Miley Cyrus offers Justin Bieber advice

Miley Cyrus has advised Justin Bieber is to “buy a house, and add a club to it”. Great advice…if you’re not currently facing assault charges in Canada or charged with a DUI in Miami.

Appearing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Miley said she believes money will solve his problems: “You’ve got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don’t get in trouble, and party at your house.”

However, while the Wrecking Ball singer is pretty out there, she insists that everything she does is above board and legal, unlike the Biebs.

“I’m doing a lot of s***, but I’m not doing anything illegal – so that’s alright. Everything I do is legal in California.”

In regards to her unrelenting tongue pose, it seems we’re not the only ones who are irritated by it – her mum isn’t a fan either.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like The Climb hitmaker will be keeping it in her mouth anytime soon.

She says: “You don’t see it, on the red carpet the people taking your pictures are yelling at you. and it gets you a little nervous. They’re screaming I don’t know what to do so I just stick my tongue out because I don’t know what else to do.”

But it’s ok because “Madonna’s doing it” too.
