Khloé Kardashian is often seen working out hard through her Instagram account.

The reality TV star has been seen looking fit and healthy since the heartache of her split with husband, Lamar Odom.

However, it seems like she has gotten a helping hand in achieving that tiny waist.

Khloé uploaded this photo to her Instagram account which clearly shows off her waist and thanks a waist trainer, she wrote: “I love my waist trainer … Who doesn’t love feeling tight and right?!?”

We love that Khloé is honest about her fitness and what keeps her motivated unlike so many other celebrities.
