's nobody's business.

He's quite simply a breath of fresh air. Ovie is a fan of a good 1990s film throwback ("MESSAGE"), wears bucket hats in bed and wears fully-clothed lewks rather than swimwear all day.

His Hawaiian print co-ords, camp collar shirts, camouflage cargo pants and the legendary outback hat has won the hearts of the nation.

Ovie was the only one to school Michael on how badly he spoke to Amber, as well as crying on national TV when his Casa Amor pal George was dumped from the island.

It's impossible not to love the hunk, especially when he dances while he irons his clothes. Or makes eggs. He dances pretty much constantly, it's his thing.

He definitely knows how to make a woman feel good about herself, and is a constant gentleman when it comes to Amber's feelings. Their friendship lights up the world.

Fashion brand In The Style have moulded their love for the contestant into a range of t-shirts dedicated to him, and we've already pre-ordered them all.

The tops come in black or white and sport Ovie-inspired slogans on them, from "Current mood: Ovie" to "What would Ovie do?", there's something for everyone.

The t-shirts cost €13.33 (£12) each and are available in sizes six up to 16 on their website, from Friday, July 19.

Pre-order the tops online now, but hurry because Love Island fans have already been eyeing up the t-shirts on Instagram.

Ovie appears to get close to new girl India Reynolds, even managing to get a kiss in tonight's episode. The pair are both 28-years-old, but we're not sure what else they have in common.

Poor Chris has to watch India fall for Ovie, disappointedly proclaiming; Why’s this my life? It’s not funny. I think I’m getting Ovied”.

"I got a text…MESSAGE" and "I think I'm getting Ovie'd" both need to be slogan t-shirts, it's an abomination that they're not included.

We all had plenty of respect for ex-Love Island contestant Yewande Biala, especially when she told Danny Williams (remember the travel agent?); "What goes around come around."

As it turns out, her only regret from her time in the villa was not having the chance to couple up with Ovie Soko, who would have been PERFECT for her with his chill vibes and respect for women.

Ovie arrived during the Casa Amor part of the series, which Yewande just missed out on after being eliminated.

A post shared by Yewande (@yewande_biala) on

Danny Williams stupidly chose to dump the scientist in favour of newcomer Arabella Chi, and the Dubliner said that they should have brought Ovie in sooner for her.

"Where was Ovie when I was crying in the beach hut saying 'no one likes me,'" Yewande told RTÉ Entertainment.

"That would've been the perfect time to be like, 'Ok we're going to send Ovie in as the bombshell'." He's 100 percent bombshell material, we'll give her that. Yewande also makes a very good point.

She's a firm believer in the idea that "everything happens for a reason", but she admits that she'd have coupled up with Ovie if she had been given the opportunity.

"I'm a real firm believer that everything happens for a reason so I feel that if you did change something, I wouldn't have the outcome – it could be worse, it could be better, I don't know – so I think I'd just leave it as it is," she explained.

"I had an amazing experience, I laughed, I cried, it was great."

Ovie is currently in a friendship couple with Amber Gill, but Yewande is convinced that Amber is, "still too hurt from Michael and I don't think anyone's really going to work romantically, I don't think she's ready for anything romantically in that villa."

What about Irish hunk Greg? We saw sparks when the rugby player and future solicitor met her for a date in the Hideaway. Michael rudely interrupted the pair last night to ask Amber for a chat, the devil.

Yewande expressed her shock at Michael's toxic behaviour towards Amber since their split and Casa Amor recoupling with Joanna Chimonides.

A post shared by Yewande (@yewande_biala) on

"It's shocking how he's treated her from that, because that's not the Michael that I know," she said.

"I really want to be like, 'What are you doing? Can you just explain your thought process.' I just don't understand what's happened. It's just really unfortunate because I really wanted them to win and I thought if they stayed together they were really strong and they possibly could've won."

We desperately hope Amber calls him a 'dead ting' and walks away, because if she goes back to that horrible man it sets an awful example. You wouldn't treat your pet pooch the way Michael treated her.

Yewande also opened up about life in the Love Island villa; “We’ve no concept of time.

“There was a time where Joe (Garratt) found out that you could check the time on the cooker and then they changed it so we’ve no concept of time whatsoever. We always guestimated when the sun came out.”

