Miley Cyrus goes topless for her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel

Controversial pop star Miley Cyrus appeared on Jimmy Kimmel's show last night and he didn't know where to look. 

The singer arrived in a colourful outfit which didn't leave much to the imagination as she flashed the audience to show their was nothing but two pink hearts under her cape. 

"I'm a little cold. I should've worn a shirt." Miley said as she took a seat next to the 47-year-old television show host. 

When Jimmy admitted he was a bit embarrassed Miley advised him to look at her eyebrows. Concerned that her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, might be watching, Jimmy asked what he thinks when he sees her dressed in such outfits. 

Miley responded saying: "He'd rather have me with my t**s out and being a good person than rather have my shirt on and be a b****."

As part of I Witness News on the show, Miley went undercover on Hollywood Boulevard to ask the public what they think of her. 

We're not sure how all of these people didn't guess it was Miley straight away as her disguise was not very convincing. 

The first person she interviewed was not a fan of Miley as he didn't like her style. He also went on to say he didn't like her entire family. Eek. 

Another man she questioned didn't seem to have much of an opinion on her, he just said he would simply rather Taylor Swift. 

One older lady said :
“I think she just lost her mind in all the Hollywood madness,” 

Miley also gave us a tease of what she might be wearing when presenting the VMA awards this weekend. Nothing. Yep she asked one passer-by if they heard the rumour that she was presenting the awards show naked, and we wouldn't put it passed her!
