It’s official: Actor Chris Pratt has filed for divorce from Anna Faris
We were all pretty devastated when we heard that Anna Faris and Chris Pratt were going their separate ways after eight years of marriage.
Now, the split has been made official, after Chris filed for divorce from Anna.
According to documents obtained by E News, the actor cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.
Anna filed her response to the divorce at the same time as Chris, and her reasoning are reported to be the same as Chris', according to TMZ.
Both are seeking joint custody of their 5-year-old son Jack.
Since announcing their split, the couple have been focused on co-parenting their young son.
'Anna and I are sad to announce we are legally separating,' Chris wrote in a previous Facebook statement.
'We tried hard for a long time, and we’re really disappointed.'
The pair also tried couples counselling, which clearly wasn't the solution to their relationship woes.
