The process is achieved by snipping the very bottom of each hair strand, which removes damaged split ends, without chopping inches off your hair.

However, while this technique is fabulous, it's also extremely time consuming… which is why it is not widely practised. 

We would definitely spend a couple of hours getting a trim, if it meant we could keep our length.
