Gardaí investigating ‘unexplained’ death of baby in Co. Waterford

Gardaí are investigating the death of a baby in Waterford. It is believed the infant died in "unexplained circumstances."

The young child died at a house yesterday afternoon. The discovery was made around 2pm.

A post-mortem is set to be carried out which will then determine the course of the investigation.
