Jus-Rol™ Christmas Terms and Conditions

Unless stated otherwise within the text accompanying a competition, by entering a competition via SHEmazing.net you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. The closing date for inclusion in the competition draw is 23rd December 2015.
2. Competitions are open to all Irish residents other than employees and their immediate families of SHEmazing.net, their agencies or anyone professionally connected to the competition. All entrants must be 18 years or over.
3. Only one entry is allowed per unique email address, unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
4. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.
5. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
6. If a winner does not claim their prize within 28 days of being notified, they will forfeit the prize. In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within the specified time, another winner will be chosen in their place.
7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.
8. The prize is a cookery course in Dunbrody house.
9. Employees of SHEmazing.net and Jus-Rol™ and their families, and any third party included in this promotion are not eligible to enter this competition.
10. The winner will be notified by email.
11. SHEmazing reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of an equivalent or greater value to that specified, should any part of the prize become unavailable.
12. SHEmazing reserves the right to alter, amend or end any competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
