Brand new junk in the trunk… WHERE did that ass appear from?
Despite selling an estimated 60million albums globally, she has struggled with body insecurities since finding fame at the age of 21.
Indeed, it's an issue she's been refreshingly open about.
However, appearing yesterday at the Los Angeles Pride, Kesha sparked waves of 'did she/didn't she' surgery rumours – namely because of the shapely derriere she sported.
Wearing a skin-tight, glittering leotard for the performance, she teamed the outfit with knee-high black patent leather boots.
Previously, images of the singer show her with a noticeably different shape – though she has yet to confirm or deny the speculation.
Kesha was admitted to a rehab facility in January of last year for treatment of an eating disorder.
The 28-year-old has said that the music industry sets "unrealistic expectations for what a body is supposed to look like".
She added: "I felt like people were always lurking, trying to take pictures of me with the intention of putting them up online or printing them in magazines and making me look terrible."
And in a 2013 interview with Self magazine, in which she stated that she doesn't have "a perfect body," she further explained: 'For me, I like showing off my legs because I work really hard on them.
"So you will rarely find me wearing pants."
However, she admitted that she refuses to weigh herself: "I stay far away from a scale because it's not about a number, it's about how I feel. I try to eat healthy because it makes me feel good."
The LA-native also filed a sexual assault civil suit against music producer Dr Luke, someone she once cited as a mentor, in October.
It is alleged that in the past Dr Luke had drugged her and forced himself on her, threatened to take away her publishing rights and constantly belittled her appearance.
The case is ongoing.
