In the aftermath of admitting that he did commit sexual misconduct against five women, comedian Louis CK has been dropped by a number of companies.

Networks have severed their professional relationship with CK, and he has been removed from upcoming projects.

In a statement last night, the comic said that he had in fact masturbated in front of a number of women.

'Today, FX Networks and FX Productions are ending our association with Louis C.K.,” the network said in a statement. '

'We are cancelling the overall deal between FX Productions and his production company, Pig Newton.'

'He will no longer serve as executive producer or receive compensation on any of the four shows we were producing with him—Better Things, Baskets, One Mississippi and The Cops.'

Netflix have also announced that they will not be making his stand up comedy special.

Publicist Lewis Kay, who represented CK, has also severed ties with the comic.

He has also lost his management company, 3 Arts Entertainment.

'We are committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our staff, clients and the community at large, said the company, according to Deadline.

'We are doing a full internal review regarding this situation and are taking additional steps to strengthen our processes and procedures while engaging with our staff to address any concerns about harassment or abuse of power.'
