The Barbados-born queen received thousands of comments from her adoring fans, but one comment in particular got those fans seriously angry.
Chris Brown, who assaulted Rihanna back in 2009 while they were in a relationship, decided to comment on the image.
He commented a single emoji, which has been described as 'oogling eyes.'
Does he actually mind.
Fans retaliated in a big way, completely slamming the rapper for his comment, which many deemed to be 'disrespectful' considering their history.
'@chrisbrownofficial is so desperate. You ruined it, no one knows who you are,' said one.
'@chrisbrownofficial too late. Can't get her back now,' said another.
The comments section is littered with arguments between Chris Brown fans and Riri fans.
Some are even harbouring a hope that this comment means they might get back together.
'Am I the only that still have hopes for them to get back together . I really thought they would be the dopest couples in the game,' said one fan.