The contestants are filmed 24 hours a day, and are told to dress up every evening to create a party vibe in the house. They must wait until producers confirm that their filming commitments are over before they go to bed.

A post shared by Ovie Soko (@oviesoko) on

The Islanders are also gifted with sponsored wardrobes to wear for the duration of their stay and they avail of the laundry service once a week (but don't do any of the housework).

Yewande urged viewers to be aware that the footage they see doesn’t always portray reality, seeing as it's just an hour of television per day.

She told Virgin Media Television’s Ireland AM: “You are only seeing an hour of what went on in 24 or 48 hours so it’s really hard to judge a person’s personality by just watching an hour.”

A post shared by Yewande (@yewande_biala) on

Yewande admits she’s also sceptical about Maura and Curtis' relationship;

“I just don’t know. When I was in there I didn’t really see it, but I’ve been out of there a while and I know that everything moves really quickly in there.”

She reckons Maura’s head could be turned by newcomer Greg O’Shea, a professional rugby player from Limerick who went on a date with Amber.

Yewande who reckons lovebirds Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague, who are in a relationship, are “smitten”.

A post shared by (@tommytntfury) on

However, she warned : “At the end of the day it is a game and not everyone is genuine.”

But while she may have left without a boyfriend, Yewande insists that;

“It’s a great way to find love, not even just romantic love. It’s a great way to learn about yourself as a person. It’s also great to find an amazing group of friends.”

Antioxidants and skincare have gone hand-in-hand for years, especially during those warm summer months where protecting your skin from the sun is more imperative than ever.

Opportunities for sun damage arise constantly during this laid-back season, and broad-spectrum suncream is an absolute must. What else can you do to achieve the maximum protection for your pores?

Here's where antioxidants come in. They're the ideal way to neutralise the visible effects the sun may have on your skin, like wrinkles or dark spots.

If you haven't found your perfect product yet, we highly recommend IMAGE Skincare's collection of antioxidants.

Free radicals (AKA reactive oxygen species) form in our bodies in numerous different ways, mainly through UV rays. These molecules are missing an electron, so they damage other cells in the process of searching for one.

Antioxidants come in to save the day by "donating" an electron to free radicals, neutralising them and minimising skin damage. Seems pretty great, eh?

Adding antioxidants to your skincare routine can boost your sun protection and after-sun care, and we've chosen our top five best antioxidant products to look out for this summer.

1. Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract

Red wine has helped to popularise the heart-healthy benefits of grapes (Thank the Lord) but grapes can also protect your skin.

Grape seed extract contains polyphenols, which are among the best-known free radical fighters. True story. The extract also contains resveratrol, a powerful antioxidant which is also the source of wine’s cardio benefits.

Our choice: IMAGE Skincare's VITAL C Hydrating Anti-Aging Serum, €76.

2. Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract

Often credited as the source behind the flawless complexions of the Japanese, green tea has long been known for its amazing health benefits. It’s also a potent antioxidant, making it a popular ingredient in skincare products.

Our choices; IMAGE Skincare'ORMEDIC Balancing Antioxidant Serum €70.50, VITAL C Hydrating Anti-Aging Serum €76, and VITAL C Hydrating Antioxidant ACE Serum, €67.

These three are all formulated with green tea extract for a burst of antioxidant power.

3. Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola) Extract

In the West, the ingredient is better known as pennywort but it's been prized in the East since ancient times for it's undeniable health benefits. It's become a cult favourite in skincare for it's anti-ageing properties.

Gotu Jola is a rich source of phytonutrients called flavonoids that act as antioxidants. The antioxidants neutralize reactive oxygen species which in turn helps your body support and improve the appearance of collagen-deprived skin.

Our choice: IMAGE Skincare's VITAL C Hydrating Antioxidant ACE Serum €67, which teams up with green tea extract and a red rose win complex to form a super group of antioxidants.

4. Phyllanthus Emblica (Indian Gooseberry) Fruit Extract

Indian Gooseberry is a fruit rich in vitamin C and various minerals, amino acids, tannins, and flavonoids.

From anti-ageing creams and serums to sunscreens, Indian gooseberry has demonstrated its strength in protecting the skin from damage induced by free radicals.

