Dave Franco just got ENGAGED… and hearts break everywhere

It's official! 

Dave Franco and Alison Brie are getting married!

Alison's representative confirmed the news to E! Online last night that the Community star and Neighbours funny man are set to tie the knot. 

Soon-to-be Mrs Franco showed off her ring last night at the premiere of her new movie Sleeping With Other People.

Jealous? Yep, so are we.

The couple began dating in January 2012 and have kept their relationship pretty private over the past few years; so much so that they are rarely even seen in public together. 

While they both attended the high-profile Met Gala in New York last year, they walked the red carpet separately. 

They did however star in a video together for Funny Or Die entitled, Dream Girl, in 2013.

Dave Franco is best known for playing Cole in Scrubs on the small screen and his film work includes 21 Jump Street and Bad Neighbours where he stars alongside Zac Efron. 

Alison is famous for her role in American sitcom Community and also played Trudy Campbell in Mad Men.
