The wonderful ladies at Refinery 29 recently did an easy tutorial on how to achieve a gorgeous mermaid lip, and we are THANKFUL.

 

Mermaid Lips  using @nakedcosmetics glitters and @inglot_cosmetics Lipstick + Eyeshadows

They explained that you simply "paint on a black liquid lipstick, then place a fish-scale stencil on your bottom lip, and gently pat an iridescent shadow over top."

Sounds relatively easy…
