Prince Harry releases a statement about ‘harassment’ of his new lady
For the past week, the rumour mill has been in over-drive as it was reported Prince Harry has a new girlfriend, actress Meghan Markle.
Of course, the media swarmed around Megan and her family, and even her half-sister spoke out on social media about the relationship.
However, this morning Kensington Palace released a statement about Harry and Meghan.

First of all, yes the are a couple (yay!) and secondly, they are scared for Meghan's safety.
It begins by saying that Harry has always loved his supporters, but sometimes finds the media too much for him. And this week, "a line was crossed."
"His girlfriend, Meghan Markle, has been subject to a wave of abuse and harassment," the statement began.
"Prince Harry is worried about Ms. Markle's safety and is deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her. It is not right that a few months into a relationship with Ms. Markle should be subjected to such a storm."
The statement ends with: "He [Harry] knows that it is unusual to issue a statement like this, but hopes that fair-minded people will understand why he has felt it necessary to speak publicly.
