Lunge, run, and squat: how to get Michelle’s INCREDIBLE body
Michelle Wright, one half of the genetically blessed #teamwright has been making us all completely envious for months.
The brunette stunner a beautiful bride at her lavish wedding to hunky heart throb Mark Wright, and Mark kept us totally in the know regarding their Dubai honeymoon and associated bikini selfies via Instagram. Thanks Mark, it’s not as if we were jealous anyway.
But we don’t have to be jealous any longer. The 28-year old soap star has revealed the secrets to her enviable figure in her latest blog post.
In her new blog for Hello! The former Coronation street star has lifted the lid on what she does to achieve that flawless physique.
After taking for weeks from her usual routine Michelle has been getting herself back into the gym, even though she was “aching the next day” and says that she’ll do anything to put it off, she’s just like us!
On her blog Michelle reveals that she felt in need of a kick-start so took to cardio saying "I couldn't put it off for much longer, and in a weird way I have been missing working out". She's dedicated, clearly.
After avoiding the gym on Monday, saying she'd rather do important things like chat on the phone or watch paint dry, she got back to her cardio sessions later in the week. On her blog she tells us she jogs for about 15 minutes, then the step machine for 10 minutes, followed by the curved runner for another 10 minutes.
She's not finished though! Michelle also includes some kettle bells and the medicine ball to make she gets some core work done too.
Michelle says she likes variety in her routine and trains by herself, doing her own circuit of “non-stop exercise for 15mins this involves lunges, push ups, star jumps and box squats”. We're exhausted just reading about it.
According to Michelle after a few weeks of hard work she can see the changes, so all of the hard work is totally worthwhile.
Meanwhile, her new hubby Mark seems to have taken the opposite approach to adjusting to life post-honeymoon. His intense Instagram addiction doesn’t seem to be letting up any time soon.
Except now, rather than the post and pre-workout selfies Michelle is sharing with us, Mark wants us all to know what he’s having for dinner.
Which is an awful lot of take-aways, drinks and an impressive haul from McDonalds. So much for that tea-tox you were raving about then Mark.
Let’s all hope Michelle can resist the temptation to give up her gym bunny lifestyle and indulge in Mark’s daily cheat meals!
