Actress reported missing by her family

American actress Misty Upham has been reported missing by her family.

The 32-year-old actress, best known for her role in Frozen River – for which she was nominated for a prestigious Independent Spirit Award – has reportedly been missing for six days.

She is said to have been last seen leaving her Washington apartment last Sunday.

According to reports today, concerns were raised last weekend when the August: Osage County actress made a call to the police, but left her home before they arrived.

In a statement released by Ms Upham’s family, her father Charles appealed for any information as to his daughter’s whereabouts: “She has not been in contact with her family or friends since her disappearance. We are doing everything within our means to bring our daughter home safe.”
