
Banana, chocolate and peanut butter frozen loaf
This is a no-sugar-added, delicious dessert that’s incredibly easy to make
Ingredients:
2 ripe Fyffes bananas
300g dark chocolate
175g smooth peanut butter
250ml cream
60g roasted salted peanuts, chopped

Method:
- Coat a loaf tin with cooking spray and line with parchment paper, leaving it overhang on both long sides
- Melt the chocolate and let it cool to room temperature
- Meanwhile, in a food processor or using a fork, puree bananas until smooth
- Stir the peanut butter into the banana puree. Add the cooled chocolate and stir until well-combined.
- Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks and gently fold it into the mix
- Pour into the prepared tin and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours, or overnight
- Remove loaf from the tin and serve in slices.
Chef’s Tip:
Don’t over stress making the mix completely smooth at the end, as the cream will create a nice marbled effect with the chocolate mixture.
