The body of the 32-year-old was found at her parent’s home on June 20, 2018.
And after almost a year, an inquest held at Howard House in North Shields stated no third party was involved in her death.
It was ruled that Sophie had taken n cocaine and alcohol before her death, according to Senior Coroner for Northumberland South, Eric Armstrong.
He issued a warning to others stating that the combination of drink and drugs made people more likely to harm themselves.
It was also reported that Sophie's parents weren't at the inquest to learn more of her death.
She was found by her boyfriend Aaron Armstrong and his brother Ryan.
Tragically, only 20 days after her death Aaron was also found dead.
His cause of death was confirmed as suicide.
