Happy Redhead Convention! 7 films on Netflix to honour all things RED

This weekend the 7th Irish Redhead Convention takes place in Crosshaven Co. Cork, and with events such as the Carrot Tossing Championships and the Most Freckles Per Square Inch Competition taking place, it looks to be a great weekend.

However, if you can't get down to Crosshaven, not to worry because we're celebrating all things red on Netflix.

Gorgeous red head Ellie Kemper stars in Netflix's comedy from 30 Rock's Tina Fey and Robert Carlock, about a woman who's freed from a doomsday cult.

Damien Lewis. Need we say any more? The series follows CIA analyst Carrie Mathison as she struggles with mental health and family issues while leading the war against terrorism.

4. Brooklyn

The life of a young Irish Immigrant forever changes when she visits 1950s New York. But when summoned home, she finds herself torn between two worlds.

5. Bachelorette

When a single overachiever learns a girl she teased in high school is getting married before her, she swallows her pride to serve as maid of honour.

6. Still Alice

When a happily married linguistics professor (Julianne Moore) with three children is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, it challengers her career and family life.