Studies have shown that oral and topical applications of the antioxidant compounds in Indian gooseberry have shown a reduction in oxidative damage from reactive oxygen species.

Our choice: Phyllanthus emblica fruit extract features in IMAGE Skincare'VITAL C Hydrating Anti-Aging Serum €76, for all skin types.

5. Crithmum Maritimum (Sea Fennel) Extract

The ocean is undoubtedly home to some of the most amazing ingredients in skin care.

Among some amazing ingredients is sea fennel, which gets its antioxidant power punch from having a high concentration of antioxidant compounds including vitamin C, flavonoids, and carotenoids.

Our choice: IMAGE Skincare's ORMEDIC Balancing Antioxidant Serum €70.50, the perfect everyday serum for all skin types.

This amazing serum has one goal: bring your skin to a state of optimal balance so that you’ll have that naturally healthy glow.

Dermatologists recommend the daily use of sunscreen and an antioxidant serum or cream (or a sunscreen with antioxidants), so make sure to take your summer skincare routine seriously.

Your skin is one of your body's organs, and it needs constant care and protection.  Visit IMAGE Skincare's website for more information on total skincare heaven.

Just over one month ago, veteran vintage brand Nine Crows launched their very own Thrift Store after the success of their pop-ups, and it's a beautiful sight to behold.

Pre-loved threads, charity shopping and vintage looks have all become the pinnacle of fashion ever since awareness has spread about the textile industry's shocking lack of sustainability.

With fast fashion as big an issue as ever, and tonnes of clothes constantly being sent to landfill, brands like Nine Crows are incredibly important.

Nine Crows held warehouse clearance sales throughout the summer, finally opening up the brilliant thrift store on June 8 of this year.

They're a small, independently-owned company who contribute to a sustainable lifestyle, and they're proud of it. Making ethical fashion more accessible and sustainable is their goal, and we love them for it.

Their Nine Crows vintage store is home to special, high-quality and one-of-a-kind pieces, which their buying team sort through tens of thousands of items to find. Locating gems ain't an easy job.

The prices are significantly higher in their vintage store, as the clothing is curated and features rare pieces, but their thrift store is a whole different story.

For their thrift store, Nine Crows choose the type of clothing they want and purchase it in bulk. Second-hand clothes bought in this manner isn't curated, and you as the customer gets to do all the fun rummaging (fummaging?).

It's a mystery, but you find some amazing hidden pieces and reap the rewards with the cheap prices. The Nine Crows Thrift Store is located in their warehouse, off Baggot Street at 12 Pembroke Row.

The shop is open Thursdays to Sundays, from 12pm to 6pm and is WELL worth a sneaky peek. Everything is between €5 and €15, so you can't use prices as an excuse to shop fast fashion brands.

We're sprinting there as we type:

Nine Crows currently have a competition running which gives you the chance to win a €100 gift voucher for their thrift store, so enter on their Instagram page here.

Apparently, Love Island star and newly crowned villa villain Michael Griffiths has EVENTUALLY confessed that he still has feelings for Amber Gill.

This random U-turn is pretty chaldish to us, not to mention manipulative. The lad dumped her savagely for Joanna Chimonides after bitching about Amber behind her back, treated her like dirt, blamed her for Joanna leaving and made her cry.

Why is he choosing now to admit he was wrong? Ever since he made his decision to stay in the villa, there have been rumours flying that he couldn't let his ex-flame Amber go.

A post shared b (@amberandmichaelforever) on

In tonight's show, Michael finally admits he still likes Amber during a chat with a stunned Curtis, Ovie and Jordan. Ovie called Michael out for telling Amber to "sit down" rudely the other night, because he's a KING.

He says: "Now Joanna's gone I've had time to think about things and I do actually like Amber."

The change of heart comes just days after Joanna's exit, where she called him (rightfully so) a 'snake'. Perhaps he's jealous now that Amber has a hot date with Limerick lad Greg?

Michael replies: "I didn't want to hurt you, I take out all my frustrations on you. I didn't mean to hurt you." He never explained WHY he took his frustrations out on her, though. Suspish.

Michael is later seen pulling Amber for a chat, telling her he got jealous seeing her spending time with the new boy. It remains to be seen whether the 21-year-old beautician gives him another chance.

The pair had a tearful chat in last night's show, with Amber saying to him: "I really have got over the whole situation. I did feel sorry for you after the whole thing and I decided to be civil and nice."

We all remember poor Amber's face when she returned from Casa Amor without a new boy to discover that Michael has recoupled, and had plenty of rude things to say about her.

More recently, she confessed that she still has feelings for the 27-year-old, Lord know how, and he rejected her twice more. Will she take him back? We certainly hope not.

We've seriously missed seeing Amy Hart on our screens since her heartbreak over Curtis Pritchard's betrayal led her to quit Love Island.

While she may have cut her time on the ITV2 reality show short, the star has already landed a permanent role on another show.

ITV has announced that Amy will join Loose Women as a guest panellist, following a successful first appearance on the daytime show this week.

The Loose Women Twitter page made the announcement, writing;

"We loved Love Island's Amy Hart so much that we’re having her as a guest panellist next Wednesday! We can’t wait to welcome Amy back to the Loose Women panel." Slay, bish. You don't need no man.

Amy made her time in the villa sound extremely positive, noting that it was time to put her mental health first;

"Taking myself out of the villa has made the bad stuff go away and now I only have fond memories of the show," Amy said at the time. "Curtis would not rub anything in my face. We spent 720 hours together, we spent all that amount of time together."

The former air hostess left the villa during dramatic scenes last week, saying to Curtis; "I’m leaving today but it’s a positive thing because I’m going to go and start the rest of my life today."

Amy has impressed ITV with her appearance on the show, it seems. She gushed to The Sun,

"I’m so excited, I’ve been a fan of Loose Women since I was 12. It’s my birthday tomorrow so this is the best present ever. I can’t wait to see the see the ladies next Wednesday."

She confirmed her new role on Twitter, writing; "I mean most people get flowers and chocolates for their birthday but… absolute dream come true! Thank you Loose Women I won’t let you down."

Bodyguard has become the BBC's first series to be nominated for an Outstanding Drama Series Emmy in nearly 50 years, but it's star was snubbed in the Best Actor drama category.

The actor played the role of David Budd, war veteran turned head of security for controversial British Home Secretary Julia Montague, played by Keeley Hawes.

Madden picked up the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a TV Drama Series, beating Ozark‘s Jason Bateman, Stephan James (Homecoming), Pose's iconic Billy Porter and Matthew Rhys (The Americans).

It's fair to say that fans are absolutely livid over the former Game of Thrones actor's snub, and are demanding answers…

A post shared by @filmin_altyazisi on

Critic Scott Feinberg of the Hollywood Reporter pointed out in a tweet how odd it was to see the show nominated without Madden getting a nod when he was in pretty much every scene.

Madden received great reviews for his recent appearance in Elton John biopic Rocketman, and was even named one of 2019’s 100 Most Influential People by Time magazine…So why the rudeness?

Critic Philiana Ng of Entertainment Tonight agreed with the fans about the shocking omission, using Madden's image as a meme to show her dismay;

Twitter user Katy wrote; "Golden Globe Winner Richard Madden snubbed of an Emmy nomination just doesn’t sit right with me at all.

"He put his heart and soul into making 360 minutes of television & delivered one of the most breathtaking performances I’ve ever seen and then doesn’t even get nominated." DAMN RIGHT.

Some even resorted to using Emmy-nominated Kit Harington to emphasise their sadness;

The star gave his all when it came to his performance as David Budd, who suffers from PTSD from his time serving in the British army in Afghanistan.

The thriller aired in the US on Netflix but was originally produced by ITV-owned producer World Productions for the British public broadcaster.

As well as Bodyguard's Outstanding Drama Series nomination, creator Jed Mercurio also picked up a nomination for Outstanding Writing For A Drama Series for the pilot.

Game of Thrones leads the Emmy Awards nominations, setting a new record with a whopping 32 total nominations.

Brilliant Phoebe Waller-Bridge BBC show Fleabag landed 11 nominations, including a Lead Actress nod for the writer/actress, whose show Killing Eve also received multiple nominations.

Kendall Jenner has always been mysteriously private about her dating life, despite the fact that her famous family have cameras filming them 24/7 for Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Most recently, the model was dating NBA player Ben Simmons until May of this year after 12 months of dating.

A meme has now surfaced on the internet mocking her seeming appreciation for basketball players, and it did NOT go down well…

A Twitter account posted a meme of the "Starting five of NBA players" Kendall was rumoured to have dated, commenting: "This is a playoff team LMAO." Highly mature content altogether.

The image featured Jordan Clarkson from the Cleveland Cavaliers, D’Angelo Russell of Golden State Warriors, Philadelphia 76ers Ben Simmons, LA Lakers’ Kyle Kuzma and Detroit Pistons’ Blake Griffin.

The Victoria's Secret model was referring to Ben Simmons and Blake Griffin, who she was previously seen with. Kendall rarely discloses her relationships in public, but she didn't let this joke pass her by.

Kendall allegedly dated Blake back in 2017, but the distance caused the relationship to fizzle out when he moved to the Detroit Pistons. She confirmed her romance with Ben Simmons on the Ellen DeGeneres show;

"So obviously you’re dating this guy who’s on the 76ers. How long have you been dating him?", Ellen asked. Kendall replied: "For a bit now."

Kendall opened up about why she protects her love life to Vogue Australia in May:

"For me, a lot of things are very special and very sacred, like my friends and relationships, and I personally think that bringing things into the public makes everything so much messier.

"A relationship is only meant to be between two people, and the second you make it the world’s business is when it starts messing with the two people mentally"

The reality TV star takes privacy seriously; "Like once everyone is let in, you’re letting all these opinions into your relationships, and I don’t think that’s fair."

The first scientific review of the use of menstrual cups has confirmed that they're safe and as effective as tampons.

The research was published in The Lancet Public Health journal, and features 43 studies and data from 3,300 women and girls.

Four studies found that the levels of leakage were similar between menstrual cups, pads and tampons, but one found that leakage in menstrual cups was actually less than tampons.

Menstruation can have astronomical results on girls' schooling in particular, as well as women's experience of work. If women use poor quality sanitary products, it can increase their disposition to infections.

Menstrual cups collect rather than absorb period blood, and fit into the vagina as reusable products, unlike tampons. There have been recent calls for schools to provide plastic-free menstruation products for students, as tampons and pads are extremely unsustainable for the environment.

Combating 'period poverty' in both high and low-income countries has become more of a priority, thankfully, so it's imperative that policy makers know which sanitary products to include in menstrual health programmes and puberty education materials.

The review also discovered that awareness of menstrual cups among women was noticeably low, though they have been gaining in popularity. The main concerns over the product included pain and difficulty inserting or removing it, as well as chafing and leakage, but the data noted that complications were actually rare.

Senior author Professor Penelope Phillips-Howard from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, UK says;

“Despite the fact that 1.9 billion women globally are of menstruating age – spending on average 65 days a year dealing with menstrual blood flow, few good quality studies exist that compare sanitary products.

"We aimed to address this by summarising current knowledge about leakage, safety, and acceptability of menstrual cups, comparing them to other products where possible," Professor Phillips-Howard added.

Research from 13 of the studies discovered that around 70 percent of women would continue using menstrual cups once they were comfortable with how it worked.

Menstrual cups are made of soft, flexible material, such as rubber or silicone. They create a suction seal to stop any seepage of blood once inserted into the vagina. The cups collect more menstrual blood than tampons or sanitary pads, but must be emptied and washed regularly.

The two types include a vaginal cup, bell-shape and sits lower in the vagina, and a cervical cup which is placed higher up, like a diaphragm. The cup doesn't relate to your menstrual flow, so it's all about finding the right size to suit your own body.

To insert, you simply fold the cup and place it into the vagina where it can unfold and form a leak-free seal. To remove, squeeze the bottom of the cup to release the seal and sterilise the cup between periods.

There are numerous brands to try, such as Mooncup, Saalt and Intimina Lily, but it can take a few attempts before you feel confident about using one. The cups are also extremely cost effective, as it can last for up to 10 years and can be reused every month.

We highly recommend OrganiCup if you want to try a greener way of menstruating. Being reusable, rather than disposable, menstrual cups are seen as a far greener option for the environment than tampons and sanitary towels.

Researchers believe that making menstrual cups available globally could aid the fight against period poverty and health problems such as infections, even where water and toilet facilities are poor.
