Ouch! Victoria’s Secret model’s painful snap brings a tear to our eye

Victoria’s Secret model Hilary Rhoda’s painful looking snap was a far cry from her usual poses!

The model definitely wasn’t aiming for sexy look with the topless shot she posted on Instagram yesterday, revealing her red raw back after undergoing a ‘cupping’ procedure.

Sharing the snap, which she took in front of a mirror, Hilary revealed her painful looking back and chest after she tried out the ancient Asian healing method.

She captioned the image, “The cure to this chronic back/neck pain?! Please let it be! #cupping #acupuncture #massage.”

Dating back 5,000 years, the therapy is a form of acupuncture, and is based on the idea that suction from the cups draws the skin up and mobilises blood and energy around the body.

And Hilary certainly isn’t the only celebrity fan of cupping.

Last month, Lena Dunham also shared a topless picture of herself after undergoing the ancient treatment.

Victoria Beckham has also been seen walking through Heathrow Airport with the trademark bruises.
