As of all of the 1D lads, Liam Payne has a vast legion of fans watching his every move.
And when the star shared a selfie on Instagram during the week, his followers became very worried about his well-being.
In the pre-gym photo, fans flooded his account with comments, saying he was looking very thin and wondered if he was of ill-health.
