Aer Lingus was VERY cheeky while naming its new fleet of planes
After receiving the devastating news that the British polar research ship might not be called Boaty McBoatface, Aer Lingus decided to take one for the team and name a few new fleet members.
Taking to Twitter, the Aer Lingus account shared a photo of one of its A330-200 planes, and written on the side is the new glorious name: Planey McPlaneface.

The airline captioned the snap: "Fleet goals."
And it's safe to say, Aer Lingus fans went wild for the change:
@AerLingus @flightradar24 Oh, seems to be the brother of Boatey Mc Boatface?!

“@AerLingus: Fleet goals. pic.twitter.com/LIfnARmdT7” surely it should be Paddy O'Paddyface?

@AerLingus you should put that on all the Aer Lingus planes. To funny.
