Bruce Jenner could be facing jail for manslaughter
It appears Bruce Jenner may be at fault for the tragic car crash he was involved in earlier this month.
One female driver was killed and seven other people were injured in the crash, which took place on the Pacific Coast Highway.
New evidence revealed shows that Bruce may have hit two cars during the crash. The first one hit was the white Lexus driven by Kim Howe, who died when her car was pushed into oncoming traffic and hit by a Hummer. The second car reportedly hit by Bruce was the black Prius in front.
A re-creation of the accident published by TMZ is said to accurately reflect the accident scene. Bruce's car, with a small trailer on the back, can clearly be seen hitting both the white Lexus and the black Prius.
Given that Bruce hit not just one but two cars, evidence now strongly suggests that he was the one at fault for following too closely behind other vehicles, and he may now face a charge of vehicular manslaughter.
Police are also said to be investigating whether Bruce may have been texting at the time of the crash, although his lawyer firmly denies this is true and says mobile phone records can be provided to show this.
The KUWTK star is said to have been more than willing to co-operate with police at the scene of the accident. "Bruce has nothing to hide and was very co-operative with cops, and appreciated their professionalism," a source told RadarOnline.
"During the entire process Bruce was obviously very, very shocked and inquiring about the other victims – this has been a total nightmare for him and Bruce is taking it very, very hard."
