Kylie Jenner’s latest Instagram post is causing quite a stir

Her father, Bruce Jenner, is currently being sued for being 'careless and negligent' by the family of a woman who was killed when he rear ended her Lexus, but  the accident hasn't encouraged Kylie Jenner to put the phone away while driving. 

On Sunday, the 17-year-old shared a photo of herself driving down the freeway, one hand on the wheel and traffic in front of her. Captioning the picture: "Born & Raised.. & I'll probably die here", the youngest Jenner clearly didn't think the post through.

It is illegal to hold a phone while driving in California, and, for drivers under the age of 18, it is illegal to use any form of mobile device, even a hands-free. 

Here's hoping someone from the Kardashian Jenner clan has a word with her, soon!
