Harry Potter star rushed to hospital after falling severely ill on flight
Harry Potter actor Robbie Coltrane is currently undergoing treatment in a Florida hospital after collapsing on a flight from London.
The actor, who played Hagrid in the film franchise, began suffering flu-like symptoms which worsened as the flight went on. Paramedics met him once the plane touched down in Florida and brought him to hospital.
The 64-year-old actor was en route to a Harry Potter convention in the US when he fell ill.
It's believed Sir Michael Gambon, who played Dumbledore in the films, was also on the plane.
Robbie's rep hit back at claims that the actor has been drinking heavily at a Heathrow airport lounge before taking off, saying the claims were "completely untrue" and "not correct." She added that Robbie had very little time in Heathrow after his connection from Glasgow landed late due to snow.
We hope he'll be okay!
