Beyond The Pale Festival unveils wellbeing events for this year

by

If you’ve always wanted to go to a festival that promotes wellbeing, this summer is your chance!

From June 21 to 23, the beautiful surroundings of The Glendalough Estate, Co. Wicklow will play host to the Beyond The Pale Music & Arts Festival. The three-day event, which is now in its third year, combines music, food, culture and relaxation together to create your ideal festival.

As part of the celebrations, organisers have now announced the range of events that will be taking place in the festival’s wellbeing area.

The area has been named Acushla – meaning pulse in Irish and used as a term of endearment – and will be nestled in a breathtaking space between the trees by the river, making it an oasis for reconnection and restoration.

The Wellbeing section of the festival will be comprised of several key events. The  Tigh'N Alluis Spa Experience will allow festival goers to receive numerous massages, such as Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxing, Indian Head, Reflexology, Holistic, Rekki and signature Massage.

It also includes a 10-seater Barrel Sauna, along with two Ice Baths which are controlled at 3 degrees celcius – definitely not for the faint hearted! These special baths are guided by the Wim Hoff method along with grounding breathwork.

Throughout the Wellbeing area, you will be able to reach your inner zen by taking part in Reggae Yoga, Matcha ceremonies, Soundbaths, Stargazing, and so much more.

Overall, the Beyond The Pale Music & Arts Festival is set up for another amazing year, as it kicks off next month.

Recent BRIT Award winners Jungle will be headlining on Friday 21, while Jessie Ware and Orbital will headline on Saturday 22, and Marc Rebillet will close out the festival on Sunday 23.
