Gigi Hadid shares rare snaps of daughter Khai on her fourth birthday
Gigi Hadid has been celebrating!
Yesterday (September 19), the fashion model celebrated the fourth birthday of her daughter Khai.
Gigi – who welcomed her only child back in September 2020 – co-parents her little one with her ex-boyfriend, former One Direction star Zayn Malik.
Since becoming a mum, Gigi keeps her daughter away from the public eye and rarely shows any glimpses into her life. However, in honour of Khai’s birthday, Gigi has now taken the opportunity to share an insight into her celebrations!
Earlier today, the 29-year-old took to Instagram to unveil a glimpse into Khai’s birthday party, which was Star Wars themed.
The youngster, who chose to wear pink cowboy boots for her special day, was treated to a Yoda birthday cake with the words ‘May The FOURce Be With You’ written in icing. The birthday celebrations featured a bouncy castle, an arts and crafts station, an ice cream parlour and a stunning balloon display.
Alongside the birthday party images, Gigi also included photos of Khai enjoying some time outdoors, including horse riding and being out at sea.
“Our girl is 4 today and we celebrated all week!!!” Gigi gushed in her caption, before going on to reveal some details about her daughter’s interests.
“She loves animals (fantastical ones too), music, baby yoda, all things nature & bugs, Descendants, anything squishy or miniature, and if possible – will be in the water from dawn til dusk. She is curious, adventurous, loving, and oh so witty,” she praised.
“Khai – it is my life’s greatest joy and pride to be your mama!!!! Thank you for the four best years of my life – you remind me to live life to the fullest every day, in the most simple & beautiful ways,” Gigi continued.
“Your possibilities are endless, my sweetest love !!!! YODA BEST,” she teased.
Many of Gigi’s 77.4M followers have since been sending their own birthday wishes to Khai, with one replying: “Where has time gone, 4 already!! Happy birthday Khai”.
“Happy birthday beautiful princess Khai Malik,” another commented.
“The sweetest girl and the best mother,” a third fan added.
