One of Taylor Swift’s former flings has been ARRESTED for child abuse
You may remember one of Taylor Swift's breakout hits, Teardrops on my Guitar as well as the accompanying music video of her staring longingly after her high school sweetheart.
A crossover hit for Taylor, the song tells the story of a young Tay and her excruciating crush on her best friend, Drew, who was seeing someone else at the time.
Some of the more memorable lyrics include: "Drew walks by me, can he tell that I can't breathe."
Well according to Perez Hilton, the boy in question, Andrew Hardwick, was arrested last week on two counts of child abuse.
The 27-year-old was detained at his home after a three-year-old was found with substantial injuries following a disturbance at the residence.
According to the report released by the Tennessean newspaper, the little girl suffered severe bruising, swelling to the face and a concussion.
Andrew has been charged with aggravated child abuse and will appear in court in February.
We bet Taylor is glad she never followed through with this crush…
