Britney Spears wins the internet with ‘boot’ Instagram
She was pretty devastated to learn that, after a nasty on-stage tumble this week, she would have to pull out of this weekend’s performances of her award-winning Las Vegas show; however, it seems as though Britney Spears has been able to keep herself amused.
The singer, who informed fans yesterday that she has damaged her ankle, took to her Instagram page to share a snap of her support ‘boot’.
In true spirit, Britney decided to forgo the usual 'hospital bed selfie', and instead poked fun at her latest accessory.
Sharing a photo of herself complete with boot, making a walking symbol with her hand, the Toxic singer wrote: “This boot was made for walkin’.”
What a trooper!
Britney damaged her left ankle during a performance on Wednesday night, and broke some bad news to her dedicated followers yesterday.
She continued: “Your kind words mean everything to me! I’m rescheduling this weekend’s shows and will let ya’ll know when we have the new dates xoxo.”
Poor Britney. We’re wishing her a full and speedy recovery.
