Eric Roberts & Holly Carpenter confirmed for Taste of Dublin cook-off

Taste of Dublin has announced its cook-off competitors!

The iconic food and culture festival has revealed that Eric Roberts and Holly Carpenter will be battling it out at the ‘Ready, Steady, Taste’ cooking challenge at this year’s Taste of Dublin. 

Irish comedy and style are set to collide with the culinary world in what is predicted to be the ultimate battle of wills! Roberts and Carpenter will go head-to-head in a live cook-off in the new M&S Food Chef’s Kitchen. The duo will be guided by well-known TV chef Edward Hayden, who will be on hand to oversee their chaotic creations. Who will be crowned the ‘Ready, Steady, Taste’ champion for 2024?

The Taste of Dublin festival is due to take place this month from June 13 to June 16, with the cook-off being held on the afternoon of June 13. This year, the festival is being held in the surroundings of its new location in Dublin’s Merrion Square. Over the course of its four days, over 34,000 people are expected to attend Taste of Dublin.

A standard entry pass for this year starts from €18, excluding ticket fees. However, if you want to treat yourself to a VIP package this year, Taste of Dublin is offering Hȁagen-Dazs VIP Suite tickets from €54 each, excluding ticket fees. This includes fast-track entry and a glass of Champagne, a complimentary drink and guaranteed seating (unreserved).

For €66 each (excluding ticket fees), you can alternatively get the additional VIP package, which also includes two signature dishes and allows children under 10 to attend for free.
