As he gets over his split, Danny O’Reilly is playing a FREE gig today

We all know that sometimes the best way to get your mind off a break-up, is to get to work, and it seems like that's what Danny O'Reilly is going to do.

Just as the news broke of his break-up with Holly Carpenter yesterday, The Coronas front man is set to play a gig in Galway today – absolutely free.

But if you're there at the moment, you better be quick because he's set to take to the stage at 2pm outside Enable Ireland on High Street (opposite Sonny Molloy's bar).

The Front Door announced the news earlier today. “If you are in town be sure to call in or tag any friends that are fans!”

If only we could get a helicopter down…
