Liffey Valley unveils exciting 2024 Life Sessions line-up

Temperatures are rising, and so is the excitement for the line-up of this year’s Liffey Valley Life Sessions! One of Ireland’s leading retail and leisure destinations, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre today announced the return of its popular summer series of events, which will include everything from baby sleep seminars and biodiversity workshops to skincare and beauty masterclasses.

Now in its fourth year, Liffey Valley – along with its supporting retailers, has extended the Life Sessions event schedule, with a host of exciting free and ticketed events running from Thursday 6th – Sunday 23rd June. Offering even more opportunities for shoppers to participate in the fun, this expansion not only allows for a broader range of activities, but also provides greater access for customers.

Committed to inclusivity and accessibility, all proceeds generated through the sale of tickets to the relevant Liffey Valley Life Sessions will be donated to Enable Ireland. Priced at just €5* these funds will go towards bolstering the organisation’s efforts in providing support for children and adults with disabilities and their families, across the local community.
