• 50ml Irish whiskey
• 25ml Angostura bitters
• 1 sugar cube
• Dash of water

2. Happy Paddy’s Day!

• 25ml Vodka
• 25ml Bailey’s
• 15ml crème de menth
• 10ml single cream
• Mint leaf – to decorate

3. Irish Ginger Beer

• 50ml Irish whiskey
• 30ml ginger beer
• 30ml apple juice

4. Manhattan

• 50ml Irish whiskey
• 20ml red vermouth
• 15ml Angostura bitters
• Maraschino cherry – to top

5. Bailey’s Coffee Dream

• 25ml Bailey’s
• 25ml Kahlua
• 15ml Chocolate liquer
• Milk, to fill
