When we say 'Niall Horan underwear selfie', it's safe to say a million girls' hearts (ahem) will flutter.

However, the underwear selfie that Niall did post is nothing but a bit of fun.

The singer appeared on The Ellen Show yesterday to debut This Town in America and Ellen gave him a pair of her famous boxers.

Niall popped them on straight away and shared a photo on Snapchat, much to the delight of his fans:
