Jack Maynard leaves the I’m A Celeb jungle amid controversy

I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here kicked off with quite a bang this year, as the celebs were teamed up into pairs to take on their first challenge en route to camp.

YouTuber Jack Maynard and MIC veteran Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo seemed like a match made in heaven, and took on their first hair-raising challenge valiantly.

However, Toff has been left partner-less after Jack's dramatic exit from the show a mere three days after it began.

The vlogger (and brother to singer Conor Maynard, don't you know) left the show and jetted out of Australia after facing criticism for a number of tweets he made previously.

The tweets were seen as racist and homophobic as they contained both the N-word and the word fa****.

Since entering the show, naked photos of the YouTuber, who has over 1.2 million YouTube subscribers, have been leaked online.

The first images shows the online content creator posing in front of the mirror with his trousers down. The second appears to have been taken by another person, which shows Jack fully nude wearing a cowboy hat.

Jack's agent released a statement to The Mirror, saying: 'In the last few days Jack Maynard has been the subject of a succession of media stories which, given his position as a contestant on I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here – filmed in the Australian jungle, with no contact with the outside world, he has been unable to respond to.'

'Since it is only fair that everyone should be aware of any allegations made against them and should also have the right to defend themselves, it was agreed that it would be better to bring him out of the show.'

'Jack agrees with this decision which was made by his representatives and ITV and thanks everyone who has supported him in the show this far.'
